We were in town for the eclipse having taken a family road trip in my 15 BMW X5 from California. On the last leg of our trip in on Friday afternoon, I got the warning that the diesel exhaust fluid was low and I only had 1000 miles before the car wouldn t start. YIKES! I searched for an appropriate service shop near my TX family s home and found Euro Garage with excellent ratings. I called not long before they closed, asking if I could get in on Monday (scheduling around the eclipse). They said yes, I could just drop by at the time frame I requested and they could do it while I waited. When I got there Monday morning, they found they didn t have enough DEF in stock (apparently it has a short shelf life) and called their local supplier to get some delivered. They told me it should be there in about 10-15 minutes (!) and that I could wait. The waiting area was blessedly cool and before I knew it I was on my way for a VERY reasonable price!Euro Garage gets my highest recommendation!

Had pads/rotors replaced with flush by tech Scott last week. Very professional team. Clean atmosphere. Super fast service. Cars are stored inside when necessary. Their hourly rate was beyond expectations compared to the Alfa Romeo dealership. We will recommend to anyone! The owner took time to verify our overall satisfaction before we made the 1.5 hr trip home. I've had a chain garage refuse service due to having spacers - booooo.

G and the guys are Euro Garage are HONEST, efficient, and competent. I know honesty and competency should be the goals of any business. Trust me when I say that until G and the mechanics at Euro Garage fixed my Mini Cooper, I did not believe that the words honest and mechanic could ever be used in the same sentence. I took my car to G (after several thousand dollars of repairs by other mechanics ) and to be honest, to say I was skeptical by the time I met him is an understatement. The service I received from G from the moment I called (yes, G, the owner, answered the phone), to our initial contact in which he quickly realized that the squealing sound I recorded for him to listen to was not a belt problem, to the repair breakdown complete with pictures of the less than stellar work by others, to dealing with my skepticism, G was professional, and in constant communication with me about the problems. The most important part, my car works properly. It sounds and runs better than it has in more than a year. If another problem arises, which I am sure it will eventually because it s a car, Euro Garage will be my first call because I TRUST them to fix it.

Euro Garage is amazing!! A few months ago we had an appt.to have front fog bulbs replaced and we also had some questions about windshield damage on our two cars. Gee spent extra time with us inspecting the windshields and provided excellent advice. He also replaced the bulbs at an incredibly low cost. In talking with Gee about his automotive background, he is the real deal. His extensive technical knowledge and his deep passion for cars makes him a diamond among high end car repair shops. Thanks Gee! We will be back!

I was referred to Euro Garage by another trusted garage and I am happy that I listened. G ( owner ) met with me and diagnosed my BMW for its problems. After the diagnosis, he provided pictures and explanations of what needed to be done. These were sent to me for review in a very professional format. After I reviewed he called me personally and explained in more detail what the problems were. He sent me the estimate which after approving, he did the work. I have to say if I had not found Euro Garage, my BMW may not have had a very long life. All in all a very professional experience. Euro Garage will be my place to take care of my BMW in the future. Excellent experience!

One of the very dedicated and honest team who will take care of your vehicle like their own.The shop gave me a very honest quote with respect to work which was supposed to be done. I had to go back for something minor which they took care of very quickly.Had major service for my q7Issue fix for vaccum not happening for brakes.Highly recommend them.

Great experience . G is very knowledgeable and recommends the best for his customers. I went to Euro garage for a starter motor issue on my Mercedes C300 . G kept me updated throughout the entire debugging process and root caused the issue. Will definitely recommend this place for a genuine and best service.

Highly recommend Euro Garage for many reasons! G, the owner, has been extremely responsive and helpful with throughout the process from initial quote to completion of work on both my cars (Audi and Land Rover). Not only is the pricing very fair compared to other independent shops (much cheaper than the dealer), he runs the shop extremely well and goes above and beyond to make customers happy. Had a very extensive service done on my Audi including PCV, thermostat, and water pump replacement as well as full 115K mile service and the car is running great! Also had multiple services done on my Land Rover (oil cooler and brake vacuum pump), giving me comfort that that car will be running well for a while.A few of the things that he did with my cars to go above beyond included: ride along to diagnose noise/issue, sending progress photos throughout work in-progress, and status reports on the cars indicating what needs to be repaired immediately/soon/not at all (red/yellow/green). If you are in the greater Austin area, Euro Garage is the place to go for any service needed on your European cars!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Had a great experience working with Eurogarage for getting my 2018 Audi S5 fixed on a few issues. G has explained and communicated on what went wrong and what needs to be done to fix them. Thoroughly examined and fixed all the issues. Gave recommendations for better maintenance of the vehicle. I recommend Eurogarage.

From the first call for an inquiry for service on our 2108 Porsche Mecan and all the way through our service G the owner was in top of things. They let you know what needs to be done with updates the entire time. I sure wish I had taken my car there the whole time for every 10,000 mile maintenance. Cannot recommend this place highly enough

I had my GL 550 serviced here. Gurjap was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issues. The work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend for anyone to bring their cars to Eurocar for servicing.

I flew from Michigan to Texas to buy a pre-owned BMW and used Euro Garage to carry out the pre-purchase inspection. Gurjap, the owner, was able to work with my schedule and was extremely professional and helpful. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and you can tell this is a top notch shop. Although I did not have any mechanical work done on the car, I would not hesitate to use this shop for any sort of mechanical work based on the professionalism and detailed pre-purchase inspection. 10/10 would recommend!

My Mercedes mirror had broken along with the frame around it, the store owner was very friendly, gave us all of the options to have it repaired. He explained how his business worked and it s clear they only use the highest of quality parts to do the repairs. They have multiple certificates and are authorized to work on luxury European cars. I cannot state enough how professional this operation is.I've owned German cars my entire life, and I know how it is to work with independent mechanics. And when you go into a new one, you almost never know what to expect.This time, I can confidently say that this work is above the level you get at the dealer level. I was ready to "parts cannon' the car - throw parts at it to try to resolve a difficult to track check engine light. They instead urged caution, and took the extra time to diagnose the actual issue - which is something you don't often see. And it paid off. They were able to isolate the problem. And without extra cost.An extra benefit to working with them is that they document their work with their software/interface and show photos and videos of their progress as it happens. This may not be too useful to a non-gearhead, but as I'm a nerd unwilling to wrench myself, this is valuable information to me as it confirms that they're doing exactly what they say - that they're honest, and the communications are fast, transparent, and they know what they are doing.This is a gem of a shop. Pleasant to work with, greeted with a smile, and they are true enthusiasts.Don't hesitate to entrust your car to them - they know what they're doing, and they're at the cutting edge for communications and customer service.

I usually don't post reviews but had to because of the superb service in this case. My BMW car had issue with front differential and was making grinding noise while driving. It was going to be expensive repair. Gurjap and euro garage handled the issue like professionals, discussed different options and answered all my concerns. Another plus point is that they use only OEM parts and provide warranty, so one less thing to worry about. To summarize, I am happy with customer service and quality.

I m so thrilled to have found Gurjap and EuroGarage. I ve been fumbling around with lackluster auto service for my Audi Q5.I have never received such detailed and knowledge correspondence regarding the service needed (key word there) for my vehicle. I ve had persistent oil issues for last 15k miles and unfortunately do not feel comfortable taking my Audi to the dealership service center. We re not going anywhere else from now on. So so grateful to have found this shop!

Gurjap is an honest mechanic who recognizes the challenges drivers have choosing a place to do business with. I needed a vent blower replacement for my Audi. He came in well under the dealership quote and completed the job so quickly I forgot my car was in the shop! He explained everything thoroughly, professionally, and with the heart of a teacher. G and his team performed the 60k mi maintenance and brake service on my 13' Panamera Turbo S. They did an amazing job and the pricing was much better than the dealership. Shop owner is communicative, has good prices and is very transparent with what work is needed vs. good to have. He sat down with me to help understand the details in the work his shop was going to do.I realize owning a German vehicle comes with the potential for a lot of on-going support. When you want something done right they say to do it yourself. In this case No if you want something done right you go to G! The way things were explained were detailed and he includes pictures. They are very professional and friendly. This place is a 10/10 I can t see myself going anywhere else in the future

I thought I had a favorite mechanic until I met Gurjap almost a year ago. I appreciate him going into detail about pros and cons to certain repairs. Tries not to break my bank by advising me what repairs need immediate attention and what can wait because a certain part still has some life on it. He is passionate about cars and cares about his clients. As meticulous as I am, I appreciate a clean garage and an area I can get some work done in the lobby while my car is being worked on.
