Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Whole deal was easy and convenient (especially with the free shuttle service) and price was reasonable with no surprises.Will come back for my scheduled maintenance but in the meantime, my experience was great!

Fast, efficient, honest.When a dealership quoted me $5500 for the repair these guys told me that half of what was quoted is fraud. I independently reviewed that with other experts. Total cost here was $2100. I think they've got my business for a long time now.

Just moved to the area and these guys were able to get me in for an inspection when I called. I appreciated their time and patience, as they were extremely busy but made time to take my car in. Not only were they accommodating, they were sweet and service was quick. I recommend this place if you are looking for easy and fast service, they are extremely professional and I cannot thank them enough.

Just found this company by luck. Lucky I was! So happy with this place! Very easy to work with, accomodating, knowledgeable and very communicative! Plus they offer so many complimentary services. Even their synthetic oil change prices simply can't be beat. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

The kindest guys in League City. They really helped me out this morning. I arrived at 7:33am & they did not bat an eye helping me clear a simple maintenance message on my Toyota. They even re attached wires that had come loose on my tail light. Highly recommend!

Bryan (manager) took my call and gave me a very good explanation of what he believes is the matter with my AC. He wasn t in a hurry to get me off the phone and allowed me to ask questions. Very polite and professional. I really appreciate the customer care I received just over the phone. I will definitely be coming in for future work on our vehicles. Excellent first impression!

My Audi had a sudden leak and my fianc� has been going to Sun Auto for a few years. They were so quick to find the problem and excellent communication throughout the entire process. We didn t have to call to get an answer or check in one time. My car is driving perfectly!! Thank you so much to the team.

This was my first time using Sun auto for an oil change. I could not be happier with my experience. They were very welcoming and friendly, and gave great service. This will now be our go to place for oil changes.

Took my car in for an oil change on a Friday but told Brian about some other issues. He suggested I wait until they can look at the car and see what the issue is! Dropped it off Monday he called Midday and advised of the issues. My ext warranty company did not approve and Josh called me Tuesday to advise since Brian was off. I authorized the repairs and the car was ready Wednesday afternoon. Clyde came to pick me up at work and take me back to get my car! Could not ask for a better experience! I'm new to auto repair places. I believe that communications with the new customers should be better than what I received. I was told it would be $99 to check out the problem on my vehicle. It actually was $105. The checkout charge was in fact $99.99 or $100 PLUS $5 for shop supplies. I don't understand shop supplies for plugging into the body computer on my vehicle.I can understand "Shop Supplies" for any repair where they are used. BUT, customers should be told ahead of pick up time of these charges. The check out charges are $105 and this is what should be told to customers.Then there is a call back when the vehicle was completed diagnosis. I waited until after 4PM to receive a call. I called Sun Automotive to determine if my vehicle was diagnosised and was ready to be picked up.So 4 stars due to lack of proper communications with a new customer.

Thanks to Brian and to the rest of his team, they did such an amazing job on my car and they were more than fair with the price. They always greeted me with respect and a great attitude and they got me back on the road very quickly. I 100% recommend them, they have a customer for life with me. The technician on duty Sunday politely asked me to return Moday so that a tech who knows about my problem with a Lexus lift gate could address my need. On Monday the 2nd tech told me that the best plan was for me to give them a day to diagnose and address the problem and quoted an estimate for just the diagnosis. I dropped the car on Thursday, and by noon on Friday it was ready. The lift gate problem was just a need to reprogram the limits of it's function. Sun Auto tech said that the reprogramming was done as part of the diagnostic, so that woud be the only charge to fix the lift gate. It's a true pleasure to deal with the people here who #1-know their business, #2-know how to fix things and #3- are very honest in the way they charge as little as possible for the best of service. Highly recommend!!

Had these guys fix my 2011 Buick enclave motor mounts and a/c compressor Brain was a lot of help and very honest guys working there nothing came up missing you get what you pay for. made my car feel like I just drove off the lot I recommend this place 10/10

I ve taken my car here multiple times and from I could tell they did an alright job, the prices were the only thing that concerned me. But after going to a different shop I now learn that the master cylinder was replaced incorrectly. Sun Auto also stated that they replaced both of my knock sensors. Now I learn that only 1 was replaced with a cheap aftermarket sensor and that it was overnighted severely. I ve heard from other people that say whenever it was Louetta Auto, they did great work, but ever since they ve been bought out it s horrible work at an even worse price. I do not recommend this place and I will be praying on their downfall.

Took car in for an oil change on 1/9/24. After driving away, I noticed my rearview and doorside mirrors had been adjusted, and were not returned to their original position. Why were they messed with in the first place? You're driving into a bay a couple of feet away--Not taking a spin around the block.I had also requested having windshield wiper fluid added, and was willing to pay extra to have that done. The counter guy assured me that it was part of the oil change service, Yep, you guessed it--Not a drop was added.I see now why this outfit won't give itemized statements.

I had driven through some water yesterday, crazy rain here in TX! And this morning my underneath shield was on the ground, making crazy noise! I called and got in right of way and they did an amazing job attaching the shield back up. Brian provides great customer service! And they didn t even charge me. So thankful I looked them up and took my car here. Definitely found a car shop that will be getting my business. In this day and age, great customer service is a breath of fresh air.

Sun Auto Service hands down are absolutely the best people to take your vehicle for service!!!!I picked up a roofing nail in my rear tire & didn t have an appointment. They were able to get me in, fixed my tire and back on the road in no time. The staff is friendly as well as professional. I recently had some work done on my car, and it was finished quickly and efficiently. Brian was awesome and answered all my questions thoroughly and he worked hard to keep prices down. Everyone at the front desk, the mechanics and the shuttle driver were great. I would definitely recommend Sun Auto. The store I went to was 632 Egret Bay in League City, TX.
