From sales to service I love this dealership! Mario did a fantastic job taking care of a concern I had with my new Acura. Him and the Acura service team listened and fixed my warranty issue. Even with a part back ordered for nearly 5 months, Mario checked on it every few days and notified me that it came in early. I was back on the road in less than a day! I appreciate this level of service, proud to be apart of the Acura Autonation Family!

I was very pleased with the service at Auto Nation Acura. We had a key fob made for our Acura RDX. I set up an appointment and was seen at my appointment time. The key was programmed in about 45 minutes. I even received a text video of the technician working on my car. Overall, I would take my car to them for any of my auto needs. Customer service was excellent! Thanks Matt and Mario.

9 years I've had this car and 9 years of excellent service with AutoNation Acura! No issues with my car in that time besides regular maintenance and every time it needs service I only bring it here. Mario was fantastic! Kept me informed the entire time and was so friendly and knowledgeable!! Thank y'all for taking such good care of us!

I've been to this Acura location twice now and the staff makes me feel welcomed each time. My service advisor is Mario and he's probably one of the best advisors I've had. I would definitely give him 10 stars if I could!

I had an appointment for an oil & brake fluid change, and to check the cabin filter. I was greeted promptly. Once inside & he got the process going, I told them I was waiting there. He advised it would take about 1 1/2 hours and they got me out before that. They also sent me a video text showing me how bad the filter looked, they changed it. They also suggested maintenance due according to my mileage, but I didn t feel pressured. Mr Kynal Kou was very friendly & helpful. Great service!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff from Arleth who scheduled my service appointment to Matthew my service advisor who is always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The General Manager Mike Norris who introduce him self was very nice and personal. Most definitely I will recommend this dealership to any family member or friends for service or new purchase.

Autonation Acura Service always goes above and beyond to ensure I am taken care of. Unfortunately I had to go in right before the Texans playoff game and closing on a Saturday, with a nail in my tire. Matt quickly assessed the situation and got his team to quickly put 2 new tires on. Its leaders like Matt, that has kept me coming back for years. Keep shining Matt!

Matthew was exceptional with making sure my 2021 Acura Ilx Sunroof was repaired and my routine maintenance was completed. He made sure I had a loaner until my car was repaired. Autonation Acura has been the best dealership for my maintenance needs. I will continue going there as long as I have my Acura.

Ronnie was awesome. Very transparent with everything, kept me informed pre-service and then did a very informational recap when I went to pick up my vehicle. I usually feel uncomfortable going in to service my car, but he helped relieve a lot of that with all the transparency.

We took our Acura TL car in for service. They replaced the water pump, timing belt and driving belt, and clutch and coil for the AC. We spent over $3,200 for this service. I picked up my car Friday afternoon and that evening the engine was making a weird noise. Saturday I called and let them know something was wrong. They were booked up that day so I had one for Tuesday. My husband had an emergency Saturday and had to go in to work. When he was driving home on I-45 freeway that afternoon, the brakes and power steering stopped working and then the power on the car went out. Miraculously he was not killed and managed to get to the feeder. We had to get a tow truck to take the car to the dealership. On Monday the Service Manager, Marcus, calls me and tells me the alternator failed. I looked it up and apparently when changing the water pump and belts if they leave a belt loose it will cause the alternator to fail. Even telling him this he continued to state it was just a big coincidence that the alternator failed less than a day after they worked on the car. Marcus said they would cover the cost of changing the alternator, and the battery (because the bad alternator made the batter fail too) and cover the cost of the tow truck. I told him I wanted to be refunded the labor charges from the initial service since they didn't do it correctly and almost had my husband killed on the freeway. He denied the refund and said to just focus on that they were fixing the car. On Tuesday a service tech calls me to tell me the car is ready and that the driving belt was loose and caused the alternator to fail. I tell him I want the refund for the labor charges and he says he will talk to Marcus. Marcus called me and told me that the information the service tech had given me was incorrect and that he was confused and didn't know what he was saying. Marcus continued to state that they never left a belt loose even when his own employee had told me the truth. I couldn't believe it. I am definitely never taking our cars to this dealership again and I am not buying another Acura since this is the nearest dealership.

Very disappointed! I took my 22 RDX in for its first scheduled maintenance on August 20th. While the services were completed, the attention detail was very lacking. The tire pressure in each tire was different and wasn t anywhere close to the 36 PSI. The worst part was that I noticed a rattle in the hood area on my drive home. I popped the hood when I got home, and I noticed that one of the fasteners that keeps the air filter cowling in place was missing. I know that it happened at the dealership because the Service Advisor told me that both filters (cabin / engine) were inspected. I reached out to the Service Advisor to explain the issue, and he was responsive and told me he was going to mail me the fasteners so that I could install them myself. It s been two weeks, and I m still waiting for the fasteners to arrive. I feel I am justified in holding Acura to a higher standard given that Acura is held out as a luxury brand. Unfortunately, the level of service and attention to detail I received was not consistent with Acura s standard of excellence.
