I got here 5 minutes to closing, yes I was THAT LADY today. The employees gladly helped me and serviced my tire. I'm so thankful that they did! Not only is the safety of my family important to me, it's important to them as well. Way to deliver Goodyear!!

I got my car tires replaced and a small service was done so smoothly by the young technicians who have good knowledge and spirit to solve the problem. I must highlight Reene who is a customer service manager here and she is very understanding and reasonable to offer the right service at right price keeping customer s need in mind. They are an awesome team to go an extra mile for you.

I had a terrible experience with Goodyear Auto Service in Leander, TX. I visited their shop multiple times to fix a shaking issue with my car, but they never resolved the primary problem. Instead, they kept finding minor issues and charging me for them. I had to take out a loan to fix my car, and now I am in debt because of Goodyear. I even wrote them a letter expressing my frustration and letting them know I was aware of their dishonesty. In response, they fixed my car for free, but the issue persisted. In less than a month, my car began to shake again and vibrate, making driving almost impossible. I took it to another auto service, and they were able to diagnose the issue, but unfortunately, I did not have enough money to fix it. I am hoping a kind lawyer comes across this and offers to work with me, as I am confident we can win the case. I need the money to pay off my loan and fix my car. May God help me through this and bless whoever wishes to help.

I ve brought my Jeep in here twice now: first for a routine oil change and second for a leaking tire. Both experiences have been great: quick service, quality work, friendly staff. James, though, on my second visit really went the extra mile for me. I d purchased a tire from another Goodyear location several years ago, and before charging for a new tire, he spent probably 30 minutes or so calling the other store to get records of my purchase and then confirming the tire was covered by road hazard, something that saved me quite a bit of money. If you re in the Liberty Hill or Leander area and need routine vehicle maintenance, I d recommend the team at Goodyear.

Called 40 mins before closing time desperately needing a new tire on a Sunday. Renee and her staff were so welcoming and efficient.. customer service here is always so professional. Not to mention Renee also has your best interest when recommending anything for you. Very trusty worthy shop highly recommend!!!

We love this location. Always quick and friendly. I bring my laptop with me and work in the lobby while we wait. Today I was in and out for my tire rotation in less than 30 minutes. And I didn't have an appointment either. Renee is up front usually. She's friendly and knowledgeable. We'll keep coming back

I had a tire replaced for my work vehicle a couple months ago. They got the work done properly with the right tire and I had no complaints. Then I took my personal vehicle in for a front brake job, which it needed. They did quality work with quality parts and back it with their Factory Store guarantees. Finally, I went back in because I had a question .....and they found that I had a nail in my right rear tire. They repaired my tire at no charge! I feel if you are looking for good quality work from good technicians at reasonable but not cheap prices due to the quality of parts and work provided, consider this store.

Absolutely horrible experience. Had come here to get a minor repair which turned into an upsell scam costing my family over $1000. They did such a poor job on my car that we had to come back several times to have them fix it. We ended up having to get rid of our paid off vehicle due to the damage that was caused here. My advice, if you re coming for an oil change stick to the oil change. Don t let them upsell you on any work that your car needs . If they are recommending major repair take your car to the dealership for a second opinion. We ended up finding out we did not need this major repair they sold us on. The best part about this? They did not want to refund us and every time we called trying to get a hold of the person who approves refunds this individual, was always conveniently out of town or on a work trip.

Renee was excellent!! Best customer service experience i ve had in a while! She got me in last minute when i found a screw in my tire after work. It took less than 20 minutes to get it fixed! Thank you!!

Had a premium oil changeand filter replacement. Also tire rotation and alignment check.Double checked their work,Full synthetic Valvoline Oil up to level on dipstick, with new filter. The protective shroud underneath the engine replaced properly. Good for 5,000 miles.Tires were rotated, and alignment not needed. Happy with the honesty of their technician, as well as the manager on duty.I will be back in a few months to have the same service performed. Will almost certainly buy tires from them as well.Great job..!!

Renee was a delight to work with. She was very helpful in selecting tires and evaluating all other options for alignment, etc. I can tell she is a team member Goodyear is proud to have on their team.

If I could give a zero star I would. Not only were they going to charge me $419 to replace an $18 part that takes 10 minutes but that wasnt even the reason my car was making the knocking noise or had the check engine light on. It simply needed oul which Qualtech discoverrd right away. Once oil was in place the light and noise went away. BEWARE of mechanics who do a diagnostic without checking the oil. Then to be spoken to in a patronizing tone by the obese man at the register was the icing on the cake. If you are a woman or man that knows nothing about cars STAY AWAY from this Goodyear!

They were quick to fix a flat. Also, I know I am close to needing new tires. They showed a lot of integrity by not pressuring me into buying them today and giving me a good indication of when I will need to replace them.

I needed a quick oil change and expecting a leave it all day or we are booked for next month Renee was so kind to squeeze me in that hour. Seeing how helpful she was with me and other customers I asked for a tire quote. She worked with my budget and got me a deal better than competitors so I got the tires too!! Renee was awesome and I definitely recommend Goodyear Leader!!

Renee Schmookler was accurate in her assessment of my failed tire. She offered quick advice and found the correct replacement tire and had me out the door in under an hour. I appreciate her knowledge and professionalism in her customer interaction.

Do NOT recommend. They said my flat tire cannot be repaired and asked me to order new set of tires with them, but I did get my tire repaired at a different tire shop (Lambs)

Took my vehicle to another shop who charged me 1300 bucks for an AC repair but only did 25 percent of the work that really needs for be done. Took it here to good year where Sean had his AC guy work on it. Amazing for. They came through when I was out of town to run and drop off parts that was hard to find for a 2005 vehicle. I would recommend them for anything vehicle service.

Took my vehicle in to have the A/C fixed and came out with the motor to my washer fluid not working when I got it back. Worked perfectly fine prior to having A/C fixed. They showed no concern about the damage they did and never offered a solution. Were very passive about their incompetence. Will never take my vehicle there again. Suggest you don t either. I have never had a shop do work on my vehicle and come out with other issues. Incompetence at its highest!

I popped by yesterday morning for 2 front tires with no appointment. Michael greeted me and after looking at my tires gave me 4 options that were in stock. I came back 1.5 hours later to pick it up. Perfect! Michael is great and I plan for more service here for my cars. Thank you Michael!
