Was extremely happy with the experience. Dropped my car off early in the morning needing brakes and rotors and was greeted right away with the friendly smile and the courteous how can we help you. It told me that they would be able to do it do was just leave my keys and they would send me an estimate. Received the estimate with pictures and price and was able to approve it online. Then to add on top of all of that two hours later got the email saying that it was complete. Fast friendly well done and then even when I m paying still going above and beyond. Highly recommend you give this place an opportunity for your car needs

Went for state inspection and they recommended oil change along with filter change. Also, they rotated the tires which was very nice. Filters certainly needed replacing as they had 20K miles on them. Got those done and prices were reasonable although the filter change might have been a bit on the high side but overall they did a great job and I will use them again.

My car drives like it s brand new. Which was not the case when I took it in.First and foremost, the professionalism displayed by the staff at Lambs Automotive was truly commendable. From the knowledgeable and attentive front desk personnel to the technicians working in the shop, everyone carried themselves with the professionally. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained the necessary repairs, and offered honest and transparent advice. They kept me up to date on what they found wrong and what needed to be done to fix it.Overall, my experience with Lambs Automotive in Leander, Texas, was nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing high-quality service were evident at every step of the process. I would highly recommend Lambs Automotive to anyone in need of automotive repairs or maintenance. I walked in at 4:45 PM yesterday inquiring about a full set of tires, and the team completed the job at 12:10 PM today. Rob called me to confirm that the tire truck arrived, and got me back on the road for my afternoon appointment.Knowledgeable, reliable, and warm, can't imagine going anywhere else for my service and repair needs. This team gets it done!

Made an appointment for A/C Compressor and inspection of all other A/C components. These guys have the knowledge and experience to get the job done right! It was all done in one day and my A/C system is working fantastic! Don t rely on guess work with your A/C, these guys will take care of you and fix it fast, thanks again!

Took my classic car for a safety inspection and John helped me out efficiently. Provided me with useful knowledge as to inspection requirements into the future. He also had a passion for talking about cars, performance, and classics, which was really fun. Lamb's has some good guys!

Love that they communicate by texting!! not a fan of phone calls. Best car repair shop around. Was able to make quick changes and adjustments to pickup date due to travel issues. Would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the work Lamb s on North Lakeline in Leander, Texas did on my truck. The customer service was great, we had a minor glitz, but we worked it out. The staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Lambs for helping me when I really needed it.

These mechanics are unprofessional and careless and definitely don t use time wisely, and I took them almost 2 weeks to even give me a diagnosis on my vehicle. And then with the repair and the extra charge for a fuel line that they punctured and made me pay for it, took him a month for me to get my vehicle back. Once I got my vehicle back, it was not in the original state that I dropped it off to them in it was missing, the top shroud cover for the valve cover the fuel line mount was broken and the fuel line is just free-floating underneath the hood and my hood would no longer stay open by itself due to the devices that they put on the hood rods for safety, but if you don t use them right, they damage the hydraulic portion and they fail. And now they re trying to fix the fuel line mount by using a zip tie and saying that they re done very unprofessional and will not take responsibility for the damages that they caused. This is why I don t trust mechanics.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

OMG! I don't know what to say other than I'm grateful to have come here. I called the day before stating that I have 2 slows leaks in both of my back tires. I was told to come early in the morning and they would squeeze me in. Not only did they do so, but they took their time. Initially they were only able to find 1 leak and he went back out and found the second after seeing how disappointed I was! He was completely patient, kind and so considerate. It really was a great experience. I would recommend this place 1000x over

I showed up without an appointment on a very busy Tuesday afternoon. The check-in process was very easy. I was given a very realistic expectation of the wait time. Rob was the first person I spoke to, but everyone there was professional and courteous.It was a beautiful day so I used the time to check out the shopping center next door. There's a restaurant, nail salon and a UPS store so I was able to make some returns too. Randall's grocery store is across the street in a different shopping center, as well as a Starbucks and another restaurant, so there is plenty to do while you wait.

We used them a couple of times for our vehicles and we never had a problem with their service or fees. They also were able to check and pump tire pressure without any charges. Would recommend for anyone who needs a car service .

Lambs in Cedar Park is the best tire shop in the north austin metro area. They are kind, are competent with vehicles and do not demonstrate the typical "you need the upgrade" mentality. We take our cars only for tires and alignments. Its unfortunate they no longer offer the multi-year alignments, however they do a great job. I am an extremely experienced mechanic, SCCA racer and fanatic. I am confident in their work and they always make it right. Thanks!

Seemed nice. BUT Everything seemed legit. Drop my car off after getting a coupon in the mail for an oil change with $15 off and a free tire rotation. We also added an inspection and told them to change the wiper blades. Everybody was nice it was a timely manner, but my husband actually without me knowing marked the tires so that he would know that the tire rotation was completed. When I brought it home, he went and looked and the tires had not been rotated. He was very frustrated and felt taken advantage of. I called them back and asked them if they had rotated the tires. The guy on the other end of the line told me absolutely they had rotated the tires. He said he even remembered seeing the tire off the vehicle. I wanted to test to see if he would lie to me or not. I don t know a lot about mechanics or car stuff but I told him that my husband had marked the tires. He then acted very confused and talked to the guy who had done the supposed tire rotation. The guy gave some kind of answer that was like yeah we didn t decide to rotate them because of how the tread was wearing . Obviously , that might be true. Haven t had our tires rotated in a very long time and they definitely needed to be rotated. No mention of the lack of rotation was told to us upon check out. The guy offered to rotate the tires if I came back in. But honestly we just have a bad taste in our mouth and we ll just continue to go to get Diccount Tires and Firestone in Leander. We have always had good service with them and never had any problems with feeling like we were being lie to or cheated. Side note: if you need more intense repairs go to Frieze Automotive and if you need motorcycle work go to PiggPenn right next door to Frieze.

I brought in a flat that I had foolishly tried fix a flat on and thought I might have ruined the TPMS sensor. I told them to replace if necessary. They fixed the tire, said the sensor was fine and didn t charge for dealing with the fix a flat mess. Great customer service. I ll be back.

They were able to fit me in for a quick oil change. I highly recommend these guys. They have excellent customer service and answer any questions I have. They warranty their work as well.

I ve had numerous vehicles serviced at this location over the years. The experience continues to be exceptional. I can t imagine having my vehicles serviced anywhere else besides Lambs Leander.

Second visit to this place and not happy they had done an oil change for me about a year ago where I provided oil and filter and got charge 30$ for. This year my visit was for the same thing with same car and same condition i was told that they had to charge me $180 !!!!Will not be visiting them anymore

I was told that tire and wheel were no good.Tire had bad bead, maybe ? Wheel needed to be re chromed, wrong. I took wheel home and cleaned up. Removed flaking chrome around inside of wheel. Took it to Firestone and they installed new tire. All Good. Wheel was good, just needed cleaning. Wheels are very expensive, $750 new and you guys told me it was trash. You charged me $25 for bad advice plus 2 trips to your shop. Not Good. Your guys should have taken a few minutes to clean and then install tire.

Took my truck in on a Saturday morning to have the oil pressure sensor replaced. Will and his team had me in and out in an hour. The entire process was quick and easy. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional. Will be back. Highly recommend these guys.

I was relieved reading all the raving reviews and had high hopes for this shop. The reviews are the only reason I came to this location, after having to deal with many shady shops throughout the years. Unfortunately they did not perform all the services I asked and was invoiced for.John was great and friendly, I appreciated the good customer service. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic did NOT perform a tire rotation like I asked (and stated on invoice). I am able to identify differences in each of my rims and confirmed that after leaving this shop they did not rotate the tires. Now unless they took the tires off the rims, which I highly doubt, then I am sure a rotation did not happen.I really had high hopes for this shop because of all the great reviews. My only advice if you come here would be to double check the work you are paying for.

Great customer service came in for a slow leak on my front tire . The tire still has plenty of thread . The other company Goodyear that I went to said wasn't fixable tried to up sell me on two new front tires so I left to get a second opinion. Came to you guys your guy said he would check it out and load and behold the nail was in a place that my tire could be saved Thank you again You have earned a new customer. For being honest

I have used the Leander Lakeline location many times over the past several years. They are always very professional, reasonably priced and do great work on our cars.
