I'm highly upset with the collision center. Not only the lack of communication, but it's been 9 WEEKS since I left my car with them. The "finish timeline" was set back 3 or 4 times. What makes matters worse is that my stickers will be due once I do receive it back. However, I was told I'd have to put 50 miles on my car in order to have it done and get the inspection passed. So I'll have to risk getting a ticket, too? GREAT!

Jose and his team did an amazing job with my car. You can't tell it was hit at all, looks brand new! Jose was also super nice and helpful throughout the whole process.

Held my car for 3 full days, wasting my rental car money to tell me they can t work on the car. Absolute waste of time and money. The staff there completely lied to me, they told me they would do the repairs which I why I pulled my car from caliber and transferred it to them. Absolute joke. Will never go there again for maintenance or purchasing another vehicle.

Took almost one month to get my body shop repairs done. Got my car back to find two mouse nests under my front seats. Now to be fair the work done was excellent. My car is like new, paint match was good. Poor communication, lied to several times about estimated date work would be done. I will never go back.

Came in for damage to our 20 corolla . Initially a radar calibration was on our ticket and just before we paid our service writer explained that no calibration was needed and the charge would be taken off. Had he not said anything we would have just paid it and went on our way. Thanks for being honest guys. Work was good.

Got lucky and there was no other customers getting service done. Sandra and Ralph got me in and out in 30 minutes, no complains. Wifi is also fast and they have a larger no usual vending machine selection and free water bottles.

Jose Martinez, from the collisions center, was an exceptional assistanting us and Very nice, and informative, and took care of us with fast service. If I need information about my car again i will differently call him back for assistance. That's the kinda service u give a customer when entering a business. He needs a raise.

I was quoted 65 dollars by their rep Jose over the phone to install 1 small piece of molding which he agreed was Toyota's fault it broke in the first place ended up charging me 137$ 2.5 hours when the repair only took 1 hour and 15 minutes very disappointing experience I will not be backService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had some damage repair done that was caused by the quicklube. My vehicle slipped off the rack and got some minor damage. The body shop and all the employees were great to work with. My vehicle was repaired but the buff job was terrible. Hence knocking off 1 star.
