I arrived a few minutes late, but was greeted by a friendly guy. Went inside & was greeted by Aaron. He explained what they were going to do & showed me to the waiting room. When my car was done being serviced- Aaron came & got me. It was great service & I plan on using them again!!!

Will Austin was my service advisor and he was very informative. He educated me on the service codes showing up on my dash, and helped me prioritize what services should be done in a more timely manner. I was able to add on two of those services to be done along with my scheduled oil change. He was a pleasant, kind and helpful advisor and I d definitely like to do business with him again. Additionally I enjoyed the technician video sent to my cell phone. This allowed me to hear the service technicians personal recommendations as well and see specifically what is affected via video of my engine. Great feature Honda!

Will Austin was prompt to check me in and review the services that I requested. Also, the final price was very reasonable for the services provided, in addition to a great car wash! They got me in quick for an emergent situation recently with my vehicle which has always been the case and very much appreciated. Will and Christy are awesome and will always make sure each customer is taken care of.My only reason for giving 4 stars is I had reached out regarding something happening after my car was fixed and had not heard back. I also have not reached out again to try to reconnect but was surprised to not hear back.

I've always had a great experience at Honda Leander Service. Mike W. was great, walked me through all of the recommendations, and gave me practical advice about how soon I would need to address them. They also send you text updates throughout, and even sent me a video of the mechanic walking me through what he saw!Can't recommend Honda Leander enough for convenient, trustworthy service!

I was able to call and get an appointment for an oil change within the hour. Took me in, provided the service and honored a coupon from another Honda dealership. Their thorough evaluation provided a check list to keep an eye on. Very pleased.

I heard many good reviews about Honda Leander and decided do experience the service myself. I took the car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. They notified me that they could not rotate my tires because one of the lugnuts was replaced back properly. I informed the adviser that I would take it back to the other dealership since they were the last ones that touched it. They knew who I was referring to but never said anything negative about the other dealership.I was informed that there were other services that needed to be performed in my car. I was able to tell them which one I want it done and the others I declined and why. They did not pressure me to do any of the services that I did not want to do.When I went to pay my bill, I was asked if I was happy with the services that I was provided. I jokingly said that there were no snacks but I didn't enjoy a couple of cups of coffee. She wanted to make sure that I did not leave without having a snack and obtained a variety of them for me for my trip home.After my experience, I have decided that I will start having my car serviced at the Leander location over the one that is within five miles from my house.Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Appointment was very easy to make and I even got a call to confirm and see if I had questions. At my appointment time I was greeted and helped promptly. Blake communicated with me throughout the day of status and was very nice and informative. Happy to have a Honda dealership with such great service so close to home.

Was able to get a next day appointment. Arrived, was taken to the waiting room promptly. Waited in the comfortable waiting room while having a latte from their coffee machine. Service was done before it was estimated. Received a detailed video from the tech that worked on my car. Had a very pleasant experience with my new service advisor, Michael W. Glad I made the switch to Honda Leander!

My service advisor Mike, was great. I had been in the car service industry and understand they get very busy at times.Although, I was disappointed to find out my truck hadn t gotten the work it needed done that day. Mike was very honest on what had happened and then made it right. Came in early, had the first tech available before the dealership even opened working on my truck. He had it ready to go at 8am.Most importantly he was honest. I don t think you get that much these days.I appreciate you!

Their team has 4 Fs: fair, friendly, fast and fun.I had a non-repairable flat tire.Their price was the best. They had my tire available. They finished their job so fast. They all are super friendly and l didn t get bored during that time at all.I am so glad that we have such a wonderful center close to us.

Happy with the facility. The lounge allows me to work while waiting. The service is prompt and technicians are super helpful with questions. There was bit of overselling of the services which honestly i believed could be avoided or pushed for next visit.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Fast, friendly, and incredibly personal service. Waiting room was relaxed and pleasant. Michael was great.I've always had excellent luck at the different Honda Centers I've taken my Civic to, from Dallas to Austin. Leander is no exception. The highest standards, the kindest people. True to form.

My accord had severe damage to my wiring harness from a rodent attack. The car was there a couple of months, waiting for parts. Everyone in the service department was a pleasure to deal with.It wasn t their fault that Honda was out of the part I needed.The dealer cooperated with my insurance company to get the claim filed, and the car was given back to me in excellent condition.I have no complaints. It was as good experiences could be expected In this situationI really appreciate the fact that this dealer provides paid Uber rides to and from the dealer for service customers, this took a lot of friction out of the transaction.

Gregory Martin was the service advisor. I came in for the mileage based service. But in multi-point inspection, multiple critical issues came up. Instead of working with me one-on-one & swapping the mileage based items with the critical ones to preserve cost as I would expect, he let my original order go through & took off for an early 11am lunch. Worst experience!

Fast, efficient service, washed vehicle as part of service, food and drinks and comfy seating with two huge screen televisions or dining room area. Can communicate entirely by text if you wish, including document signatures and online payment. So convenient! Advisors are personable and truly want you happy.

I went in to get a new key + security reprogramming for my car. The guy who helped me (I m pretty sure he said his name was Jay) was very helpful, friendly, and personable. I didn t feel like I was being talked to in a generic customer service manner, but in a sincerely friendly way. My car was done pretty fast as well! I was stressed about coming to get this done, but it was a super quick and easy process.

Was able to get appointment quickly. The dealership seemed to be short staffed. Process to drop off car and pick up was not smooth. Just seemed to not be a well oiled machine. Will come again and try to see if improved.

Daughters car Had shaking in the front end of the vehicleTook it to the good people at Honda and they diagnosed the problem quickly and had a quote fast. I had a used certified vehicle the issue was taken care of with no hassle and I was amazed about the amount of information I received without having to call over and over about status. I have had many vehicles serviced at many dealership, done every song and dance with every kind of service department and this by far was the most hassle free experience ever. If I ever need a Bentley worked on I may ask if this service department would do the work. Fantastic job.

They were fantastic! They had did all our recalls for us, got us a ride home and back to the dealership, and they completely cleaned the van out! We have 5 kids and the van was a disaster. We got it back almost like brand new! Will definitely be taking it back there.

I recently visited your dealership for the first time to service my Ridgeline, and I must say, out of all the Honda dealerships I ve worked with across five states over the years, yours stands out not only for having the most impressive facilities but also for your incredible team, spanning from sales to service.I had the opportunity to work with Dwayne from your sales team. We test drove a Civic, which I m considering purchasing for my daughter in the coming weeks, and I would definitely like to continue working with him. Blake in your service department treated me exceptionally well, and Deanna in parts was both personable and delightful.Overall, my experience at your dealership has been the best I ve ever had, surpassing any other Honda dealership and indeed any dealership in general. Having moved here from Montana a couple of weeks ago and following a less-than-ideal experience at the Round Rock dealership, I can confidently say that Leander Honda will now be my go-to for all my Honda needs and future purchases.Thank you for your outstanding service. Service was friendly and thorough. Originally took my CR-V in when I had issues with some parts coming loose after having some hail damage repaired at a different 3rd party shop. Honda service did a thorough examination of the vehicle, explained what they found and how to fix it in detail, and did a great job getting my vehicle fixed.

It was a good experience visiting the service center. The technicians went through my car and gave me some suggestions for the current condition after the regular maintenance cycle. There was an leaking issue which might cause the generator failure as they explained to me. I recalls that I did a generator replacement a year ago. Therefore I decided to do the necessary repairs they suggested. The skills and experience of the technicians are no doubt the best. Highly recommended!
