The services this place provides are great. The only problem with this place is that they CHARGE VERY EXPENSIVE. I understand the company is located right next to the dealership, or whether this place is connected working with the dealership, BUT they charge a lot for every service. Long story short, I took my car ONLY to fix the coolant problem, and it cost me almost $2,000! Are you kidding me? They just had to charge the parts and the labor so expensive. Sometimes, they even charge you for some of the things you didn t even ask them to do! I think the management of this place needs to discuss this with the employees. Pretty much look at it this way, if you charge the customer for anything else that they didn t ask you to do, and what if the customer doesn t have enough money to pay for? What would you do? Keep the customer s car at the shop? When it s in fact the company s fault that they do something that the customer didn t ask for?! This is insane. Somebody needs to do something about this.

Atrocious. Go anywhere else. Would not honor their battery warranty, tried to rip me off at every opportunity. I bought a used car from Sames in winter 2022, and within a couple of months, I needed to replace the battery, so I came here because it was the dealership-recommended mechanic. Battery was replaced, warranty purchased, expensive, but my options felt limited. I kept having problems with battery drain, and I came back here to get them to fix it they did a second diagnostic and said it was fine. Continued to have problems for an entire year with the battery until it finally gave out completely. Went to different mechanics, and they told me the battery I received from Quick Lanes was ALWAYS bad, despite them telling me twice that it was fine. Asked Quick Lane to honor the battery warranty and replace it they said they wouldn t do it unless I bring my car in and they do another full diagnostic. I m not going to be scammed by them again. Save your money, and don t go here.

They are not very helpful. I called one day asking for a quote on fixing my tire axle and she said it is best to come in the morning to check it and that all the mechanics would be present Monday morning. I arrive and the lady in front didn t know any prices or anything I was talking about. She couldn t understand I just needed a average price or help for re-aligning my wheels. The manager then comes up and explains they can schedule a diagnostics the NEXT morning and that had a cost alone of $169.99. The lady put no effort in searching up my account to check on any warranties or ask if I wanted to schedule. Just a general non desire to engage with me and help.

Sames quick lane is as good as any other mechanic shop, but it s not. It s not a good shop, but a bad shop because they have a sour woman working the front desk, she l�es and lies all other office associates and shop technicians are hard working people, but that one person who makes everyone else look bad. I hope Charlie takes note of this and makes it better for Sames name!

I have been going to Quick Lane for years and the staff is very friendly, polite and professional. The service is quick and I ve never had an issue with anything they ve done on my cars. The inside of the building is always clean. They have hot coffee for those that want some. I think I ve seen a popcorn machine there too - nice! Wish they had better seats though. The outside of the building is always clean as well.

Worst service by far. They have downgraded so much especially when hiring unprofessional and unreliable mechanics to work on vehicles. Went to check one of my tires because it kept getting low and the "technician" said that I needed a brand new tire when the one I had was brand new! Took it to a different place and the issue was the valve stem!! not the tire!Not to mention that the customer service is as bad as the service they "provided". The woman with long hair working there (Mary) was so rude that while talking to her on the phone she just decided to hung up. Really unprofessional and lack of people skills.Services: Tires, Oil change

So Quick Lane isn t quick, arrived at 11:20am and it s 2pm and still waiting for an oil change hopefully I will be out by 2:30pm I ve been waiting for 3 hours already got out at 2:45pm.*The Mechanics/Technicians are really good and highly trained!!!Maybe they were short staffed.

I can't say it was an in and out service but the did get the job done. I took my truck for a transmission oil change and would say they took a decent amount of time, granted that they ate always busy since the moment they open the doors for business. The only thing I didn't like is that the mechanic that handled or drove my truck got my driver's side floor mat full of oil/grease. I didn't mind that much because it was time for me to take them out handwash them. If my truck would have been spotless on the inside and the mats were brand spanking new well, that would have been a different story. I didn't complain because I know the person that drove the truck didn't do it on purpose. Over all the service was more that great.

Went in for brake, oil change, and transmission fluid service. All done right and in a timely manner. Mary Ellen is an excellent service advisor. I'm very pleased with the services and her advice.

Such a wonderful experience!! I truly want to thank the two kind gentlemen who helped top off the air in my tires. Service was super quick and professional. I was actually a bit panicked because the low pressure symbol had turned on while I was on my way to an appointment. I came across Quick Lane on accident while wandering around the Sames Dealership parking lot. I cannot express how meaningful it was to get my problem solved painlessly and pleasantly. I wish I had remembered to ask for their names, but please know I am very thankful for all your help!!

After more than 2 hours of wait which is alright with me, front desk attendant assured me that all car maintenance check-up list were accomplished including fluid refills. When I verified with a quick inspection, it was a lie. Fluids are not refilled. I've been with quicklane & sames for almost 4 years and this happened. Now, distrustful if they really do, what they say they do behind their shop.Services: Tires, Oil change

Honestly I had to set my appointment a few days into the future cause they didn't have any near days available but the day of my appointment I left m vehicle they gave me a ride home they told me they would call me when my vehicle was ready it took them all day which is fine because I had already planned on leaving the vehicle there called me close to closing hour told me I had 30min to get there or I would have to wait till tomorrow lucky I live near by so no biggie. I get there the tech explains everything to me and how my car is 100% and that FORD covered everything. These guys are honest, and that why I like quick lane good job guys and thanks for the service keep up the good work.

Worst service ever! All I went for was a tire rotation & a oil change & had me waiting for 2 hours when they simply told it wouldn t take more than 1 1/2. I had gone outside to check if my truck was in the parking lot which it was & I had told the people there if it s ready & they acted like oh yea I was barely going to tell you . Second, when I received my truck I had noticed that the truck was power washed (which I never gave them permission to do so) & right after i took off, water started falling from the side of the roof & there was a good amount of water inside the enterior light bulb cap. When I returned back to quick lane, I started asking why that happened & everybody typically ignored me. Nobody called a manager when I asked & at the end someone at cashiers office (who supposedly could help me) said he can t do anything about it since it was the trucks problem, knowing that they had damaged my roof.

Called to get a the holes drilled on a mud flap and installed quotes $30-50 on the phone. Drive over there and they wanted $200 to drill the holes and install. Absolute rip off if it takes your people 2 hours of labor to do a 10 minute job need to hire people that know what they are doing. Got home and drilled and installed in under 10 minutes.

Despite giving a good service, and being friendly and cordial in their dealings, and also having a very good waiting room ... everything goes down in the time it takes to change only the oil and filter, the last time I was told that in 90 minutes it was ready and one accepts the deal for all the above that I already mentioned. But when they take longer than 120 minutes they no longer give 5 stars, they do not deserve them.

Took my truck for a oil change the person in front was courteous. The person working on my truck put a dig on my door and did not say anything about it found out the next day when I was washing my truck . We spend tons of money purchasing these truck and for someone not care sucks. So owners beware pay close attention to your vehicle.

Professional, attentive and expedited. Best when you can plan ahead and be one of the first customers through the door. They open at 8:00 a.m. Also, they offer a shuttle service should you need a ride.

Sames Quick Lane should have a "quick" service and not a whole plus hour wait. Laredo is known for not providing quick reliable service. Staff is friendly, waiting area is clean and service is okay. Sames needs to improve their quick lane service to discourage customers from seeking other quick service lanes like Grease Monkey (excellent quick service) and Jiffy Lube (excellent quick service).

Great service, friendly staff, only problem for me is the ETA given does not match the time they actually take. I don't mind leaving my car if it's going to take 2.5 hours but if they tell me an hour and I decide to wait and it takes longer, it does change my plans.

I'm not one to write reviews but I need to write this, I had never had problems with quickly lane (I've taken my car there 8yrs) until this past few months. First terrible experience i had was taking my car to QL (quicky lane) for an oil change and tire rotation sometime on a Sat in AM and awaited their call to let me know car was ready, never called, looked at time and it was passed 5pm(closing time)! Called and no one answered! So I called to the actual dealership, spoke to someone that worked there she replied with "well it's closed workers took off so this is out of my hands"....no sorry, no nothing! Ok! Second experience: Took my car in for another oil change and tire rotation on Saturday. Notified them of humming noise. They stated to take the car in during week for specialist. Took my car in the following Tues at 730AM. They called me around 230PM to let me know all they did was move the car across the street and didn't hear a humming noise, worker said guy from across the street would call me. Never did! I called him at 530PM, to notify me that I need to have the car booked in an appointment! Mind you this was 10 and a half hours later!!! Only to tell me I need appointment! Don't think I'm taking my car for service here again!

They don't do a good job... I took my truck there and the fix something that didn't need fixing. And then they keep on charging for something else and the truck is still not working they still charged for something that dont need fixing... Like if we had alot of money to be throwing around... And when u call them they always say there buzy and they won't retron ur call.

Not helpful and dishonestI had a flat and decided to bring my car here because it was the authorized dealership for my new car. They came up with this stupid excuse why they couldn't fix my flat and also that they didn't have the tires for my ford focus. So I left like that and in hebronville there was this tire shop that fixed my tire in 10 minutes and only charged me $10. Never again will I take my car here for any service. There only intrested in getting cars that are not under warranty so they came make money off of them because they don't make anything off the cars that buy the warranty

This Place is a absolute joke! I got there at 7:30 am on Friday April 15 I was the third customer in line. The service advisor told it would take about 45 minutes.They took 2 1/2 hrs for a oil! The customer service in that establishment is trash!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Always brought my vehicles here. I called and asked about waiting time and was told to come on. It's a 30 minute drive 1-way . I arrive and am told ..sorry we're over booked for the day. Only 1 other person in the waiting room and 1 vehicle outside. You don't take appointments so how can you be over booked?

This is probably one of the worse places to take your automotive maintenance or repairs. The customer service is very un-professional and the management is no help and very rude. This will be the last time I take my truck at this establishment.
