The tire guys were so awesome they went ahead and installed my tire as soon as I arrived instead of making me wait 2 hours great job guys

Terrible service ,took me almost 3 hours to change oil ,first of all they cancelled service after 1,5 hours of waiting ,reason was damaged drain plug but last place where I ve changed oil was Walmart (Louisiana) ,only when I said to them that it was Walmart they took my car at service again and without any problems within 5 minutes they unscrewed the plug

This particular Wal Mart tire shop lacks the stock and variety that some other stores have. I went in for tires, and they only had two models in my size, or at least, that was what I was told. I wasn't happy about that.However, the service team was very professional and did an excellent job installing and balancing my tires. They even did a few special requests free of charge. Installation took around two hours, which wasn't terribly slow but certainly not fast.Overall...Four Star Service...Two Star Tire Selection. They just need to stock more Tires and schedule another Tech. on the shift, and this could be a Five Star Shop.

I took my car for an Oil Change and also Tires... They took a long because they had more cars in front of me.... We as customers need to understand that it s not just only us... they are a lot of people in front.... the Service Greeter tells around what time your car should be ready... it s a estimate time of wait... So when I go I m prepared for waiting.... Good luck on Your Next Visit... Enjoy..... Thank You .... Tire and Lube Express....

It was 12/23 and my battery was dead, I called Walmart and they said they had a battery for my vehicle, bring it in before 6pm if I wanted them to install it. I arrived approximately 5:30pm and they said they could get me in. I left Walmart about 7:30pm. It was dark and I was tired and did not check their work. Happy not to be stranded. The next day at work, I noticed to manufacturers battery cover in my back seat. A little perturbed that they did not replace it, I opened the hood and found the replacement battery quite a bit smaller than the original.I called the Auto Center and and that is when I was told, they didn t have the correct battery so they installed the next size down that would work. Now I am upset!I could have driven to NAPA or AutoZone and received the correct battery! I spoke to a manager who suggested, I can come back in when they receive the correct battery or can go to a competitor and purchase one and return the Walmart battery. It is now the 27th and still no battery shipment received and the Walmart is 30 minutes out of my way. Displeased with the service is an understatement. Buyer beware!

Very slow service, turtle speed. Came in at 7:15 a.m. only 3 cars ahead of me it is 9:00 a.m. still here Come on man!!!! Its an oil change, not overhaul. Better off at jiffy lube, faster..

Not recommended. I purchased the 4 Goodyear tires online at Walmart and went to the Walmart Tire & Lube Express to have them installed on my car. It turns out that they didn't balanced the tires, so the car was jiggling all around at the highway.I stopped at another shop to inspect the tires and they were already deformed by that unprofessional installation. I went back to Walmart asking for a replacement and they told me it was not their fault, that I should ask for a manufacturer's warranty. Goodyear told me Walmart is not an authorized installation shop, so I lost 4 tires because of this.

I am not recommended these people because Lazy people... I told him I want to make oil change, the Boss said there is noise in the engine, I am not going to do anything for you. By the way my Van is 2017 and I am driver on the road around whole Unite States and I made all change oil in my van in different places in United States. It is so funny to hear his excuses noise in engine if my car is not good I am not drive all around Whole Unite States.

I called and the lady who answered was able to help me with prices and was so courteous. I had called autozone and they were rude and did not help. Better price on oil.

Really need help in this department, reason am giving low score is just a bad experience with employees. Please conduct a survey and try to improve, I know we deserve better customer service!

I just got my oil changed today and it took about 3 hours, there mechanics are very slow and they move like turtles, my advice never take your car there

They take a long time for such simple things. I only brought the tire to change it for a new one and it seems that it is the same as bringing you the complete carTardan mucho por cosas tan sencillas. Solo traje la pura llanta a cambiarla por una nueva y parece que es lo mismo que traerles el carro completo
