After a scary breakdown a few minutes from Firestone right at closing, Naomi worked so hard to get my car in service and rolling. She kept me updated with fair prices and options and made sure I had best service. I appreciate all the hard workers at Firestone, like Miguel as well who diagnosed an alternator issue.

Frank at the Egret Bay location was great to work with. A minor issue with my vehicle became a much larger one within a short period of time in which needed service ASAP. I called this location on a Friday evening in which he told me to bring my car over. Although it was the end of a Friday, they were able to analyze my car, give me quotes, answer my questions and finish the job in the morning. When your vehicle is messed up, you want honesty, a "reasonable" estimate and a job well done. All of these requirements were met in which I was able to pick my car up the next morning. In a situation as this, I figured the cost would be double of what it was and the time frame to be much longer.I would highly recommend Frank and his team. I appreciate the transparency and efficient business! 10/10

They treated me like I was a regular customer even though it was my very first visit. I was moving from another state and needed an inspection before I could register my pickup in TX. They not only explained everything, they even gave me a map to the office I needed to go next to get my plates! Restroom was also spotless. I loved the customer service and definitely will be going back there again!

Don t get a lifetime alignment here, they will refuse to do the alignment correctly. They ll take your car in tho and act like they are but return your vehicle with the alignment completely jacked up. Waste of over $225

Went on 1/26/24 to get an alignment because I had a road trip planned for the next day and I noticed that my truck was slightly drifting to the right, when I picked it up, it was drifting even more and I went back to get it fixed and they did nothing, they said I have to go to a body shop. How it is possible that they touched it and the problem get worst? I drove with my children for 4 hours fighting against the drift. And now my truck change to the right line by itself at 30 m/h Never going back.

Yeah this place is pretty meh for sure. Went in for an oil change, got hit with a "well you need this kind of oil, its actually twice as much". Then i paid to have an ac test and they didnt do it. Said they had a similar vehicle in and replaced every component on the ac n this other car and still didnt work so testing mine wouldnt be worth it. Went to local shop down the road, Littles, they told me it was the compressor. Took it home, replaced it and voila! It works.

The receipt in the email attachment won't download. The new tire doesn't look new. I'm going to take it to my mechanic this weekend and have him double check the tire pressure and work they did.

my husband came in because he had a nail in his tire, he just needed simple patch. they proceeded to take the tire back and look. charged him $20 for a service. he comes home thinking they did their job. few hours later flat again! so he went back up there and then they tell him oh yea we didn t patch anything because we didn t see anything excuse me what?! he was more than willing to show where the hole was, but you still charged him and y all didn t say anything to him. he was left under the impression his tire was fixed. will NEVER go here again.

Very pleased with service, i purchased wipers at autoparts and they couldnt install them. I came to firestone and they installed for free. Very pleased and greatly appreciated.

I took the company truck in for serviceAfter 7 hours they finally repaired two tires and a windshield wiper blade.When I told him I couldn't wait any longer. He got mad and called my boss. My office checked. The emails were sent to him 4 hours earlier.I don't know if he missed them or what happened but calling my boss. This guy is a POS.It's dark now I'll check the lug nut in the morning. And the oil they gave the fleet manager the wrong mileage. The trucks over the mileage for it's oil change there's a sticker in the window.

I just left there 02/18/18 1:10pm. Got 4 tires and inspection($600). They scratched up all 4 of my black rims on my Chrysler. I know they did it cause the rims were in perfect condition going in(rims not even 1 year old)I sat there the entire time and watched the person installing my tires,saw them get real nervous out of the blue on each tire install. They tried to cover it up by not cleaning the liquid they use to put the tire on, I cleaned it off, showed the "service manager, and was told I need to speak with "Cort" the store manager tomorrow. I asked what will happen and basically said they can fix it but I would be without a car for a couple days which is completely unacceptable. I cannot take time off work due to their screw up.I am extremely pissed!!!!I will update tomorrow after I speak with "Cort"****UPDATE**** 02/20/18Big thanks to Cort the store manager for helping me get this taken care of in a timely manner. Didn't have to go through a long, drawn out process. Wheels are back to their original condition and am happy with the outcome. I used a company called "Faith Auto Service" and I strongly recommend them to anyone needing wheel work done. They come out to you(didn't have to leave work) and the whole process only took 2 hours!!! Big shout out to them, and again a big thanks to Cort for helping take care of this so quickly.

They "repaired" a flat. Only a patch was used, no plug. This poor patch job caused the tire to continue to leak. I made an appointment at 9:30 am to have them try again. When I got there they told me it would be 3 to 4 hours before they could get to me. I was the told "an appointment doesn't mean anything, it only guarantees a spot in the store for that day" . Their corporate office told me that's Not their policy, so the store lied to my face. Anyways, went to Discount tire where they opened 20 minutes early because they had customers waiting outside. They replaced the tire for free. I ended up buying their warranty for the tires I purchased from Firestone. Since I have a Discount tire warranty on all of my tires now I will never need to go back to firestone.

Go here and ask for Naomi!!! She'll treat like a human being and take amazingly great care of you. I miss when she used to run the Pearland location. That place has gone down hill. The new manager there treats woman and his employees horribly. It's disgusting and I will never go back.

A+ service and knowledge on vehicles. Always clear and upfront on what service is being done to your car. Always looking for the best deals for you. They never try to sell you on anything you don t need and always try and get you in and out fast. 100% recommend!

At 4:00 p.m. on New Year's Day 2023 I walked out of my hotel only to find I had a flat tire. The rental company sent me to Firestone for a replacement. I arrived at the store located at 271 Egret Bay in League City, Texas about 4:30 p.m. and the store was set to close at 5:00. Upon my arrival they still had not received the necessary authorization to complete the repairs and I was afraid I was going to have to wait until the following day. Finally at about 4 minutes to closing the authorization came through. These have got to be the quickest most efficient guys outside of NASCAR! They had my new tire on and I was ready to walk out the door within 7 minutes. They were even willing to stay late to wait for the authorization, but thankfully it didn't come to that. I am now a Firestone customer for life! You will not find better quality or customer service anywhere... GuaranteedService: Tires

Very, very poor customer service. Firestone does not honor price match guarantees, much less that 200% price match promise thats on their website. Besides the tire purchase, I had several other issues I was trying to resolve. I spent several months trying to get someone to respond to me in written communication-I am extremely hard of hearing. The social care email you see in some of the replies is a joke. I got the extremely ABLEST reply saying my case was closed (no communication happened after months of trying to reach someone). I was told to get a friend or family member to assist me with calling Firestone if I wanted to pursue this further. This company is not for the deaf and hard of hearing community.Services: Tires, Oil change

Would not recommend this location, although before now I have been a loyal customer. Got my oil changed here along with the purchase of 2 tires. They had spilled oil everywhere during the oil change and the car was smoking from all of the burn off on my drive home. They were already closed for the day, but they actually did come out and take my car back to the shop to clean it up. Now, there is a major oil leak. I took it in to be looked at and gave them my warranty info to see if if it was covered- Even though I was worried this was caused by them spilling oil everywhere during the oil change and just letting it burn off! They *apparently* couldn t get through to my warranty center, so I had to call and 3 way. During the call with the case manager, Brenden was arrogant and rude. Stated many times that he knew it wasn t going to be covered under the warranty. However, he could have mentioned this to me 3 hours prior! I can t believe I wasted the day by dropping my car off with them! I picked my car up and dropped it off at the dealership. A night and day difference to how they treated me! Also seems like an interesting coincidence, especially now that I see other reviews below with similar complaints. Will not ever be going back to this location.

Great honest shop, I got my air conditioner repaired in less than a day. Yes you can find a cheaper place but why gamble when it comes to quality and a guarantee.

went in for a alignment because my 4runner started pulling to the right. waiting close to two hours for them to finish, because it took them about an hour to tell me it was finished. the truck still pulls to the right. I called back to set up another appointment to have them look at the suspension because they only glance at the suspension, they don't touch anything to see it something is wrong. the person on the phone was rude and said because of the roads, all vehicles pull to the right.. its doing this on flat parking lots. I shouldn't have to be turning my steering wheel at 9-10oclock to drive straight. this place was rude, didn't listen to what I had to say multiple times, had me wait about an hour because they were going to call me to let me know my truck was finished because they didn't know I was in the lobby, even though the documents showed the alignment had been finished close to an hour before I asked.. I decided to call another Firestone and get another appointment set up, the person on the phone was much nicer at the other location. I would avoid this location if you can.

Even though... I was annoyed and a lil rude... both customer service techs were awesome... I had been chasing codes from O'Reilly and I've replaced several sensors... so by the time I finally came to Firestone... I was a bit annoyed... nothing to do with them...missed placed frustration...the tech located the issue speedily and sent me on my way... because it's an old car they didn't have any repair options that they could carry out ...so the wonderful child of GOD didn't change me... I wish I could kick myself in the butt for not going to them first...I apologize for got getting there names because they were my Angels yesterday....I really appreciate their professionalism...also that was a same day appointment....nothing but GOD!!!
