Shane was a pleasure to work with from the moment we met him. We've never bought a vehicle from an independent dealer before, always went to the big national lots. That was always a pain, high pressure! Clear Lake Auto World is down to earth and a great experience! Highly recommend them. I love my new car!!

Shane and Ms.Linda are nice welcoming people who sell really good cars. The vehicles are reasonably priced and run extremely well. Test drove a couple, and actually purchased a vehicle here. It was drama free and convenient. To my POC, Shane is welcoming to our business. We are treated kindly and respectfully through the whole time we were there. The men who work on cleaning the cars and managing the lot were also friendly and helpful. Even had a good time laughing and telling jokes with while filling out paperwork. It is worth your time coming here.

I am giving Clear Lake Auto World five stars for their honesty.Shane is a very nice and good salesman.I did not find what I was looking for, but I will definitely keep checking their web site.Please do your due diligence when looking for a good used vehicle.

I drive by this dealership everyday and one day I saw a car that caught my eye. I walked in and received the best treatment and service I've every received from a dealership! Mind you my last 3 purchases where from big franchise dealership... but the Clear Lake Auto World dealership had more of a family feel. It's just the way owner (Galen) called to check up on me and the service that the sales team (Linda and Shane) gave was above and beyond all the way until the deal was done! This was the most pleasant car buying experience and I'm proud to be apart of the Clear Lake Auto World family! Thank you guys again!

We went to Clear Lake Auto World to look for a car for our son. Shane helped us and we couldn t have asked for anyone better!! He was never pushy and he took the time to listen to why we were there and what we were wanting to do and to make sure that he would be able to accomplish those goals. Shane and Clear Lake Auto World made it easy to find a vehicle that we felt was safe and dependable for our son and also one that he could afford and build credit with!! I would trust him and Clear Lake Auto World the next we need a used vehicle!!

Shane has been so patient with me as I reached the point where I was ready to purchase my vehicle. As I checked in periodically, he would seek the best deal for my situation. And in the end HE CHOSE the best vehicle for me and I agreed. I am so thankful for his thoroughness and caring ways that made this day possible. It took 4 months but I HAVE MY VEHICLE!!! Shane was super patient with me and the staff was very friendly it was my first time buying my car Shane broke down all the math and the whole process when I was having trouble understanding. I felt very comfortable and confident in what he was telling me. They were outstanding and helped us so much through this process I m very grateful and in love with my car!!! Drove all over the Houston area searching for a low mileage affordable pickup in good condition. What we found was overpriced, too many miles, and in poor condition. We finally found a perfect fit at Clearlake Auto World. It's a small place not far from where we live and we bought the truck that we wanted. The attention to customer service is great. Shane was very helpful and addressed all the information needed to get us into the vehicle. Thank you Linda for your assistance. Originally thought they were good but when I had to bring vehicle back and they wanted 500$ plus parts if needed, I said naaa so I got a fuel injection cleaner for 11$ it clears issue and engine light off. They charge like 160 for a diagnostic but still we re trying to do exploratory surgery. Not to my vehicle.

Great service. The people let us do our thing without hounding us and when we were ready they were extremely helpful. The purchasing process was quick, easy and painless. Probably the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. By the way. This was my second vehicle I bought there. Both Shane and the nice office lady (wish I remembered her name) were awesome.

After days of looking for a truck, I passed by this dealership and saw the most awesome Dodge Ram 1500 Lone Star Edition with a V8 5.7l HEMI engine. My daughter and I took it for a test drive and I just knew I had to have it . It was super clear, had low miles, everything tested out great and the price was competitive.Rene N. was my salesperson and he was a great guy with non-sales pressure approach which was refreshing after meeting so many pushy salemen at other dealerships in the last couple of days.Also, Ronnie P. was also nice, easy to talk to and efficient as he drew up my sales contract.I was in and out quickly that morning and after they preped my truck, I was cruising in my new ride later on that day.I must say that it was an excellent experience all around at Clear Lake Auto World in League City.

Awesome. Here, is the best car dealership in South Houston. Excellent customer service after visiting many places. Finally, I got the best place to purchase my new used car. It's nice, clean, and its a fully functioned vehicle I got. If you guys are looking for a used car, please check out this place and talk to mr Shane or Linda. After loosing my truck to Harvey's flood waters, it was time to finally get something dependable. I found the vehicle I wanted at Clear Lake Autoworld through Autotrader. I arrived early and unannounced from out of town. They opened on time and were extremely professional, yet personable. My salesman, Mr. Rene Nava, was great to work with! The staff seem honest and ready to help their customers. Thanks to everyone at Clear Lake Autoworld for helping this Harvey victim get back into a reliable vehicle again!

This dealership really went above and beyond to not only get me in a vehicle but they managed to get me financed through my credit union. I got very low APR and the process was fast and painless. Shane and Linda are awesome! After dealing with another dealership that was giving me the runaround, and was trying to rip me off, Clear Lake Auto World came through and gave me a solid deal!

My experience here was amazing. The last car I had which was a family car kept breaking down constantly and I had to just sell it. So for a few weeks I was searching for a car and becoming very discouraged. I looked online, at dealerships, and personal sales but it looked like I could only afford cars that were already going to be breaking down. I have good credit but have never had an auto loan before so many places were hesitant to give me a good interest rate, and my monthly payments were going to be more than I wanted to spend on a used car. Thankfully, I found a car I wanted here at Clear Lake Auto World, and I could not be more grateful for my experience. I worked with Shane, who instantly called me after I had expressed interest in a 2016 VW Bug. I set up a test drive for that weekend, and once I was behind the wheel I instantly fell in love with it. I told him I wanted that car, and after about an hour or two for the paperwork, I was driving home with it! Shane worked hard too with a credit union to be able to get me an AMAZING interest rate. My monthly payment was even under what I wanted it to be, and I have my dream car. The experience I had was so simple and was such a relief for me once it was all done. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Saw a car on the lift the other day and stopped by to have a peak. Noticed they have a great selection of cars. The Lady in the office was very pleasant even though she she was not able to fully assist us due the holiday. She did take our info and call back as promised the next day.The next day we met with the manager and he was very helpful. The manager was very helpful but without being a pushy sales person. He encouraged us to take the car on an extended test drive and gave us the carfax report upfront. Before we left he made sure to take note of any concerns and would ask the owner about them.The next day the owner called us personally to discuss the car and we decided that this particular car was better for someone else but he did take our info and said he would call us back when some new cars came in.5 stars on service5 stars on communicationWould definitely go back.

I love coming here to get my cars! Shane and Linda are wonderful people who care and are willing to work with you with all your needs! This is my second car I've gotten from them and the cars are well taken care! If your looking for a non-hassel car dealership this is definitely the place to go especially for first time car buyers!

I want to acknowledge Shane for how he handled my loan. He found me the best interest rate and got me where I needed to be on my payments. Very nice guy. I don t want to forget Linda and the owner Gaylen also. Friendly people selling quality autos. I went there because I have a friend who has purchased 3 vehicles there and was satisfied enough to recommend this car lot.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY. Sold me a truck with blown out front end including tie rods and ball joints. Literally could have killed me at high speeds. Fortunately i know how to fix them or i would have been out a lot of money. Also very rude and comically aggressive. Tried to start a yelling match while haggling. Will never go here again and i hope you will save yourself some time and do the same.

Shane and his crew are truly outstanding, helpful and kind. I got a great, clean used car. It was a awesome deal and a great experience.Shane was no nonsense and made a fair offer and had me driving off the lot with my new ride in no time. He made sure everything was in top condition from oil to floor mats and I could not be happier! I was stressed and worried about shopping for a used car in my price range. Clear Lake Auto World, Shane and his crew were the answer to my prayers. I will be back for my auto purchasing needs in the future.

I paid $1000 down, by phone, for a 2008 Buick Enclave. I let a secretary and a salesman from Clear Lake Auto know that I was going to make a 6-hour drive and pay the reminder to take the Buick home. When I was testing the Buick, I decided to spray the roof with a hose because it has sunroofs. The salesman said sunroof doesn't leak. However, alot of water poured inside the Buick through the sunroof(s). Upon further inspection I noticed something like caulking on a sunroof. I think they knew about the leak. The salesman apologized and gave me two $5 Starbucks gift cards. It cost me about $400 for the trip to their dealership and I didn't buy the car because of their fault. It was a very bad experience for me and my family to visit Clear Lake Auto World.

I have always hated the process of buying a car, but my purchase from Clear Lake Auto World was the easiest purchase I have ever made. I had picked out the truck on the Internet that I wanted to look at. When I arrived, once I told them the truck, it was cranked for me and I was told to look it over and let them know when I was ready for a test drive. After my test drive, we immediately settled on a price (no let me go talk with my manager three or four times) and the deal was closed. Total time spent - 30 minutes. I left to run an errand while they prepared the vehicle and the papers and when I returned, everything was ready for me to sign exactly as agreed. It was a used vehicle and I was happy with the deal. However, the next day I got a call from the dealership stating that an employee had mentioned that the electric windows didn't work on the passenger side and if I would come back, they would fix them for me. UNBELIEVABLE! I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.
