I just left. Service was fast, and I wasn t upset with the price. However, it got back in my car and it just seems like a lot was skipped over and not really cleaned. I was pretty disappointed with the outcome- there are more places that got skipped, but these were the most obvious.99% of my vehicle looks great. However, I ve had much better washes for the same price. Next time I ll drive a little further up the road

I have been coming here for years, and today is my last day coming here. This place is garbage. Recycled water, horrible attention to detail. The guy prewashing the vehicles was sitting on his cell phone while trying to pressure wash with one hand. Not once did he put any degreaser on anything or scrub the windshield. He puahed me through. The bugs are still noticeable on my truck. Place is a joke. Ray Charles could have done a better job. Management needs to have a come to Jesus meeting with their people.

I go to grand slam always for a great wash, but recently they really stepped up! I had misplaced my key bob and couldn t find it thinking maybe the vacuum took it, I went back up to ask them about it. They had located it and put it at the front desk! So grateful for their kindness and care.Customer for life

Great car wash not so great lube service.Took my wife's civic to get an oil change 2 months back. She barely drives the car 2 weeks ago she said the oil light was randomly flash on and then off. Well yesterday the light stayed on. Checked the oil level and the dipstick was bone dry. Noticed a puddle under her spot looked under and saw a pool of oil and it was still dripping. Jacked it up thinking it was a crack in the pan but the oil filter was dangling on its last 2-3 threads. Oil had drained out completely when I did the change there was 1/2 a quart of oil.Guess I'm back on oil change duty now husbands beware.

Visiting from out of town. Decided to try this carwash out since it was on the way to my destination. The process was fast and easy. However, the building and the entire place looked out of date. Smells like sewage when you drive through. Vacuums didn t work.

Figured I'd give this place a shot, there was no line for oil changes. I was very surprised by the great customer service from this shop. Got my oil changed, my fuel injectors cleaned, and it came with a free car wash! When they were pulling my car around, I thought, I'll go take it over to those free vacuums and clean it out. Nope! They did the inside too! Even gave me a free car scent.Will definitely be back here for my next oil change.

Terrible. I paid $70 for a managers special wash for inside and outside and I dropped off my car since it was gonna be 2 hour wait. I come back and my car is still dirty on the outside with wax all over the place. Rain spots everywhere, handprints on my windows, smugges everywhere. You would think you pay that much and it s gonna be awesome. My inside had conditioner all over the place and not worked into the leather and dirt still on floor. I even got a oil change and he was the best part of the experience. He was very nice and got it done quick no problem, but as far as the washing process.. never again.. front desk was super nice. Would not recommend coming here. This is only some of photos

Really, Fabulous Individuals.I went in for oil change.Just, Professional.Informed me brakes would have to be addressed at one point.That was Ricky.Just, A no pressure experience, but " A Alarm."Thank you Ricky.That's why I bringing in vehicle tommorow.

Absolutely worst wash ive ever experienced. Showed Mgr that sprayer that rinses soap was not working, cars coming out with soap all over them. Then my car sat in the sun over 20 minutes, finally I dried myself. Again informed lady at desk, She replied its wash only, we dont dry.WTH?? I then found I believe to be Mgr. He didnt seem concerned at all. .Horrible service/Quality. I purchased Triple play, didnt even vaccum....Disappointing

First of all, thank you Eddy! I came here for an inspection last week and he took care of me so well. I had questions and he gave me all the answers and what a cool guy. I noticed they wash cars so I came here today for a wash and they did a SENSATIONAL job on my car! I m looking good today. Eddy also blessed me with an extra air freshener so I ll be smelling clean in the car too. Thank you Grand Slam Car Wash & Lube! You have a regular costumer.

People were rude throughout the service. One car was given a more expensive wash than what was ordered. The other car had something spilled in the back seat while being cleaned and it took dragging several people out to my car to take care of their mess - still left a stain. To top it all off, coupons that we were told would be honored were not. We left with slightly discounted services and it was still a rip off.

STAY AWAY from this place. They are criminals and they will scam you. Came for a car wash, and they replaced my brake pads WITHOUT my consent for an extra $280 and refused to give me detailed invoice, which they legally have to. My brake pads weren t replaced and the owner or manager will not return my call or give me a receipt. My nondetailed receipt showed $280 for Miscellaneous Lube Services which I certainly did not receive an oil change. I spent 5 hours waiting for a carwash and to get scammed. Btw I never leave bad reviews but this place was worthy of the worst.

The manager buffed my trucked and ruined my paint job on my truck and refused to fix it after he said he would fix it and hide from me every time I went back and ignored my phone call and never would call me back it costed me 1700.00 for me to fix it

I recently bought a truck and was looking for a good place to wash it. After trying a few other places I came here and was more than pleased. The guy met me as I pulled up and discussed the different options I had to choose from. He then told the people that would be doing the washing to take special care of the issues I had with other car wash places. Once the truck was done, I looked it over and it looked brand new. Great job on the cleaning inside and out. The price was fair also and they have a new customer in me.

Expensive, but does great work. I asked them to clean the inside and buff out some scratches on the outside. They did awesome work!

Did an okay job for $34. I could tell where they cleaned and where they didn't so much. This place is better than the drive thru car wash, but not a real detailing place. I had to spend about 30mins wiping everything down again, once I got home.

I love this place they always do a good job on the car. Yes on Saturday & Sunday they will be busy. I usually stop by on the way home from work and can be in and out in no time. They have always done a very good job on my car.

This place is awesome if you need your oil changed or your inspection done they're on it and they always are very helpful it's a great place to go. I have been there 4 times and everytime something don t get cleaned first time the windshield was not cleaned, second time back seat didn t get vacuumed third time trunk didn t get vacuumed and fourth time tires and wheels didn t get cleaned when I ve paid for it all. The people sit on their phone talking and don t even get the bare minimum of the job done!

Took company van in to get a good detail. I haven't had a detail done to any of my cars so I was pretty surprised at how expensive it was but I guess it wasn't that expensive according to other people. They did a really good job. There were 2 Ladies that really cleaned the inside. Shampooed the carpets, the seats. They did a great job. I'd go back just for them, They were really proud of their work. They have different detail packages. Just gotta check it out.

Great car wash in and out quickly and they did a great job on my minivan. The employees were very respectful of all the stuff in the vehicle and cleaned under and around all my realtor signage. I will definitely be joining their unlimited monthly wash.

I ve never been treated so disrespectfully by any place of business. The cashier called me to tell me my car was ready and to hurry and come pick it up because they were closing 2 hours early. So I had to borrow someone s car to hurry and come get my car. I asked if I could leave my car in their parking lot for a couple hours and i would come back and get it and the cashier gave me attitude and said she would ask her boss. Then turns out my car wasn t even ready yet. She left and came back never saying what the boss said. So then I got annoyed because my car wasn t ready after I was told to rush and pick it up and so I expressed to the cashier that I was annoyed and unhappy. I do admit I had an attitude because of the whole ordeal but that does not give someone the right to treat a customer like this: she ignored me and instead turned to her fellow employee and said it s not my fault she s having a bad day she doesn t need to take it out on me then when I tried to calmly tell her I wasn t having a bad day she proceeded to scream at me in front of everyone in the lobby saying that this wasn t her fault and not her problem and that she was closing in 2 minutes (it wasn t even 4pm yet and google says they close at 6pm) I was in shock by the whole experience. Not one person at grand slam apologized to me and I just took my car and left.Oh and to top it off I went back to get my car 40 minutes later and they were still open. So much for closing in 2 minutes. I ll go somewhere that treats me like a human being and doesn t lie.Service: Auto detailing

I always come here for car wash and oil changes. These guys go above and beyond for customer service. Came back a second time and Chris did an amazing job with helping me out with a little issue with my car.
