Service does not answer the phone at all. They have a part ordered since October and i still do not have an answer. to see if there is an ETA. i called 3 times to the service and they do not answer

BAD WITH SERVICE AND THE STAFF I TOKE AND LEFT MY VEHICLE IN GOOD FAITH THEY MESS UP EVERYTHING KEPT MY VEHICLE FOR A MONTH THEY KEPT LIEING NEVER RETURN A CALL THEY MOVED MY VEHICLE AROUND EVERYWHERE MILES WAS ADDED GAS WAS USED WHEN MY VEHICLE WAS RETURN THEY WAS EATING IN MY VEHICLE CAUSE THEY LEFTED ALL DIRTY INSIDE THE ONLY TIME THEY CALL WAS TO SAY YOUR VEHICLE IS READY FOR PICK UP ONCE PICK UP WE NOTICE ISSUSES WITH MY VEHICLE NOT WORKING PROPERLY WE CALL AND ASK ABOUT IT TO MANY PEOPLE GOT INVOLVED BUT NO ONE HAD ANSWERS TO WHAT HAPPEN TO MY VEHICLE NO ONE TO TRUST THERE SO PEOPLE FAMILY CHEVROLET IS NO LONGER THERE. SAMES TOKE OVER AND IS THERE NOW ..THERE ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL RUDE AND ARE LIERS I NO LONGER WANT TO BE THERE CUSTERMER SO PEOPLE OF THE WORLD THINK WISELY BEFORE YOU CHOOSE .

Always fast... 32 minutes, oil change, all filters.Thank you so much Javier Martinez and everyone there at Chevy.

Service was fast but they need to take care better of the trucks or cars the inside the give my car kind of dirty from the inside on the leather seats and door the problem was grease. On a brand new car Not good at all.
