I went in to order a new truck, first guy said he would call me back when he has time to look into it. Never did. Went back again a bald guy this time, said he would call me back after looking into it, never did. So I went to Bruckners in San Antonio ordered a truck, got it, ordered two more and they are coming in soon, I'll be placing a order for 3 more after that. This place has a large clients list and if your starting off small like me just avoid them and go somewhere north just like I did where they say things like "lets look for a slot for you and get you that truck" and not "we will call you back" and never do.

Absolutely the worst place to go to possible. To have the rush name on it , they should be ashamed. The service advisor lied and said my truck wasn't there for a week. I had to show up and verify that my truck wasn't there, and he still lied and said my truck wasn't there. He said that I had five trucks ahead of me , then he said I had 30 trucks ahead of me. That did not start trying to do anything with my truck until I called corporate.I was charged for things that they said they did that did approve the work for. The communication was terrible, and did not have any emails that would keep me informed. The cut our belt and said it was not on the truck. We had a replacement belt sitting out in the open that they said they could not find. The shop foreman then told my co driver that he was going to tear the truck up looking for it and charge me for it. The shop foreman made good on his threat by charging more money and our bunk was a mess.They intentionally over charged approximately 3,000 for the work done and when service over heard me on the phone with corporate, then the service writer immediately changed the cost to approximately under two thousand because they new they were wrong. I still had issues with my truck afterwards because of the terrible job they did fixing it. I still was charged for items that I never approved or new about even with the correction made to bill. They are prejudice against black and white people.I also have documentation and pictures of how they tore our truck up. The service writer with the tattoos threatened Ezekiel due to him calling corporate. The work had to be redone. Laredo also punctured our flex pipe to our turbo causing loss of power to our turbo. The customer is Ezekiel Sherrod with Qualiy carriers.

My truck broker down in laredo it was tricky situation with dpf wiring but they fix it really quick nd save me some time and bruno really helped me in this situation as well!5 star for professional and good service!

They have been holding our truck. Every day they tell us estimate today, will be ready tomorrow. Working on it find another issue this and that. Their management is the worst. They don t answer the phone. Stay away from the scammers. Tow it to San Antonio if you can. They have been wasting our time for past 1 month. They didnt do anything on this truck yet. Also when it comes to invoice I don t except anything good from these scammers

Come by Betty Ramirez is very professional with a amazing insight into the Diesel life via Peterbilt. Rush has high standards they always do me right. Bought my 2000 peterbilt 1,945,000 miles only rush works on it.

They do not tell you an estimate after 2 hours like they're suppose to for 1, and they would rather talk to their friends than work. I speak of the tall Spanish guy only though. The younger guy was super nice. Was in a motel for a week and a half waiting on this, and now 3 days later it's doing the same thing. And now I can't manually regen because they installed a security feature on it. Now I'll have to pay to get that removed again... Avoid this place unless you're looking for a vacation in laredo.

RUDE SERVICE, NO EFFORT SHOWN. The guy at the counter didn t even bother to look for a reference number for a Hendrickson air suspension. I got for him, but he disliked that and preferred to tell me that they don t handle any type of those when I have purchased those before with them.I went to other part services and they really help me out, they gave my several options and quick.

Stay away from Rush in Laredo , TX - I purchased a used unit from them an the Sales rep By the name of Antonio was all over the place calling an calling because he wanted to make the Sale. My biggest mistake was believing there lies. I paid 52k cash deal for a unit with 6 months warranty according to the sales rep, anything that went wrong it would be covered in that 6 months warranty. I purchased the unit cash an drove off in unit. Took home an decided to do a test drive trip about 40 miles from laredo, tx. Once in road all lights on dashboard started flashing. Took several pictures an videos an by monday morning i took into service. The unit was there for 4 weeks because they just did not payed attention an ordered the parts twice but parts were shipped to another city instead of laredo. After a month in shop, according to them unit was ready. Got a first load an headed out to the Dallas area once there the unit started having issues with the turbo. I immediately called my sales rep in which he took several hrs to answer, i explained the detail an he said take it in to Rush Center up there, I will tell my manager to call in so they can help you asap being that you have had many issues here as well. We got to Rush in the FT worth area an spoke to manager an the manager said we cant take you in, you are seeing about 3 weeks because we are full. I explained all the issues i have had an he said. We cant do anything. I contacted my sales rep again an he said well i understand your frustration an i know its your first load. He suggested to get a road service an that Rush would reimburse me for that service. I called a road service an they fixed the turbo hose an cleared the computer an reprogrammed. Total came out close to $800 dollars. We continued the route delivered an head back to laredo. While in route to laredo check engine light comes on again but we were able to continue an get to laredo. Once here I spoke to Tony one of the managers from Rush he immediately said that the unit did not had warranty an that they were not able to reimburse anything for the road service. I tryed contacting the sales rep Antonio but he never answered calls nor messages etc. Really bad customer service, stay away from them. They only answer calls or talk to you when theres a sale involved. They do not provide customer service. They are only after your $$$$. That same week I went over to Doggett Freightliner with sales representative Cecilio - this guys in Freightliner provide an outstanding customer service during the sale, after the sale etc. I purchased a 57k unit from the cash deal. But there customer service is outstanding. I got all tires replaced for new once, got 2 new mattresses, floor mats, caps for myself an kids, 2 coffee mugs for me an wife. As for Rush Center they gave a really bad customer service worse experience ever an they did not gave not even a pen. Rush has changed alot, years back we purchased a unit in San Antonio with sales rep Carlos Sanchez JR. Great experience with them. But here in Laredo please think twice before buying from them. Due to there bad service my friend who owns EBT Logistics decided not to purchase any units from them. My friend goes directly to Frightliner or Volvo here in Laredo. Stay away they are just after there money, they dont care about there customers.

Don't buy trucks from this dealer , u can buy from other same trucks . The sale person lied to me that he has the truck on site , I lost 2 days already here and still don't have the truck , I even offered to have me drive to pick up the truck from the location where it is and they are not allowing me to . So just as I said , don't buy trucks from here cuz the sales person will lie to u anyway .Will wait till tomorrow and I think will b the first ones to teach them a lesson.If the truck won't b here by tomorrow ill go get it from other dealer and they'll have to returne the money back . Will see how it goes . I'll update you guys tomorrow.

Buyer beware: don't buy commercial truck batteries here. Use one of the many other stores here in Laredo, TX instead.When the batteries fail or start to fail, prematurely, Rush wants to recharge & test them to see if they hold a charge, first, before you can exchange them. The process takes 1 to 2 days. In my client's case it was 2 days. In the meantime, your truck is down.Then their current policy is to credit you for 2 of 4 batteries, unlike other merchants here in Laredo that provide same day service and your vehicle is back on the road.The battery reimbursement under warranty took 5 months for 2 batteries. We are still awaiting credit and reimbursement of the other 2 batteries. We may have to submit docs to their corporate HQ in order to settle this issue. It's been a year now. The pending monetary value is $172.68.Update: I finally was reimbursed for the 2nd pair of batteries. Rush needs to take lessons from Walmart regarding reimbursements.Response to the owner of this Rush location. I have no further questions regarding the company's battery return policy. I'll shop elsewhere when a battery purchase is needed. I suggest your company revise its battery warranty policy to be more in sync with your competition here in Laredo, TX. The competition's battery warranty policies are less stringent and definitely more customer friendly in arriving at an exchange within 20 minutes or less. This is upon submitting a claim; a copy of the purchase receipt; and the defective batteries.

Almost 2 days just to get service tool hooked up the truck, most dealerships the service writer does that . Just say you can't do it and don't waste a person's time that would be great customer service.

Went there for state inspection and failed because my brake light harness was bad. These guys had me fixed in no time. Staff is great and very understanding to your needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I have been what you would consider a disabled tractor trailer all day on a sunday in blasting hot Loreado one of the techs called and said I know right where you are Ill be there in 30 min, they never showed, then they call around noon and say oh Ill be there around 3 still no show. Then we get a text an hour later stating no one is coming. We are literaly 18 miles from the service center. Get it togther we are the ones who keep you in business its not like you wouldnt get paid for coming out here to force a 45 min regeneration. Amd then on top of that they text again at 6 pm after 12 hours of waiting for them to show and say oh you need a wrecker service and then they recomended who we use. Unbeliveable

Professional and courteous staff. Some of the prices for parts are ridonculous though. Almost $800.00 for a headlight? And $750 for a blower motor low, medium, and high switch??? Gotta pay for those fancy showrooms somehow I guess.

Called for parts availability pricing and part numbers representative refused to give a part number. It s very sad you have to pay three times as much or they are unwilling to help. I would walk to another state to buy a part before buying from this place

Don't bring your truck to get fix here...there techs have no clue...spent two days here letting them try and diagnose the issue with my truck... at the end I had to leave with the problem not resolved...went to another peterbilt and it to them two hours to find the problem and fix...dont waste your time or money with this place...

I was given a price of $95. on the phone for a air bag. I got here and the price changed to $150. They are liars just like do many other dealers across the country. I don't know what is going on with Peterbuilt , but every one I deal with lies and cheats me. I wish I never bought a Peterbuilt.

Had one of my drivers run out of gas right outside of Laredo so I called T/A roadside assistance and they informed me they didn't have anyone there that knew how to prime the diesel truck we had so I found a local so called diesel mechanic that came out for $100. cash only and did nothing but look at it and told me the injector pump was out and I needed to have it towed to his shop where he could fix it. That didn't sound right being the truck only has 60 thousand miles on it and we already knew we ran out of diesel. So I called Rush truck center and they had a guy out there in roughly 1 hour the guy new what he was doing and had the truck up and running in 20 min. Ya Rush was a little pricey but I would hate to think of what it would have costed me had I took the so called mechanics advice that wanted me to have my truck towed to his shop so he could put a new injector pump on it. Great Job Rush and thanks for being HONEST.

Sat their for 5 hrs. to find out i had a bad condenser on the A/C then they wanted to charge me 1100.oo $ to put one in and charge. Well im a owner opp. so i thought that was bs. since you can bye a new one for 169.oo $. If they think their worth that kind of money they are seriously mistaken, all i can say is watch yourself their, probably won't be back. Service writer's think they know so much but i do a lot of my own work so they couldn't talk me into the job so just pushed me along.

I took my 07 freightliner for front alignment and it came out of there worst. Now it was pulling to the right and tractor was shaking at 55 m/phr.I took it back the second time and they told me that l needed some center guides and l was charge another 315.00 dls.Tractor was exactly the same. Went back for the third time they "checked" and told me that problem was that l need new front tires even do they were almost new. I replace the front tires l spend 600 dls in new tires and nothing change. I took it back today 9-24-16 for the 4th time and they said that problem was the back alignment. They perform the alignment for the back tendems we test drive it and is doing ecactly the same. I will not go back for the 5th time l will go to another shop and never go back again for anything there. I will not recomend it is expensive and they make me waste a lot of money.

Typical Rush Truck Center. The staff is sort of helpful, but need to work on their communication with the customer, or I never got the answer I wanted. Either way, it's always a delight to know that Peterbilt and Cummins will always argue over which one pays the warranty work.

I purchased a Semi-Truck from Rush Truck Center in Laredo Texas. On Nov 18-2015a 2010 Peterbilt387 w/538223 miles, during the purchasing process.The salesman and I discussed a truck I was looking at Arrow Truck Sales in San Antonio Texas.The Arrow truck in San Antonio had an APU unit it was a 2010 Peterbilt387 with the same mileage and about the same price.During our discussion we asked if trucks had any warranty, we were told the truck did not.But that we could buy one at an additional cost of $4901 and 500,000 more miles, I asked the saleman what the warranty covered he told us engine & transmission basically all drive train issues, but would not cover any cosmetic or maintenance neglect issues.We asked salesman what kind of inspection were done on trucks before qualified for the warranty coverage.He said full inspections were done on truck before was delivered to customer and Qualified for warranty . We look for oil leaks and that maintenance is up to date.I asked how many Rush truck service centers exists throughout the U.S., He said countless and that it would be no problem if we had any issues.I asked him again just to be clear, what is the drive train he said anything from the engine through & transmission. We check everything He Said, oil gaskets and anything we might miss during inspection we will take care off. I asked is all that included in the warranty ? He said yes We worked the truck for 1-month and we went in to speedco to get oil changed. Our driver said the oil smelled burned. We found that the oil need to be changed and the filters had not been changed. The oil filter, had to be beaten off and cut caused the filter had not been changed in a long time. We needed to change plug on oil reservoirs because they were rounded off. Clearly the Inspection that should have been done before giving us the truck was not done.On 3/11/15 we found an oil leak in drive train, and drove it Rush truck center in Laredo to get it looked at.And they told us the starter had suddenly gone out, and that we would have to pay for a new one.I asked for explanation what happened to the starter they said it was wore out. The Clutch plate was also suddenly in-operable. And had to be replaced, we had not had any problems with it but now it broken beyond drivability.We have not had Starter problems, but at your service center in Laredo Tx it suddenly went out?!Next they told us that the Rear Main Seal was the cause of the leak, and it was not covered under warranty.So we called the salesman and he said that leak was not covered under that warranty. So when I told him that he had told me that the extended warranty we purchased, WOULD take care of that He said that he didn t say that. He lied to me and I would have to cover the entire cost of repairs.That is why people hate used car salesmen, they lie and will say anything to get their commission. I am contacting you to ask for some assistance with the cost of this repair and to ask that you retrain Tony on sales promises.I am a business man and understand things happen and costs are incurred for products sold.I sent of a copy of this letter to the Corporate Office and it s been about a week (no response)TypicalBut when promises are made and handshakes are given we need to live by those gestures of good will and our word need to be honored.My Bad!!!! Never Again!!!!

Left my truck for a turbo actuator to be replaced it taken them 2 days just to take look and then they say there computer can not connect to the truck yet I regularly Maintenance my truck without issue these guys are real pos they will fill you lies to buy them some times trust me DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE

the frist guy i talk to was good paul I think his name was over the phone. then this wone ( dont know the spelling of it) came out look at truck with out doing anything he state need a new tranny. this guy is a rip off. i towed it out of there and sent to a smaller shop and it was a broken fork like i had said it was. stay far far away from here at all cost unless you like getting cheated.

The guys in the service dept. saved me from making a bad choice on a worn out truck. It cost me $140, but probably saved me $10,000. When Paul found a tech right away, who proceeded to spend over 2hrs checking the truck out. Glad they were there.
