I had a fantastic experience getting my car worked on here. Great customer service, the receptionist (I wish I got her name) and Jacob were very friendly, professional and accommodating, and I got my car back later the same day which was convenient. I suspect my old go-to mechanic shop which shall not be named was responsible for the problem I had with my car, although it was minor it warranted me taking it here to get fixed so this will probably be my new go-to mechanic. I also felt like the pricing was very fair, I think most other places including my old go-to probably would ve charged more. Awesome family-owned local business!

Love this place! I had several different issues come up on my Subaru between December and January and every time I got a really fair price. Jacob made sure everything was explained to me in a way I d understand, and he would double check every issue. He went above and beyond so now I just have to make up reasons to stop in and see him.

Absolutely love this establishment. Jacob is such a wonderful man to work with. He is very professional and such a gentleman. He fixed my car and did extras that he didn t have to. This was my second time coming to Hanson s and I will NOT bring my car anywhere else from this day forward. Crysler 300C

Absolutely recommend this place Jacob did and amazing job working on my vehicle. I was in and out in no time. Plus every one there is friendly. Only place I trust to get my vehicle taken care of properly.

The best mechanic. If you are a woman and feel unconfident dealing with car matters, Hanson's is helpful, friendly, and fair. I would easily refer anyone here. (Also, there is a cutie doggo to pet in the waiting room)

I have a 2014 tahoe and noticed some oil on the floor of my garage. Apon looking under the vehicle I could see oil where the motor mates to the transmission. I knew it was time for a rear main seal. I took my truck to hansons automotive after finding them online. They were able to find the issue and called me with the repair estimate. I agreed as the estimate was fair. They replaced the rear main seal, oil pan gasket, and got me an updated driver side valve cover with pcv. They found every leak on my truck. I went behind them and looked and sure enough they were spot on. Later we found out my oil pump was starting to go out and he was able to get that entire repair covered by my warranty company. Im writing this review several months after Jacob and Juan worked on my truck and its running great, not a drop of fluid leaking. These guys are professionals and work with you, dont hesitate to give them a call if you have any auto repair needs.

Had a tapping sound in front left wheel took it to one mechanic place they told me it was a lower ball joint that needed replacing. Said it was going to be close to $2000. Took it here and had them take a look turns out it was just a loose wheel they tightened all the wheels no charge and now no sound!!! Prefectly fine! Always get a second opinion!!Service: Tires

I went to multiple other automotive shops for the same issue. Wasted almost $2k trying to get it fixed with mechanics refusing to listen to me. I got recommended to take my car to Hansen's, and it was one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Jacob is honest, fair, and an all around awesome person. I won't take my car anywhere else now, not even for oil changes!Edit: I forgot to mention how amazing and sweet the receptionist is! When she went out for lunch, she offered to pick something up for me and ended up giving me a ride home. This shop is just made of amazing humans.

Great shop, Jacob has fair and reasonable prices and they work fast.Life happens and I ended up with an issue with one of my wheels and when I brought it back in they took care of the issue no questions asked, that s something you don t see often these days. Very happy with my experience here.

I've had my car towed there twice and they fixed it and I love the quick response. If you need your car fixed call them or have your vehicle towed in. I like the service.

Not open on Sundays...owner responded, said sorry for not being open 7 days a week. Fine. But change your hours on Google so you don't disappoint customers.

****HIGHLY RECOMMEND*****Jacob who I believe is the owner is SO sweet and very Professional. I had came to his shop with my check Engine light on. Jacob Immediately jumped in to my car and started going over things with with me.I had gotten so many different price rates and he was so Reasonably priced!! He took the time to explain to a T what was going on with my car. Also fixed it in such a timely manner. Hands down the best Auto shop I've ever dealt with! The A/C in my vehicle was blowing hot and cool air but was not getting cold. I took it to get it checked out and by the time I got out of there it was back to blowing cool air. The gentlemen (he might be the owner) was honest and very knowledgeable. His secretary was very welcoming and we received amazing customer service. This auto shop cares for their customers, they are trustworthy and honest.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning

Jacob is the best in the west! My fuel injector was clogged and it was causing my car to shake. I took my car to him and he fixed it with an excellence that s unmatched. If you want your car to be repaired correctly, he will do it. I m so glad that I ve found this mechanic!

Dropped my car off today for engine mount repair and there was a little bit of confusion at first that made me wonder if I was paying for the services I wanted done, but after clearing that up, repairs were underway. Felt the price was fair as previously mentioned with my AC recharge experience. This is a 2010 car so I m always weary of repairs since I don t know how much longer I ll ever have the vehicle if I don t pass it down as a first car and certainly want to get what I pay for.Cons: I wish they used some kind of paper seat cover like my old shop because there was some oil on the seat and upholstered part of my door. Hannah went out and cleaned it so it isn t as though they leave you to deal with it but wish it wasn t there to begin with, but such is life lol. She is so sweet.Was told car would be ready at 4, but it wasn t. I should ve called ahead to confirm before leaving so learn from me lol.Pros: In addition to pricing, I think Jacob and staff try their best to get you in and out in the same day which is appreciated. He also guarantees his parts and labor for a pretty long time so I think that shows he stands by the work he does and adds some peace of mind. It s too soon to say what I think about today s job but I have confidence it was done fully and correctly. I also feel confident if there are any problems, Jacob will make it right.The pros outweighs the cons by a long shot.Dare I say there are some honest auto shops left? HahaOriginal review:Stopped to get my AC recharged. Very fair pricing and down to earth owner. Jacob comes across honest and we all know what a rarity that is when it comes to auto shops, haha. He noticed I needed a new engine mount (no, not in a trying to find problems kind of way) and I will be returning to have that addressed. Loved Hannah at the desk too. I m writing this review mostly to help future consumers looking through yelp to find a reputable auto shop. Let me tell you now not to put your trust and confidence in this business because you probably won t have issue resolved in the first visit, or second, third or even fourth visit.I chose to bring my vechile to Hanson auto because I was I saw they had great reviews on here. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I originally brought my car in for an oil pressure sensor code on my check engine light. Not once did Jacob ever suggest that I needed a new sensor, instead he replaced the computer system in my car for $1400 and the oil pump for $800. After spending over $2300 including a diagnostic fee, my check engine light is still on for the same oil pressure sensor. To add to my car not being fixed Jacob has become unresponsive in trying to resolve the issue.I don t know whether to believe Jacob is incompetent or took advantage of young single black woman. Either way I would avoid this business at all cost unless you enjoy just giving your money away.

The quality of work was good, but there were a few things that concern me. First, the timing. Initially I was told one day, but it took three before the vehicle was complete. Second, I was quoted a price commensurate with dealership parts and costs, but the delay was due to an aftermarket part not working correctly and then they had to order the correct OEM part. I guess this is par for small shops working independently, hence the mediocre review.

Hanson s is extremely knowledgeable and expedient with their mechanic work. I have had repairs done on multiple different vehicles and am always impressed with the quality of service.

We took our truck in for an oil leak, picked it up and it continued to leak after we picked it up. Called the shop and they had us bring the truck in again, charged another $250 (they wanted to charge another $500) which I didn t agree with after already paying the initial $850 when they were sure what the problem was. After we paid AGAIN brought the truck home and it began to leak oil worse! We did not bring the car back due to needing my vehicle to get to work and not wanting to get it back with more problems. We basically paid a grand for the problem to be worse! I definitely do not recommend to bring your car here.To respond to the owners comment they never communicated with us that there was multiple oil leaks . They originally diagnosed it was the oil pan leaking supposedly fixed it continued to leak, brought back to you again and now it s another place! It was never told to us that it had multiple oil leaks . We paid for service and continued to have problems now if your techs misdiagnosed it is not my issue it s yours. And as far as discounted what you aren t seeing is that y all were trying to charge us twice after misdiagnosed. Never was it confirmed to us we had multiple leaks until bringing back. Why wasn t it told to us at beginning if that was the case.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I mean, hands down, no competition. If you have a car issue, or just need someone to do a checkup on your vehicle, this is it. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. It may take a little longer, but would you take your baby to someone just trying to get you in and out, or do you want someone who feels the same passion about your vehicle that you do? They're busy, and there's a good reason why.

New to area and looking for a reputable auto shop. Got a referral from Autozone manager and have to say it was gold.Owner, Jason a honest standup guy. Very impressed with his skill set and reasonable pricing. Very happy with my repairs. Had a small glitch, which he repaired personally.Definitely my go to shop from now on.Thanks Jason, I m actually hard to please and you nailed it.
