Customer service at this location is superb. You can tell that the new manager Christian cares about this business and taking care of his customers. My husband and I ordered tires online on 9/14 and the raw website doesn't actually send the information to the store, so we had to call in and place the order again, well to no fault of theirs we ordered the wrong size tires and instead of sending us on our way with 4 useless tires Christian went above and beyond to get us squared away. If you want excellent product and customer service I highly recommend this location.

Please stay away from this place. Salvador Nev�rez is vile & the most utterly disrespectful manager. I'm grateful I saw what was happening with some other poor woman who was sobbing outside & got her story before giving this place my business. Ridiculous treatment. Won't be coming back.

Love my tires !!I would ve Given 5 stars but the guy outside balancing the tires made my tires wobble!!!I was pist so just went to an other tire shop and payed instead of getting it for free !

Super bad service they told me the tire tech was on break then another car shows up and they take him in, very unprofessional I got my rims and tires here a couple of years ago but will not be back for any future business

The Management was very unprofessional, I asked for help with my payments and if there was an alternative and if I did apply it eas going to cost me more of the original payment that I owed. I don't think this a good way to do business. I will let my peers not to go there for Tires. I myself will not be going there anymore.

I was shopping for tires and found this place that had a reasonable price on tires, which included many extras and on top of that "free alignment". There were some extra charges for the payment plan, which you have to look out for, but if you're in a bind it's a good place to go.

I went to this place to purchase some wheels wich I like and I am satisfied with my vehicle looks awesome. They have good customer service. However I do not like the fact that when I purchased the wheels "wheels only" I was lead to believe that I was going to be paying $13.99 every 2 weeks for insurance on top off my biweekly payment.But now I'm 1.5 months into this and after paying more than the minimum amount every 2 weeks I call to ask for my payoff balance. The say I still owe over $570 and I've payed $976 so far and the wheels only cost $1356So I called to check on why I still owe so much it turns out I've been paying $13.99 for insurance every week. Now to me that is nonsense specially if you only purchased wheels. Last week I made a payment of $250 it means only $220 was actually applied to my actual balance. Just be careful and make sure you read the contractFYI. UNIQUE WHEELS.doesnt charge you insurance if you only buy rims only reason I didn't go with them is because they didn't have wheels I wanted for my vehicle and I couldn't wait because I was going out of state that week for a couple of months.

First class service had lost original key to lock nut they were able to remove old keys without damaging wheels and was able to purchase new ones fast prompt service

MANAGEMENT NEEDS MORE TRAINING ON HOW TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY & MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL ~ MANAGEMENT SHOULD NOT SLANDER THE EMPLOYEES EITHER WHETHER EMPLOYEES LEFT WILLINGLY OR OTHER WISE ~ PLEASE GIVE MANAGEMENT MORE TRAINING ASAP

No se merecen ni una ...cada que mi esposo va y da su pago salen con sus mam.... Y le kieren sacar mas x retraso cuando en el contrato dijimos que los lunes x semana da vamos el pago y salen conque toco s�bado y kieren cobran cargos Pero al principio te hablan bonito parake t endeudes con los pinches RINES!!!PINCHES RATAS MIERDAS
