I usually come here to do the 5 point inspections every 10k miles. The service is always great and the staff are friendly. The prices seem fair as well. The facility is well maintained so I don't mind having to wait in the lobby while they work on my vehicle. The complimentary coffee and sodas are nice too.

We were in town for a funeral when maintenance light came on. Great customer service. Took our vehicle in right away. Dealt with everything our Rav needed. Really love the complimentary wash & vacuum! Free refreshments & waiting area nice too!

Easy application process online. Great service when they call you back to help you out. Nope took a week to even get the second call and all to be told not approved . No reasons. No options. Just pretty much said my manager said your application denied. Well thank you for such great customer service and amazing communication skills. Keep up the great service. Waste of time

I love the atmosphere of this business. As soon as I get there I am immediately assisted. I feel comfortable leaving my Corolla to the service team, because they always do such an incredible job. I m very happy with Toyota and will continue to be a loyal customer.

My experience was not what I expected. Outside at the front I was greeted by a very polite gentleman and was immediately provided with a cold bottle of water. This set the tone for the entire visit, with very polite staff willing to engage in small talk, while working at the same time. I was very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff, and the cleanliness of the location. I felt like I was being treated like a rich VIP. 5-stars from me. It was a great experience and a breath of fresh air.

Yesterday as I turned on my 2024 Tundra I noticed the low tire indicator came on and I attributed it to the recent changes in temps.; however, as I shifted to R I immediately noticed the tire was much closer to flat then just low. I also noticed a rather large screw had punctured my tire right at the corner of the threat and sidewall making it unrepairable. I aired it and drove to Powell Watson Toyota. In little over an hour of arriving I was on the road with a new tire (under warranty). Their service is first class and always dependable in my book. Thank you Powell Watson!

Communication could have been much better. It was difficult to speak to anyone at the service center by phone and was told a supervisor would call me back (which they never did). Communication is key with customer service and it definitely lacks here.

Long waitt time but work on tire was explained to me and job was done to my expectations and very comfortable waiting room with amenities. Employees very friendly and they keep you notified and get your permission on how the job will be performed

The Toyota Service staff is very polite and attentive. It's rare to find proper customer service in many businesses, but the Toyota Service Center staff met my expectations. I found the facility very well suited with beverages and the proper furniture - sofas, chairs and tables - to work while I was waiting. Thank you Stephany and all the staff for your excellent customer service.

Rolando from service department gave me great service when I went in for my oil change. He informed me of what my car is due for based on miles and kept me updated throughout the waiting period of the service. Highly recommend Toyota of Laredo!

The service is great. They are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about their parts, services, and policies. The only downside is the wait time. Dropping off your vehicle is best, but an inconvenience to find another means of transportation. And on the other hand, there is usually a 2-3 hour wait for a routine mileage service. I d wish routine services would be completed in an hour.

Very satisfied with service department. Got a text this morning that my car needed servicing. The link attached to the text easily let me select the best service time for me. Promptly taken care of and the their shuttle even took me to the mall for a while instead of waiting there. Service advisor and shuttle persons all courteous. Good experience!

I consider it unacceptable to have an appointment system that only exists for the dealership to "reserve" the part you need for you. Apparently, they need to reserve an oil filter for you if you only need an oil change. But the service will take them hours to complete, it was 3 hours for me to be precise. I never expected my car to be taken in at the exact time of an appointment but 3 hours is outrageous. God forbid you get there without an appointment. But from my own experience, every service in Laredo is like it. Apparently, it is a Laredo thing.

Really helpful and polite salespeople. I had a hard time deciding to trade in my car that I had for almost 6 years but was looking for a place lot only about the sale but service too. I feel Toyota is what I was looking for. The Corolla is the one I chose because of its size and because it s a Toyota. Been wanting one for a very long time.

Buying process was smooth and straightforward. Prices were fair and Ms. Jordan, my sales agent and Mr. Rodriguez the finance manager were both very helpful. I went there knowing what I wanted and what I could afford.Got the truck I wanted at the price I was shooting for. Before I knew it, I drove off the lot with my new rig. Couldn't be any happier.

I got same day (really, same moment) 6,000 mile checkup appointment during a Friday mid afternoon using the service center phone number. I was told that it was recommended to have a wheel alignment as it had been a year since the last one, it would be ~$100 above the coast of the routine checkup/oil change. I asked if the alignment could be checked, that I would do it if needed, but if the alignment was still good, to not do so. The alignment was still good, and was not necessary. Appreciated that they checked it, and saved me the $100. Professional and courteous service On this visit.

I was very disappointed with the service at this visit. I don t understand the point of setting an appointment if it means nothing. I didn t leave the dealership until 5:30pm. 3 1/2 hrs for an oil change! There was at least 8 people working that day inside in office. Well doing nothing maybe you should have less people inside and hire more people to actually do the service within a reasonable time. Inside staff just sat there and talked amongst themselves and really didn t nothing. And on top of that when I get back in my car they had dirty my seat with their dirty hands. Way to Toyota!!!

Customer is always great with the person handling my services. The Girl where you pay was actually nice and attentive for once. They usually never are and are carrying side conversations instead of giving the customer their full attention so that was nice for once. If it was like that all the time I'd give it a 5 but it almost always isn't the case.

Everything was perfect from start with service staff to payment with cashier. All staff is friendly and to the point. Also, I d like to commend you all for keeping iPhone chargers for customers to use. I left in a rush this morning and forgot my phone charger. The front desk staff was very generous to lend us the power cord for a quick charge!!! Thank you Toyota!!

Fast, friendly service.I had an appt. at 9. I got there at 8:40 a.m. and was out by 9:30. My car was serviced and even washed.There waiting area is spacious and they have water, coffee, and soft drinks while you re waiting.
