My husband went into the service dept. He was told he needed to order a $350 part for our A/C and heat.He went back a week.later to have it installed and was told that the part doesn't work. It must be the wiring. In fact the technician said. I your old part is probably fine. The service tech didn't search for the problem.Now my husband has to go back a third time so they can check wiring and maybe they have to order another part. We only have one car and we both work. Both times it has taken 4 hours and nothing is working. My husband was told it may take 8 hours this time and no guarantee on the A/C working.This will be time number 3 at the service center.We are out money for a part we did not need and 2 days of service fees and no closer to a solution.Also, it is not pleasant to deal with the service reps they are condescending rude. They only want to be texted. Dont. try to ask them a question.

Worst customer service ever. I ve held back a lot of complaints because I understand that employees get busy. But this was my last straw.I ve been calling for the past 30 minutes in 5 minute intervals to the service department and not one answer. I call and press 2 for the parts department and they immediately answer and transfer me to service. The phone rings twice and I hear them answer and immediately hang up. I call again and press 2, again parts answers immediately and they take my phone number and say they will call me back.I need an oil change, a part fixed AGAIN (has been fixed previously at the dealership), and I need a full vehicle inspection because of work THEY previously did.Not to mention during my last service in August, they worked on my vehicle for 15 days and on the day it was ready they were suppose to give me a ride to the dealership from the rental car company and no one answered, I had to order my own Uber ride because the dealership was going to close.This is the worse service ever, and I will be making a fuss out of this.

10 out of 10! Ayleen was an amazing saleswoman! Kept me well informed and found me the most perfect car. Even delivered my car to me She went above and beyond and i am more than satisfied with the service I received . Highly recommend this place for your next car!!

Horrible customer service! Do not recommend buying a car here. I bought the extended warranty in 2021 and today I had a flat tire and my husband placed a quick plug so I can get to the dealership on time and they had me waiting an hour just to tell me they found nothing wrong with it when it had a whole plug sticking out! They just added air to it.Then refused to change it due to a plug being placed. Smh I decided to go to Fords quick lane and as I was driving there (a few feet away) the plug popped out and immediately the air got out of how big the hole was. Thankfully Mike from Ford was able to help me out and was able to get it replaced with my warranty.

Wife went to see a vehicle that was posted online for X and was told it was actually priced at Y (more expensive) horrible business ethics. Shame on you. EDITED Apparently there s no urgency to sell used vehicles because if they don t sell they ll just go to auction. And I wasn t aware but the salesperson openly said they use these bait and hook tactics without skipping a beat.

I was able to see the manufacturer's suggested price before Sames KIA took it off and decided to add 5K to the MSRP. If you are able to look elsewhere do it, we found a vehicle in Kia New Braunfels at the manufacturer's suggested price. This is the very reason many Laredoans do not shop local when it comes to vehicles.

I have been a KIA customer for 6+ years and I can hands down say that the quality of service provided to me has been nothing but excellent! Guillermo is an extremely helpful salesman with a great attitude at all times and always goes above and beyond to find a perfect match for me based on my wants/needs. Once we find the vehicle I like, he makes the purchasing process very easy and explains every feature of the vehicle in great detail. Mr. Joe Arrevalo, sales manager at KIA, is a very honest knowledgeable, experienced man who will go out of his way for every customer. Since day one, they both understood the limitations of my schedule and pricing and worked with me to ensure that I got the car I wanted. I have already gotten 3 different vehicles with them throughout the years and I look forward to continue working with them in the future!

Bad experience I called 5-6 time between 3pm to 5pm on Wednesday (June 7) to see if oil change as appointment or walk in. No one answered!! Again I called multiple time and no answer I came today morning to get the oil change and they tell me it s by appointment now! This is why I called!! So I don t make the trip for nothing! Before it was just walk in and now it s by appointment?? I m not sure why the company didn t send out an email stating that oil change will be by appointment now. Super unprofessional! Never have I had a bad experience by Kia and I have been a customer since 2018!

If you are looking to buy a Kia, Sames Kia is AWESOME! Great selection, excellent sales and finance team, they honor their word, and they work to get you a fair price without tiring back-and-forth haggling. Be sure to ask for Rodrigo Soto in Sales. He is one of the nicest and most honest people I've met, has passion for helping his customers, is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle features, and will get you the best possible price for your purchase and trade-in. We love our new Telluride!

Had previously purchased a Forte. Last year, as last week, most helpful people from all the other dealerships. When you're in the market for any vehicle, I highly recommend to shop at Sames Ford. You will not regret it! My husband and I have bought several vehicles from Sames Ford and we have always had a Great experience. I now have a 2020 Sportage Kia and I'm in love with it You will have a Great experience too! My wife and I bought a Kia Optima at Sames Kia with Joe Salazar. We could not ask for anything more from Mr. Salazar. He was friendly, courteous, and understanding in what we were looking for budget wise and the type of vehicle we needed. He and the friendly management at Sames Kia did everything to make us feel comfortable in closing the deal with them and keeping the business here in Laredo. We will definitely return to Sames Kia when we decide to buy another vehicle. Thanks guys!!

My experience with Sames Kia was exceptional. Ernesto Lona took care of us and I'm extremely grateful to him, & the Same Kia team, for paying attention to what it was that we were looking for. We went to Nissan & Chevrolet prior to going to Sames Kia & they disregarded whatever we said. Those two locations showed us vehicles that were not relevant to what we were looking for. Mr. Lona's determination and dedication to helping us find the perfect vehicle is appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location if anyone is looking to buy a vehicle.

Best customer service, friendly, and very helpful. My first time buying a brand new vehicle and I was very happy with awesome treatment we received. It was fast service within a day when I know other places take super long. I will highly recommend Mr Cortez to friends and family. Great job Mr Ruben Cortez.

I have had my 2013 Kia Sorento for 6 years now. And have always gotten my vehicle serviced at Sames Kia for warranty purposes. I have never gone elsewhere. Manny at service department was always very respectful and always willing to help. Since they hired 2 new female employees(one named Sylvia Rodriguez) at service department, I dread taking my vehicle to get serviced. You can t ever ask them a question without them replying in a rude condescending tone. I don t like coming here and don t trust the service staff.

This dealership was top notch! Juan Garcin went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestion and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Juan Garcin to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

KIA has a excellent service on all aspects. I had a great experience finding and deciding on a new car, the staff is very kind and goo to the people. Juan Garcin was very supportive and convincing he helped us to get on the best choice on our budget and left with a new car on my hands. I trully recommend Sames KIA and its service.

I leased a new KIA Optima. and I Love it!!! my dad and I got really great service and a very good deal by Rodrigo Soto. This was my first time getting a kia and I am completely satisfied with how this vehicle runs and definitely love the way it looks it looks as well. I definitely plan on getting another KIA after my 3 years are up :)

Purchased a Kia forte last year about 7 months into owning the car the trunk would not open with the latch only the remote. I called had it replaced with the warranty. Soon after I started with problems with the same latch but to my gas door. I called they had it looked told me it didn't do it while at the shop. But that the latch was hard to just pull on it harder. I call back again because it is doing it again on every gas refill. Took the car in again and again sopposely the tech could not duplicate it. They open the tech line who ordered the techs at the shop to replace the gas door so about two weeks later I took it back and they replaced it. Here I am again week and a half calling Kia back because it continues to do the same and not open when pulling on latch. Service department seems to be annoyed by me going almost every week for the past 2_3 months. Really had awesome service the first couple times I went but now I'm just irritated that the person who answered the phone seems like I just want to be going in to play or joke around when clearly they have seen several videos of my door locking up. I would not recommend Kia anymore.

Josue V�squez our salesman was onpoint. He has great customer service and communication. However be aware of financing department. They tried to put optional coverage in my contract without out my knowledge. Would recommend new buyers to double check everything you are being charged for before signing. Won t be purchasing anything here again.

Went in due to me needing a bigger vehicle, and came out with more than I expected! I am loving my Sedona and I am grateful to the sales associate and finance managers. They worked as a team and got me to walk out with a beautiful Kia! Highly reccomend!

My husband and I have been going to Sames Kia for our passed 3 cars. They are always very friendly and very helpful. Whatever concerns or questions we may have they always answer to the best of thier knowledge. We are very happy with our vehicles.
