I had an appointment at 3:30 for an alignment that I made that morning over the phone. When I get there the guy tells he has to see if they can do it, despite the fact that I have an appointment. Then I am told they can have it done by 6 pm. Absolutely ridiculous that it would take that long when I have an appointment, but I wait. My car gets pulled up at 6:15 and I am the last person in the waiting room for 20 minutes. I know there was a person that came in after me and there was at least 10 people there when I got there, some of which didn't have an appointment. When I get in my car, the box in my back seat has slid to the other side, all my mirrors have been adjusted for someone else, my seat has been adjusted for someone else, and my car sells like sweat. When I get home I look at low jack and can see that my car was done at 5:40 and was driven around for 30 minutes with a 5 minute stop. Keep in mind, alignments do not need a test drive. The computer tells the tech what needs to be adjusted. If I ever bring my car back here again, I will sit in my car the entire time!!I 100% believe they took their time with my car and drove it around because I questioned why the guy would need to check to see if my alignment could be done when I was told that morning when I made the appointment that they had 3 openings for a alignment and I took 1. The men that work at express maintenance have ego complex and throw their weight around to make them feel superior. I saw a lady walk up to the counter a minute after her car was pulled up. The guy at the counter told her to sit back down; he would call her up when he was ready to check her out. She sat there for 7 or 8 minutes while he did something on the computer before he called her up.

I have bought 2 cars here the in the last few years, they have great service and everyone is very nice. I had no problems and felt comfortable and attended to in the sales process. I was offered water and snacks, I did not have to wait long for things to get approved and did not feel pressured to buy anything. I will continue to buy vehicles and use their services for years to come

First, the sales department has some very competent associates that will be there for the client and get things done.The issue is with service.Bought a new car from the dealer and it has a few manufacturing defects. I ve brought it up to the service department and they simply don t want to follow up and take responsibility.This dealership thinks that their customers time is free and have no regards to it. They are rude about it too.Bottom line - if you feel $70K for a vehicle is not enough to get basic service and at least basic respect.And your time is VALUABLE stay away from this group.

Often slow even if you have an appointment. They were having a sale on tires...Buy 3 get the 4th for a dollar. I did some pricing around, and got better tires for less elsewhere.

Daniel Tucker was my service advisor and he was great. I had an unusual environmental sensor problem. They discovered that the folks who installed my pickup bed cover had nicked the fuel filler neck and that was allowing air into the line. They took photos and sent them over - the truck bed liner vendor paid for the repair. I appreciate Max Haik going above and beyond on this visit.

The guy that sold me the truck was the very best salesman I have ever deal with in a long time and I would tell all my friends and family if they want a car or truck go to McHike and ask for Marcial D. He s a very nice guy and a very nice salesman and in the future if I want anything else he s the only person I m coming looking for. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A TRUCK AND HES THE ONE IM GOING TO COME LOOKING FOR SO WHATEVER YALL HAVE TO DO KEEP MARCIAL. Thank you my friend

Bought a 2023 Camry and after 2 weeks of driving it, I can say it was worth it. This car moves, and I love the smooth ride. Also the buying process was super good. They allowed me to use a credit card for down payment (yay cash back). Also they were polite and offered water. Esteban was a great salesman, and there were no issues. I also got a great deal with worthwhile dealership offers. I recommend Mac Haik for sure.

Heavy set white male wouldn t even look at my broken wheel stud on my few month old 2021 51k TRD Pro. Just a lazy individual. Please Mak Haik get this man out of your service department . He s making your business look bad. Pure laziness . It s your job to service Toyota customers. Learn it. And do it right .

I m here right now At Mac Haik getting most all my fluids changed. The way I personally rate if a place is honest is if the DON T try and sell me an overpriced cabin air filter. I never ask them to check mine, but it never fails, and this place is no different, they want to replace mine for $60. They re just over $10 on Amazon, but in my opinion an invention just to take your money. I m sure China produced them for less than a dollar. No way is anyone ever going to convince me it s worth that and it s a vital component. When I roll down my window I m breathing unfiltered air. It takes less than a minute to change. Who give out these service awards anyway? Doubt I ll be back.Services: Transmission, Oil change

Just a heads up, I tried to schedule a service appointment online. It said someone would call me. Nobody ever did so I called them and discovered I didn't need an appointment because it was an oil change and they have "quick service" for this. It was my first time here and other delerships I have been to required the appointment. That being said, I just went to the quick service they got my car in and out quickly. They had plenty of indoor and outdoor waiting are. The indoor space was very clean. I am happy I went and will for sure be going back.

They did great I had a recall on my car the man said it s going take 5-6 hours to be done but if I was to stay there it s was going be 1-2 hours that s part don t make sense to me but it s is what it is so I drop off my car off at 8:55am because I had a busy schedule and they call me I didn t answer, didn t know who was call me they call back at 12:35pm saying my car is ready to go but on the paperwork they started at 9:00am and Finish at 10:45am so there about there s business appreciate it Toyota

I recently had my 07 toyota sienna serviced at Mac Haik. I had been fighting a check engine light issue for months. Everytime I thought i had fixed it, it came back. I finally broke down and took it to the dealership. They diagnosed the actual problem and fixed it for a reasonable price. (Considering how expensive the part was). In this case I would have saved myself a lot of aggregation and money had i taken it to them earlier. They also took care of 2 recalls and performed a complete inspection. There was no pressure to have any of the other items fixed. My contact was very friendly. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The staff here is incredible. They have been able to answer all of my questions and have been transparent with every transaction! You can t go wrong with any advisor! With six Toyota vehicles, we ve dealt with them all!

Made an appointment for Saturday @ 9a.m. Dealership kept sending me text to confirm my appointment. Awesome! Dropped off my truck and was told it should be done by 4p.m. . When I questioned why so long if I had an appointment, I was told they don t really have appointments on Saturday. SMDH. Well if you don t have appointments on Saturday then stop taking appointments on Saturday!!! People make appointments to schedule their day!Services: Transmission, Oil change

So after years of taking my car for service at the league city location; since 2007 to be exact, they told me last week that they couldn t service my car..!So I stopped in this location like always, first guy at the left greeted me and proceeded to ask me what I needed done.I told him that I needed an oil change, he took my keys and drove the car inside the shop!7 min later I was called to the desk the technician servicing my car was there and he said that my car was too low that he was afraid that he might break the skirts in my car or the front lip of the car.I told them that I always do service at that location and no one has ever told me that before ever!He reply saying that he has never seen my car before, well I had never seen him there either and I wasn t complaining about that.I was like what ever ! as I was leaving another tech stop me apparently they forgot to put the air filter back in my car!...End up going to Toyota in Alvin!Great service!They service my car with no problems at all! oil was low apparently league city was doing a poor job and upon my arrival my cabin filter was missing!... smh!...So disappointing will never go back to this place with lazy technicians that don t want to do their job!....

I bought my new Tacoma here. Abraham, the sales consultant, was the best to work with. I usually can not stand car salesmen but he definitely went above and beyond. Now 4 months later and the 5,000 mile service and the service is still amazing throughout all of the departments. If you want a new car or truck, i would highly recommend this place.

They're the type of place that breaks your window "on accident" then charges you for it. Have a lawyer ready to file for small court claims if you take your vehicle in here.

They are so rude that is amazing that they are in business. I called to them about a brake job, Robert answered and was very hurried and not clear about the price.He then hung up. I called again and again same guy answered. Pathetic really. Keep away from this place!!

As I have mentioned before this is a very good Toyota facility it operates as a team to solve all of our problems. The manager seems to get involved whenever he needs to however his staff seems to work quite autonomously. Their body shop is by far the best in the city.

Low in stock and wants you to give them free $500.00 to buy a new car. And you have to wait months to see your car. Plus a blood sucking fee is a must.

Not good. Spent $2000 first time. Second time exact same problem with all warning lights staying on with key off and out. I had mentioned wife hit a puddle in the rain. Second time was rising again. Ended up being a windshield leak I found with my garden hose. Got wiring plug receptacles wet in the kick panel driver's side. Only cost $98 the second time. Never was the $2000 body control module as it never got wet. Charged me over $900 for a part that is less than $500 at a few other Toyota dealers. Anyways I had been warned that they get there money the first time and dont care about repeat customers. Only my 2nd car in 45 years to be worked on by somebody else.

Bolts were loosened and I was sent on my way. After paying a diagnosis fee.Brought my 2006 toyota camry up here to see what was wrong. Two people advised me not too. My father insisted we take it there. Found out what was wrong paid diagnosis free. Towed car straight home. Fixed the engine, and went for a drive. (No suspension issues before Toyota touched it) now there are knocking sounds when driving and sounds like the rotor or caliper were banging around when braking. Toed the car to the only place I'm comfortable, and first thing they said is the front tired lug nuts were not even tighted finger tight. My tires could have flown off. Causing much more damage and could have caused a wreck. Horrible experience here.The list of things needing to be fixed was ridiculous $155 for some wiper blades, $155 for a drive belt(I changed drive belt less than 6 month ago when I changed alternator and I can see it is still perfectly new), $$ spark plugs(changed those less than 60k miles ago and gapped them myself). And they wanted to charge me $200 for starter and $400 in labor.(I paid $130 for part and 7 bolts, 10 minutes later I was done replacing the new one).

Highly recommend the service department at Mac Haik Toyota. I had a recall on my Toyota Tacoma that put my truck in limp mode. Ralph Accardo, the service technician, made sure to get all the parts in as quick as possible and even had to pick up 1 of the parts to get my truck repaired so I could get back driving normally again. If you need any repairs I would definitely go see Ralph at Mac Haik Toyota.
