i would really like to thank Nick and TJ for going above and beyond doing the alignment on my vehicle. They were extremely professional and courteous. They resolved an issue i had with the vehicle and i just would like them to know i really appreciate them helping me out. These guys are top notch and an asset to your shop.

Long story. Watch it! Ask everything before you pay because they trap you.0 stars. I lost my trust completely at this place. They did an alignment without my authorization of letting me know that it needs Cambridge. I drove my car and it still drives to the right. I went back to ask for a refund and the manager did not want to give it to me. If they are experts, he must know that the car will not align without the Cambridge bolts. I hope this does not happen to anybody else. Or at least, that it doesn't happen to people with a tight budget like me. I had to wait a month to recover the $120 they charged for an alignment that wasn't done right. I felt like my vehicle was just parked there and returned it to me the same way. Shame on them and how dangerous it is to drive a car like that. If something happens to my minor child for driving it like this, I am coming back to blame it all on this place. I have my records!!! I hope you considered this review as a red flag for every customer.

Dont bring u car here and leave! I have apoiment for 9am! Its almost 4:30 and when i came back they said my car is next! Qnd im verry sure there were people there afterme and got out first. no more!

Electric Window assembly broke and the whole window fell down into door. Talked to Tony himself and he tells me repair STARTS AT $1200!!!!!I laughed at him and left. Went to repair shop right next to the bowling alley on McPherson. They fixed it perfectly for $147. I remember another time I went to Tony's and he charged me an arm and a leg. Gease

If I could give it 0 starts then I would. I took my car on a Monday because I found a leak. They called me that same day that my car was ready to pick up, upon arriving they inform me my car is having trouble starting and won t go over 10 miles per hour. My car did not had this issue at all before taking it. It has been over a week since it s been there and they still don t know the issue and was just called that I should just take the car somewhere else. I will never recommend this place or go back.

These guys are good. You ll get quality service here. However, you re going to pay a pretty penny, and you are going to be waiting for your car for quite a while because they are so busy.Honestly, it s a good problem. For all the money you ll pay, they better take their time with your car.

I am so frustrated with the service at this location. I came in with a specific request. Driver Front tire has a nail. I was told that it was repaired but after driving a few miles the tire light was still on. So I checked the tire and it still has the nail in it. They tell me that the rear tire was repaired without my knowledge and authorization and was charged again. After leaving the 2nd time I find that my vehicle is shaking and gets worse the faster I drive. None of this happened before coming here. Im back at the store and have been waiting for 30 minutes with no word of what s going on. I have to drive back home and that s 170miles. I m afraid to drive off again because I have no idea what else will be wrong this time. Will I be safe? Is everyone that you all hire this incompetent? I came to Goodyear because of the name and reputation but this location has ruined that for me. I ll be sure to spread the word as well. What should ve been 30 minutes turned into 2.5 hours.

Very clean and the employees were all great. Due to the size of the tires I needed, they had to be ordered. I knew that already. When the tires came in I received a phone call. Went up the next morning and they got right to work on them. They loaded the tires for me as they are very heavy. Would definitely be back.

These guys always do a great job and quickly. They are also conveniently located in my neighborhood so taking my old broken down Jeep to them is easy. I highly recommend them.

Well, I can only hope that the part they replaced is in fact a "new original" and not a refurbished part. I say this after discovering that my Apple Ear Pods went missing. I noticed them missing immediately at pick up. I am certain that the item was in my center compartment because I placed them there before leaving my vehicle - I should of listened to my gut. Not sure if theft is common there but watch out when leaving your car overnight! You may very well get robbed! I've been a customer for some time now, but now I'm never going back, and I will be sharing my experience.-Raul

Son took car in to fix an oil leak. After driving car for some time, we notice there was still an oil leak. I notified the shop and they were able to fix the problem.

Not good place to go, stating walk in welcomes and no hospitality whatsoever on a prestigious name, what a shame with personnel, with two hours before closing and they wanted for me to leave vehicle over the weekend. Where I had call earlier that they would take me.Never again first time visit and not returning or recommending anyone.

Took my rental vehicle in to check out a tire pressure warning light They quickly reviewed tire pressures. Inflated them as needed and I was on my way in 15 minutes. I am sure it helped having a rental car and the volume of business they get.from themFriendly service that took time to explain what they did and likely cause of the problem. A review of the menu board indicated average Rice's for a retail service establishment. Easy access to and from McPhersom.

Took my vehicle for oil change service. A few hours later my "washer fluid level low" light came on. Checked my vehicle and washer fluid, coolant, and power steering fluids were low. This is supposed to be part of the oil change service. Took it back and manager was very courteous and took care of the issue but this is not the first time I have problems with their service. This will probably be the last time I use them.

The gentleman who helped me at the front was very helpful, T.J. He told me I needed blinker fluid for my BMW 750li and gave me a huge discount on it. Then he gave me free winter air in my tires so the summer air wouldn t be old. I wish I could give 6 stars. Tj is the man to go

After trying to have my Ford F350 repairs at dealership with no success I too it to Aldape Good Year. They checked it and did all necessary repairs that my truck finally feels like new again. I am very satisfied with their mechanical knowledge they know their stuffHave made this my to go to repair shop and I highly recommend them.

I had no service done here but after reading the reviews on this place there are just enough bad reviews to make me take my chances elsewhere. You get 1 star on behalf of all the bad reviews.

Great and professional service. I have gotten my alignments, and shocks replaced in multiple of my vehicles. Everything has been done well at a reasonable price.

Absolutely THE BEST place in Laredo to take your car for every need! Employees are very friendly ,knowledgeable , courteous , and honest . The waiting area is very pleasant and accommodating , and your wait time is short . It is locally owned and operated by the Aldape family that has serviced Laredoans for generations . I highly recommend it for any service you may need done on your vehicles .

Almost got killed by them. I went to get my oil changed, inspection sticker, and I asked them to look at the tires because my truck was shaking.They call back, tell me the shaking is because one tire is 'boluda' (it's got a hernia). It can't pass inspection. I tell them good, change it out, that's one reason why I took it. They mention that they want to change all the tires. I can only afford 2 and tell them to change out the two worst ones.GUESS WHICH ONE THEY LEFT ON MY TRUCK.Only because my wife kept insisting to go somewhere else because we kept feeling a shake. We were set to go to San Antonio the next day, so I go and check with Murillo's.Sure enough, the tire that was damn near ready to blowout, was secured safely to the driver's side.I was embarrassed more than anything. Do you know how awful it is to trust a service and then it turns you're totally wrong. Even worse, your wife was right about it.So, take my review as you will. For me though, after about 12 years of being a loyal customer, I'm done with Tony Aldape. I know it won't matter to them since they're constantly full, but at least now I'll have peace of mind.

The reviews are true. Customer service is non existent. Dont let the Goodyear franchise fool you. The counter guy could barely speak english and didnt call me to tell me they needed parts to do my alignment they just simply did not get it done from one day to the next. Spoke with the "manager on duty" and he didnt seem to care too much either. The thing is that I'm in a similar line of business and this would completely be unacceptable for us. So much for the customer coming first.

Went in with rear window collapsed in door frame not pushing up. Took it here and Tony tells me $1200.00 minimum and there's no other way but to replace everything. I laughed and went to Virlar Auto near jet bowl on McPherson. They fixed it totally for $150.00!!!! I remember last time i went to Tony's he charged me arm and leg. Anybody else feel like he's overcharging????

Customer service is mediocre. Every time I go for an oil change, there seems to be an issue with the service. They can never get it right. Driving further to another oil change location is starting to sound a whole lot better.

It took a whole week to have the fuel pump changed out on my Camaro and I never got a call that it was ready. When I picked it up I noticed the fuel gauge was on empty and I know I had a 1/2 tank. The car is there again; it seems they messed up the fuel sending unit and/or sensor. On day two and still no status. Oh well, guess I need to call. Last time I'm using this shop!

Went for a minor leak on my radiator. I own a dodge so I didnt want to take it to devine or alice due to the minor issue. (5 hours later i get a phone call) I was told by their staff that my radiator was tested and was not giving any pressure at all. (Really?? its a new truck!!!!) So I was told that it would cost over 500 dlls to replace the radiator but it was covered under extended warranty. I got worried so took my truck to devine and got it checked out at the dealer. Dodge dealer told me that it was a 50 Cent hose that was loose. They found the problem in 15 minutes and fixed it in 5. I felt so angry i will never take my vehicles there!!!!

I called 3 min prior to showing up for an oil change. An employee said they had "NO wait for an oil change." He said they can do it right away. I ended waiting just under 2 hours. For one car! So, either the employee lied to me and there was indeed a line of people waiting (which I don't suspect is the case, given that no one was there when I showed up) or they have no idea what they're doing and take over an hour and half to change the oil on a single car. Either way, it's bad.Okay, so it turns out that they ran out of the oil filter for my car and forgot to update their inventory which is why they didn't catch it until after the oil change was done. (And presumably decided to wait over and hour to tell me) They suggested putting the old filter back and bring the car back Monday. Hell no. Not on a new vehicle. Jeez.Well, now it turns out they did have one last filter for my car. It was hidden in the back. So it took 2 hours to change my oil for no reason. Never coming back.
