ADC was amazing to work with and did an outstanding job on my truck. After the recent hailstorm, I wasn t going to go with just whoever my insurance recommended. I found ADC and after reading their reviews and going and talking with them face to face, I knew I wanted to use them. They got my truck in super fast and handled the adjustment with my insurance company. The knocked out the repairs quickly and did a hell of a job. I d definitely use them again if the time ever comes again. The guys were super friendly and quick to respond anytime I had a question or concern.

Austin Dent Company are ROCK STARS (especially Andy) my car looked like a golf ball, and now it looks brand spanking new.First time I've had to deal with hail damage to this extent (15k) but they made it all worth the wait. Professionalism at it's finest, super cool guys all the way around. I HIGHLY suggest USING these guys if you have hail damage and want to save your car. They have to be the BEST in the Austin area for PDR work, I will pitch you guys anytime I get the chance..Thank you guys very much..- customer for life

My friend recomended me with Andy because of a dent in my vehicle. Andy and his partner did a great job on my vehicle, looks as it never happend. It was very quick and easy to get an appointment for a quote. Andy also gave me an appointment within same week and in just less then four hours my vehicle was done and ready to go. I would highly recommend this business. I crossed the city (SW Austin to Leander) to take both cars to them and found great work, great communication and great people. I never write reviews but must in this instance, and would easily tell anyone across Central Texas to use Austin Dent Company.

Someone backed into my new truck and I tried to ignore the dent but couldn't! The guys at H&R Auto Body, Inc. recommended Scott to me, owner of Austin Dent. I was super impressed with their work! The dent was over the rear fender on a crease. I really didn't expect much, but WOW you can't see it!! Pics show before and after. Thanks Scott and team!! Also these guys are very friendly and helpful they've even recommended a detailer for me. Great customer service skills!!!

These guys are absolutely amazing. They got my 2023 Camaro back to looking new! If you are thinking about having them do your work, Do It! You won t be disappointed! 10 out of 10. I will definitely be back if I ever need work done again and will definitely send business their way!

Amazing work!I was a hail specialist for years. I travelled the nation writing estimates and working with hail companies to have vehicles repaired. I know this business, and this repair method. I have worked with Austin Dent company extensively and know these guys VERY well. I can confidently, and comfortably call myself a hail expert. I have watched ADC repair vehicles that you never would have suspected could be fixed using paintless dent repair. I just picked up a personal vehicle that needed hail repair, and the work was nothing short of top tier. They are quick, made the process very simple, kept me updated and the vehicle looks even better than it did before the damages. If you need hail repair, this team are THE ONLY ones in town I would ever consider. I cannot stress enough how closely I have worked with literally 100s of hail companies, and how ADC is a top quality team who you can trust. I also know they will not send a vehicle home until it has met their own standards, which means it will be even better than the untrained eye will realize. Great guys and Great experience from first call, through drop off and repair process, to pickup. Easy, fast and perfect. Thank you ADC.

You definitely want to bring your car here, they checked my car for free and on the top of it, offered a FREE fix, because it couldn t be fixed completely without re-painting job. These guys know how to make trustworthy relationships with the customers!

They did an incredible job of taking car of my brand new car with the hail damage it received. My car's hood looks brand new again. They estimated a couple of days to fix it, but got it done much quicker than expected. Also everyone I spoke to the and helped me through out the process was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Hopefully I won't be a repeat customer because I do not want any more hail damage, but if it happens, I know who I'm going back to. Thanks again y'all!

Top notch service! This is how local businesses should model their customer service by. I called a couple of days ago to get a quote and they actually called me back the same day and set an appointment.I went in to get a door ding looked at and was expecting to have to bring it back another day to get it repaired. Not with Scott and his team at the helm. Scott (one of the owners I found out) with the help of his lovely family greeted me as soon as I came in and let me know they were expecting me.I showed them my damage, albeit minimal, and they got right on it. I have warranty company I use for this type of damage and always get a little push back when I mention it. I assured Scott it wouldn't be an issue, he called the number I provided for him and he spoke with a representative. Shortly after, he took a picture and told me "I can repair this now. It should take about thirty minutes." Of course, I said "Go ahead!". I was there a total of an hour and my repair was done in less than the thirty minutes Scott quoted. I am a bit of a chatter box at times.If you are in need of PDR look no further than Austin Dent Company. They're extremely professional and get you taken care of!

Just picked up my F-150 from Austin Dent Company. I just have to say, I am very pleased with their quality of work , professionalism and quick turnaround . The hood alone had over 75 dings from a hailstorm.Thank you Austin Dent Company!I would be happy to refer my friends and family!

This is truly how you run a business. Scott and his team are phenomenal! EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! The whole process from A to Z was AMAZING! GREAT COMMUNICATION! My car looks new again after another Texas hail storm. Glad I was referred to them! ABOSULETLY would give return business but hopefully I can avoid anymore hail storms. But if I do I know exactly where to go! AND YOU SHOULD TO!

My husband and I were caught in a hail storm on the 183 toll. With dents everywhere we took it into Austin Dent. They took care of everything even with the insurance company. It was amazing how good my car looked when I got it back, like new! Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and just great people to work with! Andy at Austin Dent Company was truly a Godsend! I was so worried about my new, black Ford F250. It was pretty banged up and dented and I feared the worst. Andy pulled up and proceeded to pull out of his truck a huge array of tools, which he set up next to my truck. When he put up his sun umbrella over his work space, i could see that he was going to take his time and not rush the job. I could not believe the precision and expertise he had in his work. He was like a surgeon saving my trucks life! The results were truly amazing. My truck looked like new! These guys are professional and fair - they fixed our truck quickly and we ended up grateful and surprised that we didn t have to pay a lot more for what we thought would be extensive body work. We didn t even have to touch up the paint! Thanks to the team for getting us back on the road same-day. The best dent repair experience we ve ever had, hands down.
