Very Clean, Organized, and Fair w/ Knowledgable Staff. I received a State Inspection and enjoyed the experience. It was an easy in and out with testing from their clean and calibrated equipment. Def recommend!

Wonderful experience. Very fast. Even with a few cars there. I was in and out swiftly. Each of the 4 guys I saw topside working said hello to me, sometime during my visit. Upbeat crew. Highly recommend giving them a try your next oil change.My previous oil change was there and was just as amazing. Didn't take the time to write a review at that time. I came here for my annual car inspection for the second year and they make it super easy and fast.The waiting area is nice and clean; for a woman this is very important. They have plenty of chairs and even have a little coffee bar.When I arrived my car was taken in immediately and I think they were done in less than 10 minutes. The guys were very nice and professional too.This is now my go to place for yearly inspections!

These guys had the best customer service I have ever had at an oil change shop. I went to get my oil changed in my BMW 1st and they treated me so great I went back to get my Mercedes oil changed. With both cars being higher end they let me know right off that the oil was more expensive due to the type of car it was. So there no surprise when he handed me the bill. They also reset my oil reminder in both cars so it would stop going off every time I would get in the car. I would highly recommend this place if you need a quick oil change.

For more than a decade I went to the same auto service business seeing the exact man that held great values. His integrity, principles, honesty, and comfort were things that are not easily provided. The owner of the business retired and is very well deserved. Unfortunately, for me that meant I needed to seek my next servicing company that provided at the least a fraction of what I greatly missed. This was proven to be a task until one fateful day I encountered Leander Lube Express in need of a transmission flush. I also required windshield wipers replacements, something I did not share but he took the time to notice. Thank you, kind sir. I can see through the windshield now when it rains or I happen to hit a few bugs whilst driving. Today I required an oil change and today is the day I confirmed that I had found my new auto servicing company after utilizing many different ones. The staffing was exceptional! The honesty, genuinity, integrity, kindness, and comfort has once again been found. I wasn't incoming revenue for the business. I was a several minutes of conversation getting to know the folks servicing my auto with whole lives. Thank you for that and thank you for your services. Needed to get a safety inspection to register my vehicle and an oil change. I got the inspection and oil change with all fluids checked for under $100.00 in less than 30 minutes. Folks could not have been nicer. No wait for state inspection. This after immediately being told by Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Leander the wait time was approaching 1.5 hours. But at least they were friendly. Leander Inspection Station, also in Leander, has long waits, ultra-sketchy facilities, dubious parking and rude attendants. Leander Lube Express off Crystal Falls is a clear choice for those who already have enough frustration in their lives.

Justin was great! Oil change, inside & outside filter change, anti freeze & steering wheel fluid charge .I ve been to many places, but Justin is at one to let you work on your car, very knowledgeable, kind, does a great job. I took my 1965 Chevrolet Impalla SS to have it inspected today. All I can say is customer service is a top priority for this crew. Quick in and out. The tech put in higher grade oil than the one I selected and when I pointed it out he rudely said if he should drain it all out and put new oil. Other than that good experience

Cheap plastic Toyota filter housing broke on the oil change. Plenty of quick oil change places would let it leave and duck responsibility, not this crew! Service was fast, fair, and courteous. There's limited parking. Just pull up near the bay doors. An attendant comes out to meet you and gather data and the service needed. You have an option of staying inside your car the entire service. I waited outside and they drove my car in without delay. Shortly, I was called to the car where they showed me oil was full and went over other items they completed, like filling my tires with air and topping off windshield cleaning solution. They also honored a special request. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Have been here several times and the Customer service is great. They never have an issue servicing my diesel and always have the needed parts. They are consistently quick and knowledgeable.My only complaint is that every time I get home I have oil dripping to deal with. There is also oil on my fenders and door handles. Just need to be certain to ask them to be more careful when you arrive.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Answered the phone within a couple rings, great customer service and very personable, and got me out the door in 15 minutes. I was turned away by 3 other shops for state inspection, and other shops I called were an hour and a half wait. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I absolutely love this place! David greeted me at my car as I pulled in. He was super nice and very informative. He didn t try to upsell me on a bunch of non sense. He was able to get my services done in a timely fashion. He took very good care of my car and even went and showed me how to take care of basic maintenance on my car like how to properly jump my car if needed (my battery is getting older so he wanted to make sure I knew what to do), he also showed me how to properly read my oil stick as well as checking my coolant levels (summer time, Texas heat). No one has ever shown me any of that, not even when I use to take my car to these upscale dealers. I feel like everyone should have that basic knowledge but more importantly I feel like businesses need more people like David who actually cares about the customers beyond the services they are there for. I will definitely be returning and I hope that I get to work with David each time.Service: Oil change

Been a customer for years. Came in today for an oil change and inspection. Wendy and Keith are the greatest! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, informative with none of that "up sell" pressure you'd get at the J.L. down the street. Did an awesome job on my truck (as always) and had me out of there in less than 15 minutes! The service has always been great, but this time I had to take time out to give them the kudos they've always deserved.Ken
