Great place! The sales team at Honda Leander is incredibly generous and treats their customers exceptionally well, even after official closing time. Special thanks to Amanda Day and the manager for their kindness and dedication in assisting me. Amanda's thorough explanation of everything about the car made my purchase experience delightful. Additionally, they provided us with an excellent deal that met our expectations, all with a seamless and efficient document signing process.

I recently bought a used sports car from Honda Leander and really had a surprisingly positive experience. Kristan, my sales person, and all of her colleagues I interacted with were kind, responsive, and easy to work with. They clearly wanted and valued my business without being uncomfortable or pushy. This was probably the least stressful car buying experience I ve had and I m happy to recommend the dealership.

We had a great experience at Honda of Leander. We came in looking for vehicle on a Thursday evening and our sales rep Stephanie stayed late to make sure the deal got done. We came back Friday to pick up our car after Stephanie let us know it was detailed and ready to go. We couldn t be more happy about our Honda Accord. Thank you Stephanie and Honda of Leander!

Darryl was a very great help along with Jerry. I called around to Cleo Bay Honda, Round Rock/Temple/Austin Dealerships for Honda/Toyota/Chevy/Ford and found what I was looking for in Leander. I received clear cut information, with arrival date estimates narrowed down to a range of days for the car I wanted. I also ran into a situation where I needed to wait an additional week to which they were able to work with me due to my circumstances. When it came to closing down the paperwork, it was all done within the hour of me arriving on pickup day. The constant communication and updates I received from the day I arrived to meet Darryl to the day I bought the car was impeccable. I was also in the middle of buying a used car elsewhere, where I experienced the opposite. Truly got a first hand look of how well Honda of Leander works and puts their customers first for a thorough sense of comfort knowing the staff are on top of everything. Even the general manager was like 'Oh, you are that one' because of how informed he likes to be of every customers experiences. I will be buying my next new car here for sure!

Very new, clean, friendly people and great coffee selections- we bought a used car there and it had to be serviced right away. They did a great job fixing in time for our son to drive it home from getting his license. They called me and responded to texts . David Bautista was very helpful in sales.

I recently bought new Honda CR-V Hybrid from Leander Honda. My experience was great as I got exactly what I was looking for. Devyn was great, knowledgeable and helped me out throughout the process. I went in late there, but they stayed late for me, and did all the paperwork and gave me the car keys.The most important part was, Devyn was not pushy at all so I enjoyed the process of buying the car.

We got to the dealership at around 7pm and drove away with a new car that night! David Batista was an exceptional salesperson with excellent product knowledge and a great attitude. There was no high pressure sales, just friendly, approachable and efficient salesmanship. We left well after closing, yet everyone stayed and made us feel like they really wanted our business. From the person that detailed our car, Angel in finance, David our salesperson and Earvin the sales manager we had a great experience. Honda Leander and David Batista made the car buying experience super easy. I had been looking online for several weeks for a used Tesla with low miles that was in my price range. I had almost given up when I stumbled upon Honda Leander s website. Decided to go by in person to ensure they actually had the vehicle since some dealers will post too good to be true vehicles to lure customers in. As soon as I pulled in, I saw the car that I did in fact found online. I arrived at 5:30pm with my preapproval letter in hand, test drove it, and signed the paperwork. I was out the door by 7pm. No pricing hassles or games regarding trade in values like I ve experienced at other dealerships.Thanks Honda and David for a great experience!

I had an amazing service at Honda Leander. William Allen went above and beyond to help me find and decide on the perfect vehicle. He was patient while I was undecisive on the color, and was not rushing me or pushy. My family was in the car business for my whole childhood life, so I understand the business, and Will really made me feel comfortable in my decisions. Would 10/10 recommend Honda Leander and William Allen.

Our sales rep Ali was awesome. She wasn t pushy, made us feel comfortable with our purchase and answered all our questions. We told her we had to be somewhere and needed to complete the sale process within a few hours and her and the finance person made it happen. This is the best experience I ve had when buying a vehicle and I ve purchased many vehicles.

As my first car buying experience, I was blown away. It was quick, easy to understand all my options, and super painless. From the online consultant that helped me book my appointment Juan, to the friendly sales consultant Cat, and the knowledgeable finance manager Angel, I was amazed by the staff and their speed. From the test drive to driving off the lot, I was there maybe an hour and 45 minutes. The car is great and I would definitely be back in the future!

I purchased a 2021 Honda CRV Touring from Honda Leander. Amanda, from the sales team, was warm, personable, and attentive all while maintaining professionalism. She made it as easy as buying a car can be! She kept me well-informed during the process and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. She really put me at ease during the time I spent at the dealership. Amanda even arranged a ride for my son and I when I returned my rental car. Mitchell, from the dealership, picked us up. He was laid back and friendly and made the drive back very comfortable for us.Angel, in financing, was awesome, too. In the past, I ve walked away from finance departments feeling frustrated about how pushy they were, but I never felt that way in dealing with Angel. He answered all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and worked with me to keep my payment in my budget.I highly recommend Honda Leander to anyone looking to buy a new or certified pre-owned vehicle! They are what every car dealership should strive to be!

Their technicians are kinda scam. I didn t want them to open engine air filter but they deliberately opened it and took a video of it. They tightened screws so hard that no one can open it. Do they think they are the only one that could change air filter? I had loosened screws so that I could change my air filter NOT YOU! When I say do not touch air filter, DO NOT TOUCH!

Edit: (I waited for a Honda survey to review my purchase experience, but did not receive one, so here is my purchase review) - Eric Truong did a great job as my salesperson when I first inquired about buying a new Honda Pilot. I wanted a specific trim and color combination. He located one on their build sheet that had not been built yet and agreed he would call when the vehicle arrived. He called as they were unloading exactly what I was looking for and we negotiated a fair price and trade-in that day.Eric is a very good communicator, open and upfront with the facts and always kept me aware of the status from the start, during and after the sale concluded. Eric also eagerly helped with any questions or tasks I had. I recommend Eric Truong if you are looking to buy a new Honda from Honda Leander and want an experienced, knowledgeable, helpful salesperson you can count on. It was a great experience. Thanks Eric!Service review: I had running boards and rear bumper protection installed on my new Honda Pilot. My first time using Honda Leander service. The arrival check in process was smooth, they had the parts ready to install and called when ready for pickup. The paperwork and installation work was great and Michael Winton, my Service Advisor, was very pleasant to work with. Overall a very good experience.

From the moment I made my first call to Honda Leander about doing a test drive until I drove off the lot in my brand new 2024 HR-V EX-L, I had the absolute best car buying experience.There are 4 Honda dealerships in Austin. Not only did the remaining 3 all drop the ball in their own respective way, the staff at Honda Leander didn t for a second disappoint or fail to make an effort to provide excellent service, communication, support, patience and and an overall respectful interaction.I walked into the showroom with a dream and less than ideal credentials. HUGE thank you to Will for walking me through the process beginning to end, answering my billions of questions and doing all that he could to present me with the best possible term deal to get me behind the wheel of my now-car. I am beyond incredibly grateful for the opportunity.Another large thank you to Angel in finance.
