On 12/22/23, I visited the AutoNation Acura dealership on the Gulf Frwy just South of Houston to test drive the new Acura Integra Type S. Once the vehicle was located, we began the test drive and as I was going to exit the dealership I was informed by the salesperson that I would not be allowed to test drive the vehicle outside of the dealership parking lot unless I agreed to submit a credit application first. Once informed of this prerequisite, I immediately parked the car, ended the test drive and left the dealership. After leaving the lot, 15 minutes later I received a call from the general manager asking me about my experience. Well, here it is... Pulling credit just to test drive a vehicle is absurd and disrespectful. I understand the dealership wants to ensure the potential buyer has the means to purchase a car such as the new Type S, but let's be honest it's a $52k car, which has been marked up to $61k, not a Porsche 911. To the general manager, I appreciate the phone call, however my first impression of your dealership was less than great and as a result I will not be purchasing any vehicle from your establishment. Went in on a whim Wednesday to get an idea of what things I might need to do to be able to get the car I d been wanting and needing, met with sales rep Aric. He found the exact vehicle I wanted and between him and his finance manager, they worked with the banks and by some miracle I got approved for the loan and was able to get my ILX the next day. They got me 1500$ extra for my trade, answered all my questions, was very patient, helpful, and understanding. I really appreciate all the hard work these guys did to make this happen and I will definitely be keeping this dealership in mind to recommend to friends and family, and hopefully when I m ready for another vehicle.Thank you both so very much!

I worked with Matthew Purvis to purchase a 2024 Integra Type S. I initially contacted this dealer a few weeks prior but moved on because we could not agree on price. Matt contacted me a few weeks later and we were able to agree on a price on the exact car I wanted. I was looking for a fast and easy transaction and Matt delivered! He was very friendly and straightforward during the whole process and was able to accommodate my requests regarding minimal preparation of the vehicle. Further, he stayed late to get the deal done on a Saturday night. Overall, the experience was as good as it could be and Matt was easy to deal with.

Process was smooth & easy. Would recommend. Only issue was the online out the door price was different when I arrived to the dealership by about $500. When it was mentioned to my salesman Matthew (who was great) he simply said those are estimates, which could be true.

I recently bought an Acura RDX from Dustin and I had a terrific experience. Dustin was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. No pushy sales tactics, just honest pricing and honest answers from the entire team at AutoNation Acura. I live over an hour away from this dealership but the experience was definitely worth the drive. If you are in the market for an Acura, head out to League City and ask for Dustin!

Called Thursday afternoon for a ford lightening I wanted. Got approved Thursday night via online application.Made an appointment to come sign and pick up the truck the next day at 10am. I stressed, I just wanted to get in, sign and leave.When i arrived at 9:50am , I was asked to drive the car at least in the parking lot which I did. I noticed the truck was not charged and was only at 42%. I drove an hour to come pick the truck up and 42% is just enough to get me home smh! The truck also had not been cleaned yet. I also had to wait 1 hour and 20 min before signing.1 hour after leaving the dealership the service light came on and the warning light. I took the truck to planet ford. I was told there was an open recall for a high voltage battery module. The truck has been in the shop just an hour after purchasing and will be there for up to the next two-three weeks while they wait on the part.This should have been completed before they sold this truck. I m paying for something I can t even use. I ve tried to call the dealership and speak to the sales manager three times, in hopes they could help work with their parent auto nation ford to expedite getting the parts. I have yet to speak to one and my information has been taken all three times and no call back.My sales person Dustin has been somewhat helpful providing some phone numbers but auto nation Acura s post sale experience is terrible. The vehicle is sold, it s your problem now, is the attitude that is being conveyed. I asked about a loaner, but was told no. If they would have checked the recall, this wouldn t be an issue.

Matthew helped us tremendously in our car buying experience. He texted us new cars each week until he found the perfect one at another AutoNation out of state. It had low miles and every interior and exterior option that we were looking for. He got it on a truck and got it here within a few days. We handled the rest of the paperwork locally. The general manager has caused this dealership to lose my future business with his poor customer service skills. I had the battery replaced 2 years ago and I'm on my second time already. The issue was that the service advisor thought my warranty had expired, but I knew it hadn't. I spoke to the general manager and service manager to address the issue. They both acted like I was trying do something unethical to get a free battery which was offensive. I was told that I should be happy that I got one new battery already. It turns out the service advisor was wrong and did try to make it right. The issue that I have is that the general manager and service manager should have done the calculations on when the battery was bought based on the warranty length to verify it was expired. The service manager did somewhat apologize, but the general manager didn't. He saw it as my problem and me overreacting. So, be aware.

I always experience great service and customer service however, the wait was longer than normal due to only two service representatives present. I came in on a Saturday morning and left 3 hours later for an oil change, and break fluid. I attribute it to lack of personnel on staff for a busy Saturday. I have never experienced this in the past. The leadership team needs to make proper adjustments to correct this problem with staffing properly. It s not fair to the customer or employees.

They sell cars that break down within two months. Sticky DashboardsThey pull up your credit just to test drive a carThey promised to tint the car and they did not stand on their wordThey don t help much when it comes to financing, after signing they wouldn t even give me my paperwork, I ve been calling for months trying to get it and I m still a year and a half in and still have yet to receive any of my paperwork including my gap/ coverage etc, information.

Matthew Purvis & Ryan Bernard are awesome. Smooth process and I love my MDX. They even drove to Dallas for paperwork and hand delivered my car to my home. I knew what I wanted, I selected the vehicle, requested it be held and made an appointment for the following day. I met Matt went for a test drive and Ioved the truck instantly. Thanks Matt & Ryan!

Had been in the market for some time. Set out to test drive a few more vehicles, walked into Nation Auto s had been greeted by Matt which had been a complete blessing. I bought my first car through this dealership, my salesman Aric (with an A) was very helpful and understanding along the way considering I had so many questions and took up at least two days of work for him, he didn t mind at all. June was my financial consultant and she was very helpful as well, she explained everything at least twice and didn t even hesitate. They both made the entire process for me super smooth and didn t push me to go in any certain direction, just open ended advice which was needed cause I m doing it alone. Thank you to the Acura team! This entire location is amazing.

Wow!I have purchased many new vehicles. I ve had many good experiences, I ve had some not so good experiences, but nothing compares to this.They do close early but Tripp welcomed me into the showroom. I felt pretty bad and said I would come back tomorrow (today) but he said no problem. He let me test drive a car and showed me what options were available. I left a couple hours later and returned today. My now new car was cleaned, had fuel, and was ready to go! All I had to do was finalize paperwork, he showed me fancy things on my car, and take pictures!Tripp, thank you again for a wonderful experience. June was so kind, helpful, and very nice, too! She took care of paperwork and made it so easy.Definitely will have my recommendations and future business.

I have never owned an Acura before and this is my first one.We needed a new key fob made and decided to go to Autonation Acura to ensure it was made properly. They ordered the new key on the first day and we had it the next day. It works great! Matthew in service was very polite and treated us like we were part of the Acura family. Based on the excellent service I received, I will take my car to them for any repairs.

I have to be honest, the team at this shop was outstanding in both service and quality. We needed a car ASAP as our other car kicked the bucket. We had non ideal credit and next to no immediate money and through a little effort on our end this team got us a 2022 car, low mileage, cheap monthly payments, and for a very reasonable total price. IF YOU GO HERE DEFINITELY ASK FOR ARIC BRUNSON FOR YOUR SALES CONSULTANT AND RYAN BERNARD FOR YOUR BUSINESS MANAGER! THEY BOTH STAYED AFTER HOURS AND WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF TO GET US IN A VEHICLE. I went to one dealership close to my home on 10/22023 at 2:55 not knowing they close at 3pm. I called autonation Acura to verify the service department closing time the young lady that answered told me 4pm I replied to her I'll try my best to make it before closing since I'm driving across town she said ok so.... I make it to autonation around 3:30 or so I park and walk in no one greeted me so I proceeded to walk to see if I could find someone to assist me. I go back to the service and wait that's when one of service advisors was wrapping up clients he had at his desk he told me he would be with me shortly he had one more customer in front of me I said yes sir .....so the service director office was right where I was standing she comes out as she's getting ready to leave and says did I need I help I replied I was there for a quick oil change...she looked at watch and said it's to late that she would need 45 mins for just an oil change I replied it doesn't take 45 mins to pull a plug and twist off the filter she insisted it takes 45 mins even though I was there 20 mins before closing.....I worked at multiple dealerships in service it doesn't take 45 mins for an oil change....that's including to pull it in the bay lift the vehicle up in the air start your multi point inspection and service and send the recommendation up the advisors.....now if I said said do the tire rotation check all the fluids and pull the filters then yes i could see her telling me its to late but i was in the door before closing time were i worked we couldnt turn customers away its wrong and for the director to say it rubs the wrong way.

I felt very welcomed when I get my car serviced here. Ronnie helped me throughout the process and explained to me everything from A to Z, this helps a lot because I don t like any unexpected charges. I ve been to other Acura dealership and none like this place. Quick and very professional services. I loved how I get acknowledged right away when I pulled in. They even offer snacks and beverages while waiting. The waiting room is very spacious so I didn t mind waiting for my car. Overall, amazing experience. Thank you :)

This was my first time buying Acura. Aric was a very nice, informative, and patient salesman. He was never pushy and understood what I was looking for, even though I had not quite figured it out when I first showed up. He showed me a great certified pre-owned TLX A-Spec that I absolutely love! The whole facility staff was pleasant and helpful. They even took my appointment late and stayed well after hours to finalize the sale.

Excellent Customer Service! Bud took care of my car. My car was completely dismantle, screws and bolts and the other mechanic couldn't fix it. But Thanks to Acura Bud Mechanic help fixed car with his Knowledge, Expertise, Professional work, Excellent Customer Service, gave me hope, peace of mind and guidance that he could take care of my car and repaired my car at a rapid and professional speed.
