I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and for other maintenance questions, I couldn t be happier with the resourceful service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional. They explained the process thoroughly and completed the job in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making my wait relaxing. Overall, I highly recommend the store number 3441 Jiffy Lube for their excellent customer service and efficient work. I ll definitely be returning for my future car maintenance needs.

I had such a good experience last year that I made sure to visit the same location this year. I brought two cars in today for oil changes, and was given extraordinary service. They went over all the options and helped me make the best choice. Shout out to Alexander and Nick for their friendly attitudes! Thanks guys.

Visited on 4/4/24 for my regular oil and filter change. A Big shout out to Randa, Nicholas, and the rest of the staff! They always take care of me with great car service and customer service. Always address any concerns I may have about my car. Also, Thank you for helping me with the engine shield under my car! This is the only location I ever go to! Thank you!!

Jiffy Lube should consider training and qualifying more employees to be certified vehicle inspectors. i had to wait until the inspector finished lunch before my car was serviced. I did not want to interrupt - we here in America respect our labor force - but there should have been another employee qualified to do the inspection.Other than that, my Leander Jiffy Lube continues to bring great service to the people!

I really want to shout out Aiden, he was so helpful, nice, respectful, explaining things to me the way I could understand, giving suggestions, making sure I had everything that I need, making preventing decisions for me to be safe, and it was a simple oil change, really no one ever have treat this process with such professionalism and outstanding customer service. He loves what he does and it s a great asset in your company. I had a not nice experience before in this place and because of Aiden I won t go anywhere else, he really change my mind about Jiffy Lube. Thank you!!

Went there on the Arctic blast day. The last and a guy were working. They lady was honest about what was going on and well informed about the required parts and how KIA hadn t released them publicly and it had to go through the dealership. With that advice, I took it to the dealership and the took care of the issue free of charge because they damaged it in the first place. Thank you Ma am.

I pulled in on Saturday 6/10, around 10am. I'm not from the area, but needed an oil change. A young man greated me out front with a smile on his face. I told him what I needed and the team went into action. Supervisor Aubrey and team went into action. They are a well-oiled machine! There was a lot of crosstalk, very organized, and thorough. The QAQC was impressive. It was a great experience and I'll go back. As I was pulling out my credit card, the technician noticed my retired military ID card, thanked me for my service, and said he'd apply their military discount. Went for an inspection, pulled up got out. Sorry the car in front of you is the last inspection for today. He hasn't gone to lunch. Not my problem, we will not visit this or any Jiffy Lube again.

This mid morning around 11-1130am on 2-28-2024 I came into shop to get routine oil change on my 2011 Toyota Camry , immediately V and Rhonda , sorry if I misspelled it , but they both greeted me respectfully and all while taking care of my car , never once got distracted from what had to be done all while keeping conversation with me - the time I was there didn t seem long at all , I appreciate those 2 for doing a job well done, and also if you could pass this on to the manager if he was the manager that is , or who ever was in the back office eating - here s a side note, sometimes to be a leader you have to help others, rather than get annoyed when they need your assistance if something isn t happening not once but twice , sometimes it s actually a issue and not a human error - so be respectful of the people under you cause remember , everyone is a number so don t get delusional that your not , iYou can be replace too if you continue being the way you are , if you were my team lead or manger on site whatever you d be fired or demoted yesterday , sad to see what I witnessed , both v and Rhonda were busy helping me and you allowed the phone to ring over and over until one of them the only 2 people helping me stopped doing what they were doing to answer it so you were not inconvenienced , so not only did you do that but now I was inconvenienced because of your lack of answering the phone specially if it rings more than 3 times , obviously others are busy and you just let it ring - ahhh very unprofessional , I d love to know your name - and also hear about your explanation of how you got your role in the first place - maybe you were good at your job at one time when you began your journey but as of what I saw today - ur lazy and your comfortable and I saw nothing from you in that little time- just frustrattion from ur co workers cause of ur piss sass attitude - also I recognized you find it difficult to help people around you all while having the attitude, your not pleasant I would not want you as my mentor , just was not good, obviously no one has stepped up to say anything cause ur still in the back right now eating and doing nothing - ur a burden , you need a performance check as soon as possible. Im sorry that im not sorry for speaking what i saw in such little time , im still in Awh , sorry to take distraction away from v and Rhonda , I m very appreciative of both for being personable , respectful , thorough and informed me what was done and what I should for next time, keep being great , cause yall are the reason I continue a VIP customer- Joe ( Leander resident )

WARNING! STAY AWAY!!!!!I ve got my oil changed here twice, and unfortunately, this will be the last time. I don t know if they are unfamiliar with jeeps or what, but I recently discovered my Jeep was leaking oil, and I had not noticed over the month (as I live in an apartment complex and don t park in the same spot everyday)I get to work and discover oil leaking from under the car. I call this location and while they were willing to help and I greatly appreciate that, but they told me it wasn t leaking because of them, and that I had a more serious problem like a main seal being busted.So with this information in mind, I had to get my jeep towed, as no oil would stay in the engine. I got it towed to the Jeep dealership down the road, where they took it in immediately to have a look. I told them what the manager at this JiffyLube told me, but they said that was incorrect.The service center discovered that the housing that holds my oil filter was broken and needed to be replaced. This can happen when someone screws the oil filter in too tightly and is a common problem with Jeeps. Which alas, I hadn t touched my oil filter since JiffyLube replaced it.Upon this discovery, JiffyLube refused to claim responsibility for this. There is no other explanation as to why my housing was broken.I had to pay out of pocket for repairs, and let s just say, lesson learned. ALWAYS change your own oil.

Awful service rejected to give my vehicle inspection even when i show current valid insurance, they wanted to have 30 days. I would never go to that store for any services!

Not sure what is going on with this location when it comes to state inspections.I came in a few months ago after it had rained for an inspection and they turned me away due to weather.I ended up putting off the inspection after that since I was just busy and that was on my way. Came back a few month later (a few days ago) and was given my car back after a few minutes telling me that my car didn t brake? My car is maintained and had half the brakes done recently.Took my car to get the brakes inspected where they also stated the brakes look fine and braking works fine. I asked the shop if they had heard of failing inspection due to not braking fast enough he said recently he s had multiple people coming in with the same problem and hadn t really heard of it as much in the past.Sounds like this place doesn t want to do inspections and is wasting people s time.Two stars since I wasn t charged for failing their stop test. I think there needs to be more training here on what it means for a car to stop properly.

Damien to the rescue! I pulled up for inspection however it was after 4 so the guy had left already but I pulled in anyway to get everything checked out and he found a power steering leak and that my coolant was low! it was pleasant to hear that it was no problem and he filled everything up immediately! Got some new wiper blades and walah- I m out the door. 5 minutes, tops from start to finish. I also want to Thank Justin and Damien for the awesome customer service!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

One of the few experiences I ve had getting my oil change as a woman where I did not feel any condescension or judgment. I would like to specifically thank Aubrey, he was very quick while also explaining each step, and being patient. They did a courtesy check of my tires and filled those that needed it. I was the first customer of the day, on a holiday (Labor Day), and the staff was so friendly. Service was quick yet thorough. I was even able to use an online coupon. No reservation is needed, either.

I had the best experience this morning at Jiffy Lube. Brian and Nick were so polite, all of the employees could be heard saying please and thank you to one another nonstop. 3-4 employees were having an issue with a hood latch in the bay next to me, and although it was a very frustrating thing they all kept their cool and were really respectful of one another through all of it. A more senior employee came out and helped them fix the latch and truly used it as a teaching moment about latches. The woman working (didn t catch her name) was so nice and really set the tone of the shop. Overall wonderful experience.Service: Oil change

More than price, I value honesty. I asked them to check my windshield wipers and replace them if necessary but after the inspection they informed me that they were completely fine and had plenty of life left. It would have been very easy to simplify replace them and add to my bill but they did the right thing. I really, really appreciate that type of customer service.

The crew here are always courteous and friendly. They explain what they are doing and explain the choices without being pushy. They work well together and are efficient to get you in and out in a short amount of time. They were able to get me in right away for an oil change this afternoon and I was able to stay in my car the whole time. Damian and Aubrey got the job done quickly and thoroughly. They are very honest too because my battery had some corrosion around the bolts but they tested the battery and it was okay, so they only charged me to clean it and put protectant on it which only cost me $12.95. I highly recommend this location.Service: Oil change
