Nicolas is pretty enjoyable to talk to and very informative and great at customer service. Explained everything well, spoke to like a human and not some fake, and did a tremendous job. Quinton the mechanic on site was information and did an awesome job looking over my vehicle and performing the work that he did. Really great place to go. May be understaffed or needing an appointment, but great vibe and seemed to be better than Firestone. Firestone will take 4+ hours for one tire replacement while the courier goes to lunch instead of finishing the job while you re sitting inside waiting like a goof. Stay clear of Firestone in Webster and hit up Pep Boys instead.

I appreciate Nick outstanding customer service to me and my 84 year old mother. PEP Boys did an excellent job with the vehicle alignment, old change and tire repair. Especially near business closing hours. I just arrived in town and the car had problems. Pep Boys came to the rescue. Thanks again Nick for your untiring support with this matter. Enjoy your weekend!

Ask questions before getting serviced here. I use Pep Boys for my oil changes and normally pay no more that $80. This particular store only had full synthetic oil (when I use synthetic blend). More costly. Needed wiper blades and the "less exepensive" were out of stock, charging $37.00 per wiper. Seems like a "quick" way to pay more when you're cars on the lift!

I love this place. They're super honest, helpful, and will include a tire rotation with every oil change for free. One time I was convinced my brakes needed replacement because the dealership told me they would by the time I needed my oil changed again. Then when I got my oil changed the staff here told me my brakes were fine. The honesty blew me away. I have many more examples of how they've been helpful and shot me straight. It can be very hard to find a place like this.

Subject: Disappointing Experience - Unresolved Issues and Safety ConcernsI recently visited Pep Boys League City for a clunking noise driver front side that was there after my car had been repaired at another auto shop, and to diagnose the check engine light that was now lit up after other shop worked on my car both these problems were not there before or after the accident they assured me they were going to look over my whole car to make sure everything was in working order. They stated my driver cv joint was going bad (just replaced in 2021) and back driver side wheel hub was bad, and the check engine light problem was because other shop did not hook up the hose on valve cover when they replaced valve cover when doing the repair. After being assured that fixing the CV joint would resolve the problem, I gave the go-ahead for the repair. However, to my dismay, the issue persisted even after the supposed fix. Before leaving the shop, I addressed the issue and Ashely said to bring it back to the shop first thing in the morning, I asked if it was safe to drive, she assured me it was.Upon returning to the shop, I was informed that the problem was now attributed to the strut, and I proceeded with the recommended repair. Unfortunately, this too proved ineffective, and the clunking noise persisted. After the Mechanic test drove it, I still heard the noise from inside the shops lobby and told Nick the issue is not resolved and asked to test drive the car myself got the ok and the mechanic went with me. I pointed out the noise that is still there for which was the whole reason I brought it there. He said I would still hear noises because the other strut and shocks were worn out, so I stated well if the strut on driver side was the issue, then I would not be hearing the noise still on the side he fixed. He stated he would get under it and check everything out again.When we got back to the shop he put it back on the rack I watched as he inspected all the moving parts under the car on driver side and passenger side Quinton ( the mechanic) called me into the shop to show me all the parts were in good condition and that he was baffled as to why the clunk was there so I decide to feel and jiggle things myself and immediately came across a loose plate that he did not notice in the initial inspection nor during repair then as I was checking bolts when we both locked eyes on a bolt that was hanging down at a angle and he said he never saw that, I asked him what would have happened if that bolt came out while I was driving it he said the tire would have fell off. I went back to the lobby; he tightened the loose bolts, and we took it for a test drive again woe and behold 800.00-900.00 in repairs later the problem was fixed. If that bolt had come undone, it could have led to serious injury or even a catastrophic accident. This blatant oversight on the part of the shop raises serious concerns about the quality and thoroughness of their work.Not only did the initial repairs fail to address the problem, but the subsequent misdiagnoses and the discovery of loose bolts indicate a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer safety. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Pep Boys in League City.I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering this auto repair shop, as my experience suggests a lack of competence, reliability, and a disregard for the safety of their clientele. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking dependable and trustworthy automotive services.

Recently took my Wife's car there for front brake pads . Within a short time of dropping it off , Ashley provided a thorough assessment and price estimate to do the work , without any upsale tactics. The work was done quickly , completed on time , and affordably priced .Ashley did a great job communicating thru the whole process , and the mechanic provided good quality work.I recommend this shop .

Great service. I brought my wife s car in, to check and see where her coolant leak was coming from. They did the complete pressure test and found out it was just the reservoir. The mechanic I went to before I went to pep boys said I was going to have to replace the head gasket. Pep boys told me what was wrong then showed how easy it was to replace it. I went to AutoZone and bought the reservoir and replaced it in 15 minutes.

My wife popped her tire this evening. We have six kids, and she is bringing the oldest two to school tomorrow morning. I swapped it out for the spare tire, and drove to Firestone, since our normal shop, Discount Tire, closes at 6pm.Turns out Firestone was closed one hour early for a corporate meeting. So I went to Walmart, around 6:20pm. But their balancer was out so I tried going to the next Firestone. Apparently, ALL Firestones were closed an hour early for a corporate meeting.At this point I was running against the clock. I called Pep Boys, and asked if they d take me in.I spoke with Nick the manager on the phone. What a kind guy! Super nice, took me in at the last minute to make sure my wife didn t have to drive on a little weak spare tire to school tomorrow. Big shout out to Nick the manager and Eric the installer/tech for staying late and helping me out!! Wow! Five Stars!!!

The lady at the front name (sorry. I forgot her name. I'm horrible with names) was very nice and knew a lot of information. Made us feel welcome while waiting. The guy that changed all 4 of my tires was SUPER fast. Wasn't even there for an hour. Definitely recommend.

Nick was very rude and not understanding. I had scheduled an online appointment for a free wheel alignment check, and when I went in the store Nick said that it's not free, if we check the alignment we have to do it as well. I showed him the appointment confirmation where it stated "Free Alignment Check" and he said that's not available at this specific location since we don't have the machinery for it, so if y'all don't have the machinery for alignment check, then how come he was telling me I have to pay for the alignment. I would 100% NOT recommend this place, Nick is a complete liar.

Updated: overall, the checking experience is good but if the scheduling can be right on tim, that would be much better.We brought our car to the shop after making an appointment at 10:00. The manager Nick asked us to come back at 14:00. Then we were there at 14:00. He asked us to wait another hour. We don t feel being valued as a customer.

A novice mechanic was left in charge of the whole store, leaving no management to explain how they would fix my cooling system they damaged while changing the oil on the car. I will not use the Leauge City, Tx location again.

Excellent work done at a reasonable price. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced, brake pads and power steering fluid replaced. Detailed inspection report and invoice emailed for easy reference. The power steering flush was half the price I was quoted elsewhere.

Way over priced went to NTB for $400 less. Didn't do anything I asked like fill up windshield wiper fluid.. Didn't take plastic peace of new wiper blade.. Never noticed until it was raining but dang really?

They charged a reasonable rate to work on my car. They were busy and took a little longer but hearing some of the interactions with the manager and the other customer, it was clear that they were looking after their best interest. You do not see this as often as you should these days, but I was pleased to see someone who showed compassion to others.

Nick and Marcos and the rest of the guys were very quick, professional, and helpful. I went to get my flat checked out, and at first they recommended getting an exterior patch at a mom&pop shop cause it's cheaper and they don't do those, but my dad and I preferred getting a new tire. I was impressed at their honesty and then how fast they got my tire changed over. Drove home like 300 miles on it a couple days later and having no issues whatsoever.
