This location is just super awesome. We've been using them for a couple of years and the workers are always so helpful and pleasant, always take good care of us and our vehicles and we are always in and out quickly. I super appreciate all these guys do for us every time we have a nail or flat or need new tires!

The service here is always amazing. Been coming here for years. Pedro helped me with everything I needed. At the last minute during my new tires being installed, I requested different lug nuts, and he got exactly what I needed. And I was in and out for the whole 5 tire service. Great team!

Every time I visit this location it might take a while but the customer service reps are always on point and very nice and professional. Louis is a very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable worker. He helped me get 4 All terrain tires same day for my ford maverick. The service I requested was done in no time. This location really helps you get exactly what you need, they work hard, and good quality takes time. Great location!

GO HERE FOR TIRE RELATED NEEDS.This specific location has amazing Staff.Alex Adams the Asst. GM, treats my Corvette Stingray like it was his.Lots of Muscle/ Performance/ Exotic Car owners come here because of Alex and his Staff.Courteous, professional, and their Prices are unbeatable on like items.The guys in the Shop know how to get the Jobs done efficiently and it is done right.I have never had a problem here.My Appointments were handled on time.Positive Staff vibes all around at this location.I will not trust my 2023 Stingray C8 any where else but this Discount Tire location.

Best discount tire I've been to! They get the job done right, and I can count on them to show me any issues found that I was unaware of. In this case, it was a tire that couldn't be repaired. However, unlike other places, they won't shy away from letting me see the problem myself. That assures me they aren't trying to rip me off. Carson and Jeff were especially helpful and professional. I will definitely be coming back and referring this location to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

My wife had a flat tire while I was out of town. Ben was awesome and was very helpful finding us a tire for our budget and squeezing us in late in the day. Was open to price matching Costco, which didn't need to happen because they beat Costco. Good experience and we appreciated Ben's honesty and not pushy sales approach.

I always try to find positive things if I'm in the middle of the sea of frustrations. I made an appointment for 8:30AM today with the confidence that I'll get in and out in about 30 mins max. I got there just before 8:30 and the gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant all in all. He informed that it should be done in 45 mins since they're very busy. In my head, I thought well maybe it won't be that bad since I made an appointment. Since I decided to wait for my car, he got my cell number for updates. At 9:15AM, I got a text while sitting at their lobby saying that my car was ready for pick up. I'm alerted because, I'm looking at my car from the parking lot and it hasn't move at all since I parked. I kept my patience for a while and just before I decided to ask about the text I received, I saw my car finally entering the bay at 9:35AM.I finally got my car at exactly 10AM. 1 1/2 hours from my appointment time. That was unacceptable because it beats the purpose of making appointment. I've seen people come and go for that whole time. No one has ever approached me that they were running behind or maybe they lost my key or whatsoever. I gave them the 45 mins they've asked from my time to wait. But sending false text messages and making your customers wait for a long time is wrong.

My experience was AMAZING! When I spoke with Carson on the phone to set up my appointment he was incredibly helpful with setting the account up so all I had to do was check in. Upon arrival, Drake was so polite, relaxed, and over the top helpful. On a day they had a 4 hour wait, when we had to go back due to a balance issue Drake did EVERYTHING to make it right, and done quickly! I'm so in love with my new wheels and tires!

I have been a customer of Discount tires for over a two decades.Last time I made an appointment to fix a flat and rotate and balance my tires. Then I got to my appointment and the guy seems never paid attention to the appointment notes and just focused on repairing my flat and try to sell me new tires because they were getting close to needing replacement.The initial estimate was 45 mins. And after 45 mins my car was not even in the bay, at that point I requested an status, they couldn't find my keys and they hurry up and just fixed the flat after almost 80 mins just a flat fixed, no rotation no balancing and I was just SOL. I had to leave but on my way home I called and talked to a manager explained the situation and the only thing he could tell me was that he can give me a discount next time I was there. Really? What about the wasted time and lack of services provided? After a bit he offered me to come on Thursday and he will get me in an out in 30 mins. We'll that sounds a lot better, but guess what? My appointment was never made and the manager was not even there the date and time agreed. Yuck!Seems like just basic customer service is being lost. So I am taking my business somewhere else. Manager never called nor I am expecting a call.Good thing is that Costco has my tires and the hazard warranty amd installation is included in the tire purchase.

I went here to get a leaking tire patched up. Everything from scheduling the appointment online to dropping the car off and getting the tire patched was top notch. The staff were very polite, helpful and efficient, and the interior waiting room was very clean. I would highly recommend this location, and I've heard good things about Discount Tire in general!

I had a flat tire, I needed a replacement. I was in at 7:30 in the morning, they got me in replaced my tire and I was at work inside of an hour. Great service.2 weeks later the tire pressure light came on and I stopped and asked them to check and once again, even though there was a crowd, I was in and out.

I ve been working in the construction industry and driving F250s all over the country for over 10 years and have always been treated well at Discount Tire. No matter the state or location, these guys do a great job. The wait is kind of a thing since they re more popular now compared to 5 years ago, but if you make an appointment ahead of time it s easier to get in and out in less than an hour. Tires are popular regionally, so in the case that they don t have the tire you want, I ve never had a problem with them ordering tires. It usually takes about a week, but you can get pretty much any typical brand/style you want. The tire protection is a game changer as well. If you re normally in rough/nontypical terrain, get the certs, they re worth it.

Wow!! I am so impressed! Everyone here was so nice and professional. I walked in at 5:50pm with a nail in my tire. Even though they closed at 6, they gave me excellent service. They fixed my tire at no charged and stood after to make sure I had everything taken care of!!! Alex at the air service was fabulous and so was the manager and every single gentleman there!!! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Replaced 2 tires on my Jeep 12/22/23 due to flats from nails in apartment parking lot. Had another tire completely collapsed onto the rim 12/31/23. Had Jeep towed to the same Leander location on 01/02/24. Jacob was the service tech who helped me both times. He provided excellent customer service. Replaced the other 2 tires. Great service.

I took my car in for a tire rotation and balance. Lous who helped me noticed what the dealer ship didn't the day before when it was in for service that my tires were wearing and needed to be replaced. During our conversation I informed him my tires were only two years old. He looked up my warranty noticed they were covered, ordered new tires and the staff put new tires on my car the following day in less than one hour. Thank you so much Discount Tire for making sure my vehicle was safe for me.We have been customers of Discount Tire for a few years now and this is just one reason why. There staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.Thank you

At Air pressure check the tech Alex and Jacob stayed behind 1 extra hour beyond their shift to help me in bind. I had a flat tire while picking up the kids from daycare and got a puncture with crying hungry kids. Alex and Jacob came out and accommodated me like real heroes making sure we were taken care of and came to the car to assist me. These are people that do professional and quality work and really care. I hope these guys get promoted. Discount tire Leander is where the A team is at! Can t thank you guys enough!

I asked for someone to check my front left tire. A pleasant young man assisted me. After a thorough exam of the tire he assured me it was safe to drive on and to never hesitate to come in if any more questions. How refreshing!!!!

Just wanted to share a really positive experience. I've been coming here for the last 4 years and have always had great service, but recently I purchased a new EV and wanted to make a minor modification to the wheels that required removing the wheels (removing the plastic aero inserts found in many EVs).Manny really helped me out throughout the whole process. He touched base with me as I waited. He got hands on to help figure out exactly how we needed to accomplish my goal. And in the end, he didn't charge me a thing.It wasn't a ton of work, maybe 10 minutes total, but it had a huge impact for me. It made me feel like a valued customer and It's while I'll continue to come to this location time and again, because this type of service and support isn't atypical for this crew, they always make a positive difference and that means a lot!

It sucks replacing tires, but they got it done and helped fix my TPS issue. One tire was replaced under warranty. I had to replace others because of a bulge on the tire.I came in having just put the donut on the car in 107f heat and the first thing the guy asked was if I wanted water. Thank you so much!

Went in for a free tire rotation without an appointment. Was told it was an hour to hour and half wait. They sent a link to my phone to track where my car was in the queue so I could run errands and return on time so I didn't have to wait in the store. Although the link was a bit clunky, it worked fine. I returned at the estimated time and my car was taken in a short time later. The whole thing was finished ahead of schedule. Today, on a subsequent visit, I arrived at the appointed time and left 30 minutes later with one new tire and verification of no leak on a second tire. They put the spare back under the car. Diagnosing the issue the day before, the staff was excellent. These folks have been consistently good.

Have been a customer of Discount tires for about 20 years and I will probably be another 20 more years plus! The service was impeccable from the staff at the air tire station. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. We then went inside to check some tires quotes and again the service was amazing! They close at 6 pm and we got out at 7 pm because there was a lot of people, but they were all working very hard and looked happy. Thank you again!

I made an appointment online as recommended by the person I talked to on the phone and then about 30 minutes before, I got a text telling me the appointment had been canceled without any reason.Then I make another appointment, and when I show up, I have to wait in line for 10 minutes just to talk to someone at the counter while they respond very quickly to every phone call, but not customers who are in store... seems backward.

I am exhausted with this location-I had come in earlier this year to replace some of my tires. At the end of the appointment, one of the techs handed back my keys & I glanced at the paperwork he was holding.Based on that paperwork, I had two bent wheels, but the tech for some reason decided to not reveal that information to me. I called in, & told them that I was incredibly upset about having been lied to (by omission); they apologized and asked me to come back in. I came back, and was asked why I was so upset about my wheels being bent. I reiterated I was upset with the way the tech handled the situation, by not telling me about a potential issue with my car, and that I was now also upset about them spreading incorrect information (internally saying I was mad because my wheels were bent, instead of that the tech lied , which I stated in my phone call MULTIPLE times and could not have been clearer about). They apologized again and said they would leave notes stating they would help me out on the cost of new wheels when I was ready to replace them.One of my wheels cracked, so I brought my car back in- surprise surprise, they didn t leave any notes, so I was told there wasn t much that could be done other than me having to buy a new wheel!! The only slight redemption they get in this instance is I received a discount on the wheel itself ($40 off), but this does not cover the continued lies they are willing to tell me as the customer in order to brush issues under the rug.If there was a simpler option for me than using their services, I would not spend another cent here, because I am incredibly unhappy. Word to the wise- get EVERYTHING (especially notes regarding your account) in writing, printed, or video recorded for future reference as they have the potential to be incredibly shady.

It's with regret that I pen this review, especially since I've been a steadfast patron of Discount Tire for so many years. Regrettably, my recent interaction with them has changed my perspective. The company that once seemed dedicated to customer service now appears more driven by profit margins. I was taken aback when they chose not to balance my tires, instead attempting to persuade me to invest in new ones, despite mine having a good amount of miles left. It's disconcerting to witness Discount Tire shift their focus in this manner. As a result, I have decided to look elsewhere for our tire needs.

Come here for a tire rotation, my appointment was at 3:30pm, I checked in at 3:15PM, they mentioned to me the job should be done no later than 4:30PM. At 4:30PM my car is still parked in the lot, and when I asked again then they finally told me I would be next. Seems like the appointment is not helpful at all, I saw someone walked in get their car done before me. Finally, I they got my car done around 5PM.

They won t allow carry in and refuse to even let me order tires, pick them up to have them mounted somewhere else because the wheels I have aren t stock fitment for the vehicle. Maybe you ll have better luck than me, but Jacob will not allow that on his watch
