Worst customer service whatsoever. I tried to return a product I order directly from them but they absolutely refused to accept it because I didn t have the original bubble wrap it came in. I explained to them that it was ordered directly from them and they refused and their manager was absolutely no help either. I explained that no one had told me how important the bubble wrap was or that it d be needed to return the item. They were rude and not to mention ignorant at the fact that even the receipt says that all you need to return an item that invoice. I do not recommend anyone do business here.

Why set appointments for oil changes if you still have to wait over three hours?When you ask how longer it s going to be for your car to be ready and you find out they haven t even started working on your car. Not a good experience. Hopefully it s better next time.

They can t find a clicking sound under my truck. They take days to fix vehicles that need replacement parts. We have taken our vehicle several times for various reasons, most of the time they can t figure out what s wrong with the vehicle.

The oil changes are affordable, but the add on service they try to get you to do is Pricey typical of a dealership. If you have to change air filters or do a brake flush I'd say do it yourself if you can and if it's too complicated for you look around to see who can do it at a more reasonable price.

I really appreciate Toyota Service Center's hard work and courtesies.... the only reason for not giving a 5-star score is the too long wait to complete the service or the lack of advising an estimation of time ....

Toyota service is normally five star but, when I went to get a wheel alignment for my Tacoma, during the wheel alignment, they came to me and said that my front and back brakes were in the red zone and all four tires brakes needed to be replace. I believing them and immediately asked them how much ? When they told me $269 for the front and $269 for the back. To me that was to expensive. So I told them that I would do it myself at home.I got home and went to buy the brake pads from Auto Zone and the next day began to replacing my brake pads. Once I was able to examine my front brakes first, I noticed that my brake pads still had about 60 percent of padding on the driver side and passengers side. I was upset that Toyota wanted to replace my pads when they were not needed yet.Apparently, Toyota rates service needed by Red, yellow and green zones. I would say that my pads were in the yellow zone. My truck had barely reached 40k.Nevertheless, I replaced the pads since I had bought the new pads and I also kept the old ones because they were still very good. When I checked the back breaks they were around 75 percent in wear.Be careful not to get rip off. First time this has happened to me at Toyota.i am 64 years old and disc brakes are very easy to replace. Watch YouTube if you need to be reminded. Only took me about an hour. Mainly in getting my jack and stuff together. The actual work maybe 30 minutes for both brakes in the front.

Advisor can t answer phone calls when they said, call me at any time . I m trying to schedule a service and I have some questions about my vehicle. I have 2 free year maintenance but I ll go somewhere else. Oh well, thanks Toyota.

Brought in vehicle for a Windsheild chip repair covered under warranty, was not told of expected wait times. Waited seven hours for a chip smaller than a penny. Very bad at communicating how long estimated time of repair before work gets done. Not worth the money I saved using the warranty.

Handled a recall on my truck there. They came to pick me up at my house after all was said and done. Very professional, and courteous. I always enjoy my experience with them whether it be for sales or service. A+++

Worst customer I have experienced. I have no idea what s wrong with employees attitude. Wait times are ridiculously insane. No communication with the customer. If they don t know the answer to a question they just say I don t know. They don t look for the answer or even try. Hopefully it changes.

Don t bother making an appointment as it does nothing to speed up your visit. My appointment was at 1:30p and I had to wait for 3 1/2 hours for my car to be ready.

I took my Sienna to the Toyota service a couple weeks ago to change tires, alignment and to check on power plugs. I asked them to put the same type of tire the car has and they said they would order them and once arrived I would bring the car back and I did so. Once they replaced the tires I found out that they installed tires that is completely different than my choice. I was very upset and spoke about it with the manager. He offered me to change it to the right one but that would also require me to wait even more. I was just okay with these other tires. Another thing they did about the plugs: My power plugs were not working and I told them it is most likely the fuses but they told me that the fuses are good but the whole unit needs replacement and they quoted me $190. I said I will think about it. Today I took my car to a neighborhood shop and the guy there quickly found out that the issue is the fuses and fixed it about 5 minutes and charged $15.You can now imagine how ridiculous their business is. Idk if they are lying to get you more or if they don t know what they are doing. I was thinking taking the Toyota cars to Toyota service would be the right thing to do but no more.Be careful you all. Don t think what they are telling you is right. Research and check other options.I have been there other times too. They were not much different. They are quick to say no to repairs that will need experty but will quickly want to replace the parts to multiply the profit.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

Buying a car here with Toyota was a smart move on my part . First time I came to service my car granted I was a bit hesitant because of past bad experience but it's been over a year that I'm coming here and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the taking care of my car than Toyota.
