What an amazing experience with Premier Body Shop! My truck looks brand new! Customer service was awesome, honest, very polite and attentive. Highly recommend them!I walked in and was greeted by Jesus, he listened to my concerns and requests, gave me a timeline and a quote in less than 5min. They honored the time, the job was done with the highest quality materials and they kept me informed throughout the process. Will be recommending to friends and family! 100% satisfied! Before going to premier, I googled a couple of places and drove to get a quote to the top google review places in Laredo, went to the first, and they made me wait so much to get a quote and the guy made seem like it was an inconvenience for me to get a quote, when they finally saw me, the guy kept pushing for me to use my insurance, he sounded more like an insurance agent than working on a body shop, he quoted me more than double than premier, and he said "If you use your insurance, it might be more.." ... yeah, sure thing buddy, hungry much? But then i started asking around and 2 out of 2 recommended me to Premier, and now I know why, Jesus was so respectful, honest and very knowledgeable about his work. Will be recommending Premier Body Shop to everybody. Thank you so much for the great work you do!

I had an accident last month. I came to Premier days after and the staff was very attentive, courteous, and professional. They were very detailed and the time frame on the service was reasonable. They were in constant contact with my insurance on the status of my vehicle. Premier did an excellent job and I do highly recommend them.

You have been warned, they do not honor their work Do not do business with them !!!! Very Bad experience with this body shop.I received body work and a paint job from them not even a year ago ago and the paint is chipping. The Mexican owner who dose not speak English was very nice when I received the work done.By the way if you live your car with them you will wait more then 5 months to be finished for miner repairsI was disappointed when I took the car in to notify them of the paint failure. First they denied even doing the job! Then after I showed them paperwork the owner accused me of destroying the paint. So much for being nice, I guess that goes away when the customer is not happy.I will now have to notify the insurance company and get them to reach out to this company as well to BBB - Better business Bureau to take actions against them ..

Bad experience with this body shop. I don t recommend this shop. Wish I could give them a negative star review. I left my vehicle back in May of this year hoping to get a paint job on my 80s truck. The owner Orlando told me it would take a couple of months before the truck would get started which I was very understanding. Two months into the project Jesus (2nd owner) says his workers left his business unexpectedly but that my truck can still be done. He told me they would start prepping the truck soon. I perfectly understood the situation. I spoke to him in detail about what I wanted for my truck. In addition, the manger Jesus told me not to hesitate and for me to come by from time to time to see the progress of my truck. I did stop by 2-3 times at most the entire time the truck was there. However, almost 6 months into the project my truck hadn t gotten touched, disassembled, or even moved. Then, I got the feeling that the manager Jesus didn t want to see my face anymore so I would just either call or pass by. I never saw anything being done to my truck the entire time. I had to stop by to jump start it and move it because I was afraid other problems could arise-flat spots on tires, locked wheels, carburetor buildup, expose to weather, etc. Mind you it s a carburetor motor and I told the manager Jesus from the get-go to please turn it on from time to time and move it. He agreed to that. However, it was never turned on. This week, I finally got inpatient. I spoke to the clerk Karina and told her how upset I was about their services. I further said that every time I would pass by, I would just see the manager Jesus riding his motorcycle/dirt bike and having fun. Nothing wrong with that I said to her. Free time is free time. However, where is the work ethic. I mentioned why isn t there any accountability. Did more people leave? Or, what s the hold up? Why is there only 1 body man working on cars and no one is helping him. The secretary Karina seemed feed up with my complaints. She said the manger Jesus would be calling me back. When I got the call back-manager Jesus was upset and appeared insulted with my comment where I stated he liked to ride motorcycles. I said there is nothing wrong with that.I know you work on motorcycles too. But I feel there needs to be professionalism in keeping your customers updated (balance between fixing/riding motorcycles and putting some effort in doing a paint job for a customer you promised) (waiting six months and not even an effort for staff to simultaneously work on there current project vehicle ahead of mine but also start or make an effort to work on my truck after putting money down) Even if there is one body man working after workers unexpectedly quit on another car there could have been some more transparency that my truck would no longer take a few months to get started on but even a year or more. I would have been more understanding with having that clarity and transparency then being told to check in once in a while (as well as told they would start next week when in reality there was no intention to start on my truck anytime soon. Even an employee of theirs mentioned to me quote on quote la gente aqui son chiflados y huevones. I didn t believe it before but now I believe it.In the call with the owner Jesus; he focused on my sole comment about them riding their motorcycles/dirt bikes and decided to end the contract. And told me to pick up my truck and he no longer wanted to do the job for me. No remorse at all. Left me waiting almost 6 months and nothing even got done. To be honest, this shop is straight up trash. And owner Jesus is not a man of his word. I would have respected the shop/owner if he would have just said it s going to take 365 days for your truck to get started on. But not even a start date. Or, I m sorry sir but unfortunately we don t have enough bodywork men to get this paint job done. Waste of my time to be honest.

Unethical to say the least. They gave me a quote when they thought I was going to pay in my own for the repairs. As son as they found out I was going to get a check from the insurance issued out to them, they said that the quote was not guaranteed because they know that the insurance can pay for more damages and they would have to disassemble the door to look for internal damages of the door DENT. Seriously! That s one of the reasons insurance prices are so high because of these people.

Wort experience I ve ever had at a body shop. They did a horrible job and switched out a lot of new good car parts for old broken ones they had laying around. They took weeks to (try) to do a job that should take days. Not to mention they drove my car around town and left illegal things in it when they returned it. Those are the kind of people they are.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto body & trim replacement
