Caliber Collision in Dickinson, Texas, on FM 517 has now had to repair my car 3 times in as many months due to multiple accidents.I couldn't have had a better experience ever. The manager, Reid Faulkner, and his ENTIRE office staff, Harley, and others, went way above and beyond what was expected.They are all so nice and so professional and kept me updated almost daily on their progress.They even finished my repairs several days before promised EVERY time.I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision, especially at this location.Overall the best experience anyone could hope for!

Caliber in Dickinson on 517 did a great job fixing my Jeep. You can t even tell where the damage was. They kept me informed with each step of my car and they finished early. Caliber is very professional and friendly.

Our first experience at another location was not so great. The staff was awesome, however the work done to my car was not. The general manager drove from the Woodlands to make it right. I felt confident after speaking to him that my cars paint job would be fixed. The staff at this location was awesome as well and my car looks beautiful. Mistakes happen but what mattered is this company made it right immediately and without push back. I appreciate the professionalism . The paint job on my car is flawless.Thank you for making it right and a huge thank you to your general manager.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Once repairs were complete, my car looked exactly the way it did on the day I purchased it. The update text messages were fantastic. They were able to get it back to me one day early...just when I needed it for a trip I was taking the next day. It came back cleaned inside and out!

Harley and the team over at the shop are extremely kind and professional. Very detailed service and they even completed the order ahead of schedule and the car looks fantastic like new again.

Warm and professional staff. All questions were answered. They kept in touch throughout the entire repair, and they finished earlier than expected. I was running late to pick it up, and they kindly waited for me. The repair is seamless, my car is gorgeous once more! I highly recommend Caliber Collision for your repairs and body work. Tried taking my car there because I've always used Caliber Collision in the past not this particular location but multiple different ones over the years. This location made it impossible to take my car there. Whoever answers the phone just did not care to even try and work with me regardless of already having everything ready. I previously received an estimate from them and I had my insurance estimate already and everything prepared just to have my vehicle dropped off. I ended up just taking my car down the street to Wrecks and Effects and they did amazing.
