10/10 recommend Friday just after 12 Ethan took care of me like I was family. He was super fast and efficient. Super super nice too. He has the best smile. Got me in and out and I was able to enjoy my afternoon. No appointment needed. No fuss and no muss. Check them out.

Sketchy facilities and long waits contrasted with friendly folks, that is, until now. The rudeness shown to me today because I parked in the wrong place followed by a terse remark not to walk through an area to move my car has me looking anywhere else for a state inspection station. 2 stars for not using foul language. I would avoid. Lots better, cleaner and friendlier options nearby.

Had two well behaved children with me and staff member was absolutely ridiculous. Very rude when he asked me to stop my children from tearing up their leather furniture. So mad I left and will not patronize again.

You must go in person. They never answer the phone as no one works in the office. The guys there are nice and helpful. There was a long wait, so I just dropped off my car, ran my errands, and then went back to pick it up.

Rhonda inspired me to post. Great place to get your vehicle inspected. Have every year since I moved here. If they are busy and you are willing to wait, they will take care of you. Every year I notice they are busier so must be doing something right.

ANOTHER UPDATE: My God read the owners responses to reviews and tell me these people are professionals. Calling customers "idiots", etc. Guess they're parents didn't show them much attention and gramma had to watch them.Terrible. Used to be a good place. They'll fail you for dirt on your headlight now. I'll go get passed by a corporate location. Quit smoking that glue and you won't be paranoid about state audit.Also need to calibrate windows tint reader. My windows are barely tinted and they claim it's out if compliance. GTFO. Attempted upsell on headlight cleaning and window tint removal. Guess they can't afford the rent there now that leander is growingUPDATE: 2025 is right around the corner and you lazy low-lifes will be unnecessary and finally that building can be repurposed to something more useful than the waste of space and imbeciles that it is now.Went to 2 other places and they laughed at the headlight remark, and I got my inspection because your machine was indeed NOT calibrated. Like I said: 2025 is fast approaching and may be you'll see the first day of work you've ever seen in your life. Don't tell me about law when I know of 4 people that paid cash for the pass at Leander Inspection Connection. If it didn't screw them, I'd report you all. A waste of space full of ignorant, untrained individuals and I relish the day inspections are deemed a waste of time (checking headlights and window tint for safety is a joke, what about suspension, steering ujoints, brake lines, etc). It's a racquet and finally the state is acknowledging it.Don't let the "out of business" sign hit you on the way out the door.Due to your responses to reviews, I hope Bill Gates succeeds in his mission of depopulation and that it begins with scum such as yourselves.

Simple and easy. The guys here are really nice. They charged me 18$ no appointment and no wait time for me on Monday at approximately 03:00 PM. Quick and easy in Leander location.

Guys were super nice. Took me in close to closing. Pointed out a few problems i.e. foggy headlights and Chips in glass that they can fix. Didn't try to push any big problems. Had me in and out in about 15 minutes. 18$ for the inspection.

Seen this place change ownership a few times since it became our "go to" many, MANY years ago, but the current proprietor(s), in my opinion, are friendlier and have the place running more efficiently than it's ever been!

Interesting seeing all the mixed reviews. I've been going there for about 20 years anyone remember when the seating was an old bench seat from a car? Haven't had any problems, but I know to have my keys and insurance ready.

Don t bother with this place. Employees are slow and no smarter than a rock!!! Complete waste of time. And they re customer care is not on the level. Instead of improving their faults. They lash out at you!! Very immature! Definitely not professional in any way. If you call and there s a 20 min wait. Be prepared to wait a lot longer!! And if you don t like their stupidity! They lash out at you because they can t take a good look in the mirror themselves!! Fair warning. Your call if you actually go there. There is a place right down the road called One Stop!! They are on the level, honest and courteous!!! Not this place

Tried this service on a Saturday and the staff were all polite and efficient. I think they did an amazing job and would definitely recommend it to others.And someone gave a one star because they refused them service at closing time when they already had cars backed up. Come on dude give them a break. Would you want that at your job??

Been doing business with Leander Inspection Station for three years. Always prompt Inspections and they fixed a chip in my windshield in 10 mins.

Beware don't go here, if you don't buy into there extra services they fail you, every person they pull outside and Duke them into buying something they don't need. Trashy inspection place, talks down to women! Save an hour and 20 bucks go somewhere nicer and trustworthyPs not a lie my vehicle is new, and will pass anywhere else, keep the 20 bucks tubby and buy some mc Donald's, now that I think about it isn't there a law in leander Williamson County that businesses must be paved hmm will look into it.

First time coming here and I was very happy with how fast I got in and out of here. I was third in line and got out in less than 30 minutes. Plenty of seating in the waiting room too, which was nice since I got here right when they opened and there was a total of 6 other people here. I usually go to the sticker shop down the street but they aren't open on the weekends anymore. But I'm glad I went here, quick, professional, and closer to home!

Have been going to this places for the last 20 years, for our annual car inspections. Have gone thru quite a few cars, and have always had them inspected here. They're professional, expeditious, and polite. They don't require an appointment, but the wait is never long. I highly recommend this business.

Good experience and good feedback. It's first come first serve and you want to get there about an hour or more before closing. Parking is in the back. If you have a digital copy of insurance, they will have you email it to them. We will be bringing our cars here again.

First time using Leander's Inspection Connection, and it was a great first experience! I usually go to the Sticker Stop down the street, but their hours are extremely limited, and they aren't open on weekends, so I decided to give this spot a try. I was in and out in about 35 minutes (had a few folks ahead of me), and the gentleman working that day was quick, friendly, and professional. Bonus points for being open on a Saturday! Will definitely be using them in the future for my vehicle inspections.

The team here we're efficient and professional. They have the process down. There were 2 people ahead of me and I was still done in about 15 minutes The waiting room was like many other mom & pop auto shop waiting rooms I've been in - certainly not the lobby at The Ritz, but clean and the chairs were comfortable.
