Went in to have steps installed on our truck. In and out in 30 minutes. Very nice people.

I will never do business with this establishment again. The person named Gary has no business thinking he owns this place. Tiene tiempo para estar relajando con sus camaradas y coworkers y el cliente esperando. Then he refuses to serve me when I told him that was bad customer service. He s always had a bad attitude and very negative about the work you ask him to do. This is not the first time. It also happened to me when I had a lift done. I had to deal with him and instead decided to deal with Israel who is very professional and knowledgeable about this business. Thank you Israel. I guess my thousands of dollars will be going somewhere else from now on. What a shame. A bad apple ruins it all. Not gonna let it ruin my day. Have an awesome day y all

Horrible customer service. They kept putting in vehicles before mine. I came in for running boards. We complained to the manager before we knew who he was. We later complained to the cashier, thats when i found out who the manager was. No one knew anything nor could do anything. The manager put through a p/u from a friend of his first. Then another vehicle. Until finally we complained to the sales rep, then they put my truck in. I sat in the waiting area doe 2 hours and a half before they paid attention to me. This is ridiculous. I definitely would not recommend this place at all!!

Worst customer service the guy didn't even let me explain to him what I wanted done on my SUV, was wanting a leveling kit on my 4x4 and he keeps saying no it a 2wd I can't do it seems everything I tried telling him he said he kept cutting me off saying he couldn't do. Maybe I need to go somewhere more professional and to someone who has more experience on the advertisements outside their windows
