I just called at literally the last minute that they were supposed to close. The lady on the phone was so helpful and got me all of the information I needed to go by their store to buy two group 27 batteries.Really impressed with her knowledge and willingness to help. Highly recommended.

Dropped in yesterday to return a set of headlight bulbs. There was an older gentleman standing at the register who immediately greeted me. He and his co-worker were talking but he stopped to welcome me in. I said I wanted to return my item and he quickly went through the process to get my return. His coworker was an AA woman with short blond hair (I wish I had noted their names). She was friendly and outgoing and had a big laugh. My greeter finished my return and thanked me for coming in as did his coworker. I had bought the bulbs at the HW 3 location but drove down to Egret Bay as my experience at HW 3 was ridiculous. Not joke- some of the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I ll be driving to the EB location from now on.

Customer service was not helpful , I was at the store January 3 , 2024 at 4:10pm asked for help one of the ladies gave me the info but said she couldn t help me look for it , I struggled a lot to find the light so I left the store . Yet she was talking to two other ladies , all 3 standing there and talking personal of things while I needed it help . I will never come back to this store .

Lady at the front was completely rude which took the smile off of my face from the get go (pretty sure she's the manager is what I'm told). Asked for what I needed. Went to the aisle and grabbed it. Went to pay and she made sure to pull out her brass knuckles and set them on the counter as I paid for my minor thing. Would not recommend coming here unless you want to be stereotyped and half threatened.

Arturo's mobile mechanic was at Advance Auto Parts getting some parts for a customer and the customer decide to go to the auto parts so that we can I fix them there in the spot the repair was done within 2 minutes. We highly recommend our customers to purchase parts from Advance Auto Parts due to their high quality

I stopped in for windshield washer fluid. The customer service was first class. I had never put windshield washer in my car and Tomika went out to my car and helped me. While she could not put the washer in as it is company policy she assisted me in lifting the hood, showing me where the washer went and taking the empty bottle to dispose. Thank you Tomika :)

Very quick when they have the product in stock. Very helpful and friendly staff. However, sometimes I have better luck going to the store in person than calling to order over the phone...

Will not be doing business with this place anymore. I went into store to get parts for my vehicle and they gave me the wrong parts. After I gave them all the proper information they needed they gave me the wrong parts that ran me $550. I m not a mechanic so I YouTubed how to do the work that needed to be done. Which was pretty simple. After buying the parts and returning home I pulled out the old part to compare it with the new part and they weren t the same. Went back too try and return them and they denied the refund and return of the parts. Nothing was used or opened. Getting a Big Run Around and it Sux!! Definitely not gonna be doin business with this place

Had the parts I needed for my Subaru when O Reilly and AutoZone did not. Store is clean and everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The lady manager be harrasing the advance auto part team. Manager will do everything in there power to fire you if she dont like you, or go her way. Im going to file a corporate complain on that lady. Respectfully cause she wants to get me fired so bad.

Had to change a battery for my car. People at the register were nice and helpful. They tested the old battery and found a replacement battery.

Needed a new battery and got some really awesome service! She tested it and installed a new one in less than 10 minutes. Didn't realize how expensive these things were nowadays.

Great place with a friendly staff that had exactly the parts we needed when we needed them. I felt that their prices were reasonable and anything that they did not stock they knew where to send you to get it.

Thank you so much Clifton for making sure I had the correct brake parts. I ordered the wrong brake rotor but Clifton made sure I got the right one. He was very helpful kind and professional towards my wife when she went to pick up the correct part. Next time you need something ask for Clifton he will help out.

Leaving Krogers across the street today and my car won't start. It is 104 degrees outside. I walk across the street to Advanced auto to see Kerry (my hero for the day). He did not bat an eye.... drove me to my car, jumped by very difficult Acura MDX. I went back to Advance Auto to purchase a new battery and this wonderful man installed it for me in minutes. This is not the first time I have received great service there - they are amazing people - extremely helpful but today was above and beyond - THANK YOU KERRI!!!!!!!!

Pretty awful, considering I ran in with my kids to pick up a few things, including some all-weather floor mats. I stood in line for several minutes while there were 4 cashiers that would not acknowledge my existence as I waited, child in tow, to check out and leave already. One cashier was on the phone, 2 others looked confused at their computers and one was going the speed molasses with the customer before me. We kindly put the things we intended to purchase back and left. Nobody stopped us or asked if they could help. With the majority of the people at the store being employees at that time, it's simply unacceptable and there's no way I'd consider stopping at this location again. Go to O'Reilly instead.

Excellent customer service-- and I wasn't even buying anything- I was recycling! The associate even carried the battery from my car to the store. Will definitely use their services in the near future and recommend.

You get the correct part the first time. I've only had to wait one day to get a part to the store or my house. Covid helped us in some ways...........

Awesome service! My car died in the car rider line at my son's school. After a kind man jumped the car, I drove to Advanced Auto Parts to have my battery checked. A young lady on her break, offered to help. She determined that the battery was on it's last leg and we could either recharge it or replace it. Within 20minutes this efficient and highly competant manager had us taken care of and back on the road!!! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks again!

I continually receive the wrong parts because the store manager has the inability to listen to his customer and just assume he's right very poor management. Unfortunately this was not a one-time occurrence it's happened at least five times Advanced Auto has lost my business I recommend the nearby O'Reilly's on 518 just passed Highway 3

Employees not very interested in servicing the customer. I waited over 10 minutes, passed by 3 employees and never asked if I needed assistance. There were no other customers in the store at the time.

They recently raised all their prices, especially on auto detail products. You can get 95% of the same products they sell for much, much cheaper at any Walmart. For example, chemical guys VRP: $13/ bottle at Advance Auto Parts. $9/bottle at walmart. Cristal Untouchable tire shine:$6 at advance auto parts. $3.88 at walmart. So, you can buy stuff here and collect points , which will eventually give you a $5 discount, which will make their overpriced items go down to retail price. Sounds like a cleverly marketed scam to me:-)

website says they are open until 9 pm weeknights so needing a new truck battery I planned my evening around that information. When I stopped by at 8 two nights ago, the doors were locked and no one was in sight though the lights were on and 3 cars were in the parking lot. Will not be shopping here any more.
