Service was great!! The manager and the crew. Great attitude and communication. Great TEAM Work. I can t say the same for the La Porte Take 5. Once again thank you for the great job done.

Never coming here again. Almost 100.00 for an oil change. No thank you. We waited for Almost 2 hour and we were the third car in line.I'll be doing my own oil change from now on.The guys there were very professional, and checked the car for the basics. This review reflects on the fact the price for product is too high. The worse part is that there's no pricing outside the building ( I'm sure that's intentional).And these people told us about the total after they had started draining our oil. Very bad business practice. I would never recommend this place to anyone.Go somewhere else or change your own oil, it is not difficult.DO NOT COME HERE

Customer service decent, but all I know my A/C was working perfectly the day before and very next day after oil change my A/C was not WORKING. Coincidence . And too expensive. I miss Mr. Frogs.

Beca was courteous, attentive and very detailed in all services I needed for my vehicle. Luis was very professional and knowledgeable on all services he performed. I will definitely be bringing my all my vehicles to Take 5 . Their services are top of the line.

bad service. highly expensive and have to pay for every detail. had to pay more than $100 for just oil change and had to stay outside in car to wait for my turn and takes more than an hour to assist me. do not recommend.

My first time at this place.. they all are super committed to their job..very professional and knowledgeable of what they're doing . Alexa the store manager is awesome as well. Very courteous.. they explain everything when you have a question. Thank you guys!!!

I travel state to state and when I need a oil change I look for Take 5. I was in-out. This just opened and is the only one in Laredo. With that being said the techs are professional the manager Don is on point. (I wasn't in donut mode. It was beer o clock). Keep up the good work and yall will be successful.

My husband and I LOVE this place! We ve taken our truck for about 3 years now and recently started taking our new car too! The price is perfect, best in town in my opinion. The services are so prompt and never had a bad experience in the 3 years I ve gone. The mechanics and entire team are so good and have a lot of open communication to make sure your vehicle gets addressed properly! The lady at the desk is also so nice and the team is respectful. I ve gone both alone and with my husband and they make sure our experience is great! If you ve called around town for your services don t waste your time and go get your services here! They re also so good at answering any questions or concerns you may have! Would recommend it here always!

Waited for 40mins to be told they had to go get the filter and oil. After the shop on international send me over here because they didn t want to do the work!!! Pluses prices are stupid expensive!!

Always less than 10 minutes. They do not carry the oil brand I use, so I take my own oil and filter and pay $50 in labor. Friendly service and always advise me if my vehicles need other services. I have been a customer since it 1st opened Great place to go if you do not want to wait for hours for a simple oil change.

My daughter took her car for an oil change. They took long to change it and they over charged her. I told her to take it to Walmart because it was more economical. She is very upset because the employee from Walmart told her that they couldn't change her oil because Mr. Frog's employee had put on the filter the wrong way and they couldnt remove it. My daughter went to Mr. Frog's to let them know and the shop is closed. Before my daughter had bought this car my sister the previous owner would always take it there. I feel so bad for my daughter. I can feel her frustration.

Don t ever go to Walmart again for an oil change. Avoid yourself the long wait and bad customer service! Mr. Frog s staff not only was professional and friendly, they actually took the time to explain the different type of packages and pin pointed additional problems with my vehicle at no additional cost. Highly recommended! Returning customer for sure!
