I waited in the store while my car cooled off before adding coolant. One gentleman offered me a chair . Wow! What a nice gesture. While waiting another gentleman offered me water. The managers of this store need to know what a great job these employees are doing. I highly recommend this location.

Cold snaps can mean dead batteries. Mine was five years old. Wouldn't hold a charge. Made it to Auto Zone. They will change your battery for you! Right there in the parking lot! Where have I been? So happy this was not a big deal. Thanks to the Auto Zone guys I finally made it to work on Monday. Gotta love it!

The store on Gessner is open until midnight. Lifesaver for me since I work long hours and get off late. The folks at this store and always courteous. If you get a new person be patient.

About a month ago my battery was acting up so I brought it to another Autozone where they told me the battery was fine and that even if it wasn t, they wouldn t be willing to change it because it was too hard. Since I knew it was the battery, I brought it to THIS Autozone where they swapped it out for me in 5 minutes. The guy who helped me was really great but I didn t get his name! Needless to say this is my new autozone

AutoZone the service is wonderful if you do not know anything about the parts of your car they would like to help you, and they are bilingual in Spanish or English they will help you

The lady and gentlemen working the store tonight, the two closers were by far the best employees I have seen at any business I have frequented thus far. I can't remember their names but it was an African American lady and a Hispanic gentleman. They went above and beyond and we unfortunately kept them a little past close but thanks to them we were able to complete the brake job and return the woman's car tonight. Not even A+ can do it justice, those two are S tier, as long as they're working there. I won't go anywhere else.

The workers here (Shauna & JJ) were awesome this morning and so accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me and it is the nicest thing anyone has done since I been in TX.. They were component, super efficient, and fast! Thank u!!!

I visited the League City location today after experiencing some battery issues. I was quickly greeted by Shauna and upon telling her the issue I was having, she went out to the vehicle and diagnosed the problem. I not only had a dead battery but excessive corrosion built up on both terminals. After purchasing a new battery and some battery cleaning supplies she said she d be happy to install it for free. She did an amazing job with the installation and diligently cleaned both terminals in the blistering Texas heat. She took the time to explain why I was having corrosion issues and gave me some pointers on preventative maintenance. Beyond impressed with this experience. Thank you Shauna I appreciate your help.

Drove in to my closest League City location 2day needing a new battery for my wifes truck. Jay went above & beyond to accommodate me throughout the whole process from purchase to installation. Because of how friendly, knowledgeable, concise, & down to earth he was and the product price this is now my favorite store. I was in & out in no time and moved on with the assurance my wifes vehicle is good to go through the winter months. Hellavuh job Jay! Thank you

The person helping me helped me figure out what kind of oil to get without having the car there and when the check engine light didn t shut off he took the scan and found the problem(not an immediate problem but he still gave us a printout of the scan for when we scheduled the appointment for the car at a shop). When the register decided to cut out he was more than happy to move to another instead of asking for cash. The entire ordeal was made easy by his experience and pleasant demeanor :)

A wonderful man named Juan replaced my headlight in less than 5 minutes, with a smile on his face. It only cost me $14 too. Great experience and I loved everyones friendly joking attitude. Anytime I have a car issue I know they can help me there. Great experience!!

This Auto Zone was so helpful. I was helped by Shayquilla (I don t think this is how her means was spelled), but she was great! She went outside and replaced a bulb in my headlight, and for some reason it wasn t functioning properly. She figured out the problem, swapped it out, and my headlight was working again! I m so grateful. Thank you!

I had to wait to get waited on, even though I had called ahead and put the item on hold. And I wasn't comfortable because not 1 person in the place had a mask on except me and I just don't agree with the fact that we've been told that they are unnecessary in a public place.

Amazing employees, women and men, who are extremely busy yet found time each time (3 x 1/mo) to help me out with installing, instructions, etc...Last time there, a woman was raising such he because service wasn't quick enough.Not realizing she's slowing the flow, it's was her turn but wouldn't calm down.She'd only been there less than 5 minutes and happened to see someone be helped before her that just walked in the door.She tried to consort with me, I explained to her that he had it called in similar to a "curbside pickup". I told her, in an effort to calm her down, that he was just here and this is the end of his order (as it appeared).That's when she when in to a rage about being cast aside because female...Regardless, it wasn't AZ prob I wouldn't know what to do without your old school ways.Please don't stop. Stick to your core methods, it's what makes it hard but keeps people loyal and faithful at the end of the day.Generations more...

Great female employee!! she knew how to use the computer to locate my power steering refill box. Great assistance to me because I had began to think that there is no place to check the level of fluid for my transmission. Just totally awesome

I'm a old customer & had never being so putting down like that day. We have all our prof of purchases of your products & your staff give us a Hard time. Like we was wearing a wrong color T-shirt. This is Not Acceptable.In 21th Century. No way!!!

Had a amazing time at this autozone, customer service is phenomenal. Shauna had assisted in checking my battery and showing me what batteries are available for my make and model. Also, she put my new battery in my vehicle which I didn't know autozone did that. Will definitely be coming back to this autozone .

Absolutely the best service by the manager Jerry. He did what was suppose to be done. He took the time to fix a battery problem the correct way and just didn't throw it in and send me on my way.Thanks again Jerry
