nov 2022: New exhaust pipe, cat, and muffler on my 94 k1500 for $700. They took about 2 hours.jun 2023: new cat, and exhaust pipe on 2000 mustang for $800. motor and everything inside the car was vibrating excessively afterwards. Took it to a mechanic and they told me the catalytic convertor was hitting the transmission mount. I took it back to Pronto's and they told me the transmission mount was backwards which is why it was making contactI took it to another mechanic, and they told me there was no way the transmission mount was backwards since that is the only way it would fit. They sent me to Leal's to have the catalytic convertor moved. Leal charged me $50, and the vibrations stopped.Leal's $501st mechanic diag $902nd mechanic diag $50Paid $190 + waste of time & gas on top of what pronto charged me to fix their workService: Exhaust

I had a noise at the bottom of car I know it was somewhere in the exhaust area. They put it on the lift turns out it was a muffler pronto had replaced broke. The shop replaced it sometime last year for $120 but due to very cheap quality broke. Repair shop manager BLAMED it on transmission mount that was a LIE! Repair cost again would be $140. Very good mechanic friend checked it out and said the mount looks good not cracked transmission is supported well. If it was bad the transmission mount it would be really loose & it s not also factory mufflers last longer than aftermarket. The other muffler is a factory original still not broken in ten years. The pronto shop just did NOT want to HONOR the warranty work. They will also probably say the amount of miles you use or blame it on something else. Take your money else where pronto will not honor the guarantee. Plus the cost of labor will be cheaper for overall work and better quality parts.Service: Exhaust

Great place to get mufflers for your vehicle. Owner was awesome and friendly. He takes pride in his work and treats your vehicle like if it was his. The job isn't done till he is satisfied with his work

Took My Mustang GT in to get a back axle Roush exhaust installed. It took only 30 minutes! All this while I waited in an air conditioned waiting area while sitting on a comfy couch watching TV. The employees acted friendly and professionally. I highly recommend this shop....

Really honest. The noise I suspected as exhaust Armando told me was a motor mount. He could have easily lied but he was honest. That is so hard to find anymore. Thank you Armando! Great job!

Went in the morning to get a Magnaflow muffler for my F-150 and got great service. Took them about 30 minutes and their waiting room has a TV and A/C.
