I recently had an amazing experience with Apex Auto Shield and I couldn't be happier with their services. The paint protection film (PPF) and ceramic coating job they did on my car exceeded my expectations. The level of professionalism and attention to detail from Andrew and his team members was exceptional. They were not only friendly but also very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making sure I felt informed throughout the process. I highly recommend giving Apex Auto Shield a try. You won't be disappointed!

Unable to get the salesman at the dealership to stick his neck out to recommend a PPF company whose work had been researched, tested and proven, I took matters into my own hands and did my own due diligence. After receiving three bids, I decided to "interview" the lowest bidder as well as the detail shop closest to my home. When I stopped in, unannounced, to meet the owner, Andrew, and his team at Apex, my first impression was WOW. I wanted to see the discipline, cleanliness and organization of his shop, take a visual inventory of what make and models he was detailing and observe his team's work ethic and personal care for the vehicles they were servicing.But in the end, Andrew impressed me the most. He was professional, patient and kind answering all my questions. He carefully explained every step of the various PPF applications and helped guide me, without pressure, to a final decision. Once I pulled the trigger and released my new vehicle into his care, Andrew's daily communication updates were detailed and specific. He met the completion date given to me as well.And as for his invoice, there were no surprise charges...ZERO!On a side note, Andrew and I agreed Apex would tint my windows...not the dealership. However, when I delivered my vehicle to Andrew, he noticed the driver and front passenger windows had already been tinted. Andrew sent me 3 detailed photographs of debris that was trapped under the dealership's tint job. We agreed the dealership's version of a "quality" tint job did not match ours, so both window tints were removed (at a cost of $60). But here is where Andrew's customer service really shined. Unsolicited, he took the lead to solve this poor tint job problem by directly communicating with the tint company the dealership uses and was able to secure a full $60 refund. That's going the extra mile even after I had already committed to have Apex detail my vehicle.Bottom line, Apex is an impressive company. Employees appear very well trained, respectful of their customers' property, happy and passionate about their work. Clearly his team is reflecting Andrew's positive, detailed and enthusiastic attitude toward the auto detailing industry.I've already done the due diligence so you need not look further for PPF and other vehicle protective services than Apex Auto Shield in Leander. You will be thrilled with the results.

2 days ago I asked for recommendations for a detailer in the Cedar Park, TX FB group who could take one of our cars that had severe water spots and paint issues and make it look like new. We were recommended Auto Detail Pros. They did phenomenal work. Ross was who we talked to and it was obvious he was very knowledgeable. When we showed up to get our car, it looked like it was new on the showroom floor. I can't recommend these folks enough. If you're looking to have your car detailed, especially if you have some paint issues, I highly recommend you check them out. It was really cool when they sent us progress pictures throughout the day. It's very obvious that they know what they are doing and they care about their customers and the quality of their work. Highly recommend them.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Jonah and his team always do amazing work and they re very efficient. Their attention to detail is incredible. Definitely contact them if you re looking for PPF, Ceramic Coating, or even a maintenance wash/detail. You won t be disappointed. The best in Austin without a doubt!

Super happy with the service I received at Apex. Andrew walked me through all the different options and was not pushy at all. He gave me the pros and cons and demonstrated with a light box the difference the film made in terms of heat transferred and heat rejected. I felt like my business was important to them. Definitely recommend Andrew and the Apex team to others!

Amazing shop for all of your Car wash, detailing, coating, tint and paint protection film needs! Andrew and team did a wonderful job of taking care of my c8, I highly recommend having the Xpel paint protection for your vehicle, and the ceramic window tint blocks out all of the heat and looks amazing!

Jonah and his team are true professionals. I did extensive research around town, and online, ultimately interviewing multiple shops before selecting them to complete a Ceramic Coating on my truck. These guys went above and beyond, in terms of both communication and service. Extremely impressed with their knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail. Will not hesitate to send business their way.

Apex hands down is the Best PPF and tint shop in the Austin area. They did a "Track Pack" PPF on my 2024 C8 Corvette with Ceramic Coating and a partial front PPF with Ceramic Coating on my 2023 VW Jetta. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and customer service!

Ross and his team did an amazing job applying PPF and window tint on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Christian did a perfect job on the PPF application and Luke did an awesome job on the window tint. The precision to detail and craftsmanship shows in their work. Highly highly recommend them.

I knew ceramic coating was worth every dime, the second I saw the finished product. Jonah kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process, even sending me pics of the paint correction progress. I ve ceramic coated my last car somewhere else and the overall experience / end result from Mark and Jonah was night and day better. Easy to see why they re the only certified Opticoat installer in the Austin area.

Recently relocated to Leander. I came from a city and state in which there was an abundance of auto enthusiast services. Was insecure or unsure if anything would be found here , or anything done professionally or high quality away from the city. Found this business and saw the type of cars they work on, I reached out and they not only called me back but patiently explained to me all the services and listened to my needs and encouraged me to a level 2 ceramic coating for my new Model Y. They did not sell me on more than what I needed. Place is legit and professional , garage / work station is sterile and spotless. Solid customer engagement on social media. I had a ceramic coat added to my new Tesla Y. The initial paint job had some significant defects (which Jonah was helpful to point out) and I'm really pleased with the result. Jonah not only did a great job with the prep and application of the coat, but he was excellent in educating me about the benefit and process. He was always timely, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Moreover, it's always wonderful to work with somebody who is so passionate about their work. Thank you!

Got a full front PPF installed on a new car. From the initial request to quote, installation, and delivery, I can t say enough about how well Apex (Andrew) communicated the process and status. I found Ross and Jonah on the internet. I initially talked with Jonah and he took the time to educate me on the process and gave me options on what he would do with my Ford Raptor. Ross and team did the PPF and Ceramic for me and I couldn't be more impressed. My neighbor said my truck literally looks like glass. I would highly recommend them. I spent a lot of time researching local businesses that offered ceramic coating and Xpel PPF to protect my new Tesla. I found the Auto Detail Pros team on a forum and they stood out for many reasons. Fantastic work and great attention to detail!Their machines didn t have appropriate cut outs for my car so they did it by hand for free.2 weeks later they were able to cut out precise cuts and do it right. Now it looks fantastic and I m very satisfied.

Amazing working with Jonah. They did a ceramic coating and full ppf on the front it looks flawless on my new Tesla model 3. They even helped me identify areas where tesla could fix (paint, or panel issues)
