Great for buying a vehicle, horrible for servicing a vehicle. Have multiple saftey recalls and can t even get in contact with anyone in the service department (been trying for 3 weeks via calls, voicemails, online service appointment request form). Contacted Ford corporate today. Last two times I ve had to deal with their service department over safety recalls or warranty issues, it s like pulling teeth. They ll take 4 times longer than they estimate if you can even get in contact with them.

Ramon Tobias was awesome! The dealer just happened to have the exact Mustang I wanted and the sales process was incredibly easy. I would definitely recommend Ramon and this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car or truck.

The seller that received me was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with questions and concerns, he also gave me ample time to think and view cars on my own without feeling pressured in any way whatsoever. Once I found the vehicle I wanted, the manager was able to work with me to get me the price and rate I was looking for. Overall, it was an amazing day and experience at the sames Ford dealership and I was ecstatic to be able to drive away with my Bronco Sport!

Horrible customer service. I m never going to bring back my vehicles again. It was a mistake not taking it to San Antonio. They didn t have the part I told them about when I scheduled the service. They forget to do what they promised. It s not busy and they make a bunch of mistakes. They had me wait 45 minutes to give me my truck when they said it was ready.Update: service manager reached out and apologized and had my truck picked up and dropped off so that I didn t have to go to dealership. I have increased the rating to a 3. It would have been 5 if they had given me the great service the first time. They replaced my light and did a recall.

I would like to say that Sames gives poor service, but they provide *NO service* whatsoever. They solicit me to schedule routine maintenance for my vehicles via e-mail & U.S. mail, but when I call their service department to do so, no one is ever available, and they don't answer their voicemails.In fact, I have been waiting for a call back from Sames Honda since July *2018*!! (Remember those lovely pre-pandemic years?) I gave up on them and drove my car to Corpus Christi for service. I know that Laredo is known for being "the land of ma�ana, but this is BEYOND ridiculous!

Most of all this location has an outstanding Manager Sammy that went above and beyond to make this happen..He took the time to sit with us and answer any questions we had.Sammy has made us new loyal customers ..Highly recommended..

they offer really terrible service. it's the perfect place to take your car for warranty stuff locally if you don't need your car. trying to reach anybody for an update will cost about an hour of your time by phone or in person, in my experience. i have the on-hold music burned into my memory. pleasant people though.

Sames Ford sold us the extended warranty on a Mazda, they claim to only have on tech that know how to work on them (found this out after the fact). It is pathetic to know that they only have one single tech that know how to work on a brand of car. Worst place to buy a car and expect good customer service after you drive off and they collected on your sale. I can only imagine what is to happen if their only tech quits, I guess everyone with a Mazda is out of luck!

Sames sold me a damaged brand new vehicle and does not want to take responsibility. They expect for me to pay for the damage that according to them I made when I drove it approximately 1.5 hours after delivery and check engine went on. I have never been disappointed in Sames Ford since all my vehicles have been bought there.

Worst experience wanting to buy my dream truck. And horrible customer service. I put a 1,500 down payment on a new 2023 truck. While inspecting I noticed there was rust underneath. They refused to returned my money when I showed them pictures of the rust saying "thats just how they come from factory." 55k for a new 2023 truck with rust. Pretty much I got scammed out of 1,200 dollars! They dont stand behind the product they're selling. They dont care about anyone but themselves and will do anything for a dollar even if it means stealing for hard working people like you and me. If this can happen to me; it can happen to you. Dont buy anything new or used from any Sames dealerships in Laredo! Not Sames Ford, Sames Cheverlot, Sames Kia, Sames Honda, Sames Mazda nor Sames Nissan. Go out of town if you want a new or used vehicle.

The service team is excellent! When I parked outside the front door, I was greeted by service advisor Leticia Perez. She asked what I needed to do to my F-250 and quickly drove it into the mechanic bay. The mechanic touched base with me regarding a hose and the cabin filter that needed to be installed and verified that I was getting the "The Works" diesel package. Then, he quickly and efficiently performed the work on my truck. I was pleased with the work's speed, efficiency, and quality. I was out of the Quicklane faster than I could have Ubered to work and back.

Received a Safety Recall notice on my Ford Fusion and 2 technicians from Sames Ford service department came out this morning to replace the 2 brake hoses in the front end of my vehicle. Took them only about 45 minutes. Very professional and courteous. Excellent customer service. They actually came out to my place of residence and I was really impressed.

Worst customer service. We had been working with a sales rep for 2 days, everything was good to go and all we had to do was come in and sign our paperwork. We were told we could come in at 9:00 AM to sign and someone would be available. I took time off work only to find out the people who could help us were in a meeting. Zero communication from our salesman- not even a courtesy text or call to say hey, can you come in a little later - we won t have anyone available after all. Nope. Instead Sames Ford wasted my time completely. I fully understand why Laredoans prefer driving to San Antonio to deal with more competent dealerships.

They lie about when the parts will arrive. You have to be calling cuz if u don t they won t call you or forget02/08/24 had to bring Ford Explorer AGAIN now because of transmission problems. It s been in the shop for more than 2 months now. They still can t get to the truck. They wanted me to pay $5K for a new transmission when the truck is only 800 miles over the warranty. I said no and now it seems like they re taking forever on purpose. Yancey never gets back to you. NEVER buying ford again

If I could give zero stars, I would. They've had my car for 3 MONTHS in the service department. They claim the reason is they only have one person to work on transmissions. Corporate has gotten involved and they don't respond to them either. They've contacted the service manager, General Manager etc with no response or resolve. We've never had issues with other Ford dealerships, just this one. Stay far away.

Was told that it would take a month to get vehicle diagnosed and here we are a month in a half later and I still haven't received any updates on repairs. I have called several times to get an ETA on the diagnostic and all they do is take my number and say "someone will get back to you". Two days and guess what? No one has gotten back to me. The worse service department I have ever had to deal with by far.

I went in to go test drive and to look around, just to Dream about what I would do for a Raptor or Tremor. So I decided to test drive the 2023 Tremor 3.5. And let me tell you, that is one of the smoothest trucks I've ever driven. I had a 2019 2.7 Ecoboost and...I walked away with a freakin Tremor if it wasn't for Oscar breaking down EVERYTHING and working with what I was asking for, I wouldn't have gotten it. It's such a huge investment, but man do I love my freaking truck!He went out of his way to get me the color I wanted. (AZURE GRAY) and now I find every freakin excuse just to go outside and admire my brand new truck. If anyone wants a ride just let me know because I'll find any excuse to drive it . Thanks Oscar! I really appreciate you bro!

There are no words to express our disappointment from Sames Ford-Laredo unsatisfactory level of customer service after the sell of our special order F350 in which we had been waiting for since November 3, 2022. We have expected much more from a reputed company of your standard that sales super duty trucks.We were informed of the delivery last week on Wednesday, June 21st. Our credit had been pulled and numbers were being negotiated on that same day. After not hearing back from anyone on Friday after several attempts, I contacted the dealership this morning (06.27.2023) in which at that time was told our special order truck had been sold the day after. This purchase would have been the second in less than a year.We were considerably patient in regards to a resolution and hoped that they d agree with us that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. We trusted that Sames Ford-Laredo would deal with the issue in a timely manner and would take the necessary measures to prevent such incidents and other disappointed customers in the future. Although a sales representative tried to fix the problem, the GM was full of excuses.

I am the proud owner of a Mustang 5.0. i have never owned a Ford product but I am so impressed by this car's comfort, performance and yes even gas mileage. I took it in to service and the folks at the service dept, Luis Guzman was very professional, had great communication and my car was ready in a few hours, the same day. I've owned many cars in my life and Ford has really impressed me both in the actual vehicles they make and in the service they provide. Thank you Sames!

Added surprise fees after deal was done. Stated they were options installed to vehicle after it arrived. These options were never discussed with me. Later, they changed there story and said they were dealership fees that they "forgot" to mention. How convenient! Didn't even know which lie to stick too.
