Very impressed with this company! I called them in the morning with a trailer that had a problem with the wiring they got me in the same day. Very easy to work with. Mario was awesome! I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend them....

Amazing family owned business. We inquired on line about a trailer on there website that turned out they had sold but they sent back right away that they had a similar trailer still available. We went down late that night looked at it and bought it right there. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and amazing staff that night until I went to pick it up the next day after they got it all ready and clean for me and I was late picking it up after closing hours and I had forgotten my hitch on our other truck and they still did everything they could to help me to include allowing me to come in buy a new hitch and some other parts I needed and it just made my day. They have everything you could ask for for a trailer right there on the floor and easily excess able. Thank you to all the staff for the amazing hospitality and especially thank you for keeping the small business community alive. I will be seeing you all again.

Customer service was great. The area was not really cluttered with useless stuff. Staff made sure I got the right stuff I was needing and not trying to sell me stuff I did not need

Very helpful staff. I had replaced my axles on my trailer a few months ago with heavier duty axles. A bolt had broken, which you cant always get the beat of the best. Sometimes you might get a bolt that has a crack in it or something. But they were very helpful in helping me fix my issue

Great family owned business! We worked with Douglas, who isn t one of their salespeople, but jumped in to help when my husband and I came in to look at trailers. He went above and beyond in accommodating our needs, and worked within our time constraints even on a day when they were short-staffed and really shouldn't have been able to do everything they did for us! I can't say enough great things about Douglas and the rest of the staff for their knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, and how quickly and efficiently they were able to meet our needs. They have most definitely earned our business again in the future!

I was down and out, having busted up my trailer lights and wiring,.Called the local Big Tex Trailer dealer and they were not taking customers but they referred me to Falcon Products. They took me right in and treated me right. They got right on with repairing, the customer service was great, good bunch of hard working people. They were Heaven sent and made my day. Their rates were reasonable and they completed all the repairs I needed plus I was able to pick up some hard to find replacement parts. They are as good as it gets and I highly recommend them.

Genuinely the most amazing staff in the business. I honestly didn't want to leave because the crew was so much fun. I came in for a project that I was very stressed about. Left with a smile on my face that I don't think will be leaving any time soon. Thank you sooo much "K". You have no idea how much pressure was lifted off my shoulders. I very highly recommend Fabcon for all your truck and trailer needs. WOW! They get all my business from now on. 10 stars.

Great service from Mario and another gentleman when I pulled in with a trailer from ANOTHER company, but couldnt get all the trailer lights to function.After checking everything, trying fuses etc., they located a faulty wire on the light kit. They had the needed new part and fixed it up on the spot.Couldnt be more grateful and highly recommend these guys!!

Top notch customer service and great prices.K and her staff are awesome! I drove 6 hours to pick up my brand new dump trailer and I'll be driving back when I'm ready for my next purchase.

Great service! I would go out of my way to do business with them. The staff worked together, not in competition with each other. They know customers have a choice and genuinely want the customer to get what they need. They were helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I wish I would have found them sooner!

Not only did they assist me with my product selection. They also were honest enough to tell me I didn't need something when I thought I did. Needed a Brake Controller installed on my Avalanche for a newly purchased RV. They had the controller installed in under 30 minutes at a fair price, and they are so close. I will definitely be back when I need anything in the future.

Do not purchase anything from this business if you value your equipment and safety. My two-year-old trailer came detached on a county road, and the trailer brakes did not engage causing it to flail all over the road almost pulling me into a ditch. I admit that I should have checked to make sure the ball seated in to the hitch better, so I do not hold anybody but myself responsible for that. I was however very concerned that the brakes didn t engage, and this could ve been a horrible accident. When I spoke to the manager about this, her first response was what are you expecting here? She had zero For the situation, my safety, and the safety of those on the road with me. Her only concern was not taking any responsibility, saying that once a trailer leaves their lot it s not their responsibility. The reason I called because when the trailer slammed into the back of my hitch multiple times, it busted the control mechanism for the brake system and I just wanted it replaced so the brakes would work, since obviously they weren t working before. I never asked for anything else, including fixing my bumper that was damaged or fixing the trailer that was damaged outside the brake system. Take your business elsewhere.

Fabcon is best known for their trailer rental and sales. They are conveniently located at 183A and 2243 in Leander. Their inventory is of good quality at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and really know their stuff.Fabcon had been in this location since 1969. It is a family owned business with deep roots in the community. They donate trailers each year to out Boy Scout troop for our yearly fund raiser.I highly recommend going to them first if you're in the market to rent out buy a trailer.

Customer Service is spot on at this place. No hassle get you in and out quickly. 1st issue was battery 2nd was hitch. They got me fixed up with no problems. Highly recommend this place!

Great service and great people! I recently had work done to my boat trailer, their thorough approach caught several components that were worn out. Fast, professional, and VERY knowledge! Great staff and easy to deal with.

Fabcon is the only shop I authorize to work on my trailers for my business anymore. They're pros at it so why would I consider going anywhere else? And their pricing is very fair. Never a "surprise".

The owner of this business, Noel Larson, is the real deal. I had a blowout on my car on the highway close to the Fabcon offices on 183A in Leander. The spare and jack for the car was at home in the garage (another story). I got out of the car, reached for my phone only to find I left it at home. So I walked to the Fabcon Office and asked the worker behind the counter if I could use their phone. Of course, all of the phone numbers for everybody I know are programmed into my cell phone, so I could not recall any phone numbers for anyone. Frustrated, I just thanked the worker and left the building to walk the approximate 5 miles back to the house. After about a half mile, this guy pulls over in his Ford pickup and asks me where I was broke down. Turns out it was Noel Larson. He overheard my struggles from within his office and when he found out I had already left once he was able to come out of his office, he jumped in his truck and came to find me. He personally took me home to get the spare tire (and my phone), went back to my car and changed the tire on my car, all without charging me a penny. This guy has my business...period. He should have yours as well.

I have never had a bad experience here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I rent a storage space from them, have all my vehicles (including motorcycle) inspected here, and rent trailers when needed.

Beyond expensive for trailers. 4 hubs repacked, and a tongue actuator estimated at $1149. I took the trailer down to QualTech instead and they did it all for half the price and did a great job! To Branson and back with no problems. Trailers are the easiest thing to work on any mechanic shop can do the work.

Had a little rough patch but the team made it right. They stood behind their statement of going the extra mile to assure continued business.My wife and I now believe that and we will continue to take our trucks and trailers to the Fabcon team.

I rent trailers from these folks frequently. They are always helpful and courteous. The equipment is in good shape. We have been renting from Facon in Leander for 3 years. Great group of folks.
