My tire had be puncture and I had tire insurance with Walmart, since I had bought my tires there. I was anxious to go without my husband because of questions I might get on my car and might not be able to answer. Lol... but the guy that did the intake of the vehicle was really nice(in a professional way, not in a creepy way).I added an oil change since I was already there. I was told I would get a call or text message when my car was done. My kids and I walked around Walmart and ate at Macdonald (inside Walmart) after almost 4hrs, the kids got antsy. We went to hang out at the auto place to see if it was almost ready. When it didn't seem busy anymore, we finally asked how much longer it would be. My car was done and parked. We never received a text or call. My car was the only one outside the shop. I'm pretty sure they forgot to let me know, since there were vehicles after mine. They guy that charged me looked embarrassed that he didn't let us know, but didn't admit or apologize for the wait. So, don't leave the car area or ask constantly if the car is read or not. Other than that service was great.

Had me waiting for 20min to register my car. When I finally was able to flag someone down, he said that he couldn't register my car until they finished with one or two other cars in front of me. I asked him why he couldn't just register my car, I was going to leave anyway. I don't care how long the car is in service, I just wanted to go inside the store. And he said that if they registered my car, then the service time would count against the store. Sounds a lot like some kind of fraud. I asked him how long that would take, and he said 30 more minutes. I was not going to wait an hour just to register the car. Walmart, if you're so concerned with improving your service time, hire more workers! This is absolutely ridiculous.

I was unlucky enough to get a flat in the parking lot of this Walmart. Normally I'd go to a local tire shop, but I was already here. I had to wait 4 hours just to get a tire patch. I was told only one car was ahead of me. Every time I checked in, they told me soon. I could've gotten a ride home if I knew it would be there that long. My father in law also had issues with this location.

The lady there just doesn't wanna help i ask her for a price she said she couldn't and i place things on the counter to go see something else and she put it back iand i saw here Is arguing with someone else just not the right way to start my day her name Beatriz

If i could give 0 stars i would. Came for an oil change at 9:30am with two cars in front of me. they took my car in at 11:45 maybe and now it s currently 12:53. Been here almost 3 hrs 1/2. Never coming backkkk!

Opens at 7AM, called at 8AM three times, and got no answer. Got there at 8:30. The desk had a CLOSED sign on top. Had to get someone from another department to get some service. My car only needed two tires, and I was the first one there for tires. Two and a half hours later, they are finally done. If they were short-handed, I don't understand why one of the automotive technicians was helping staking A/C units in another department while there was a line of cars in the Auto Center.

They are Good , Missing Another Workers there, because in lunch time The Desk is Empty & Nobody Tell you Anything, you can wait 20 min & Still Nothing. But the Service is Really Good

Came in at 12am for an oil change and two hours later still here waiting for my car service is ok but mechanics take way to long for a 30/40 minute oil change I don t recommend people to come here for any auto service.

I bought 4 tires they were good on the quality but at the time they didn't have the rubber snap in tire valve so they didn't change that with a new tires and they only last so long till they got deflated and I had to go to another mechanic and change valve

The manager of The Car service there is very good.. well I don't know if he's the manager or supervisor.. very kind n helpful helped me understand what problem s my truck had..

Excellent supermarket where you can find a wide variety of products, I always visit Walmart on my visits to the USA, highly recommendedexcelente supermercado donde encuentras gran variedad de productos, siempre visito walmart en mis visitas a USA, muy recomendables
