Walked in and was helped right away! Quoting me the same day and took in my vehicle. Customer service was great. Service was pretty fast and they did a great job.

Exceptional service. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional about their services. They did excellent work in a timely manner. Overall, their work exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

Do not take your vehicle here. The employees are extremely rude and talk to you with disgusting attitude. My car went in needing only bumper repair due to someone rear-ending the vehicle. My car came out missing the front license plate. There is picture evidence that my car was not missing the front license plate when it arrived, but somehow the employee is claiming that it could have happened elsewhere. I tried to explain that his reasoning did not make sense, and I was met with immediate raising of his voice, cutting me off when I was trying to speak, and calling me a liar. I am absolutely appalled at the customer service... or lack thereof.Service: Body & Trim

Work done on my vehicle 5/5. Super fast. They have warranty on their work for as long as you own the vehicle so that s awesome. The customer service though could use some improvement. Not going to judge though, maybe the dude that assisted me was just having a rough day, who knows. If the owner or management does read these reviews, take that into consideration! Thanks again!

There are 2 posibilities. 1.They don't know what they are doing 2. They know and just want your money.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-The fuse next to the battery on the left side (not crashed side) was broken. It costed me ($4) they were asking for ($700) to "fix" the alternator. (fixed it myself)-The car left head light (not crashed side) broke (they bought me a new one with the supplement, how nice of them)-car oil was overfilled passed max (fixed it myself). Also never asked for an oil change, the oil was already good before.Now, that fuse was resposible for the alternator and battery. The fuse costed me ($4). They were asking for ($700) to "fix" the alternator.I went to Autozone, O'reilly, and a different mechanic and they all told me my alternator, and battery were good.They aren't any different from any other shop, they will wait till its past due to get the most out of insurance companies. They are rude and lie to skip deadlines.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They crashed my RIGHT side of my car and decided this place looked good. After it was set to be fixed they told me they couldn't find the part so I gave them a week. Then I asked again and they said they had just found one and were about to fix it. More than 5 times they changed the date of when it was to be fixed.-------When I finally got it. The guy with white beard and hair told me everything is good... EXCEPT it has an alternator issue...They had to jump start it to hopefully run.One of the mechanics gave me the car in the middle of the street and hurried me to take it out of the road, as soon as I sat. The car turned off and the mechanic was already inside the shop. once I went back the bearded guy dismissed me and told me to call the insurance for any supplements (my responsibility). When I let my attorney know, he told me the collision are responsible for any supplements. They already had the info. So I went back and they wrote the supplement only after.2 weeks passed and they told me they didn't know why it wouldn't turn on. It might be the alternator, wires, or the battery. So I decided to take it and not wait.Suprisingly the car was able to run! Got home, I fixed it myself...Seeing the work, everything is sloppy, they didn't bother bolting plastic pieces and decided to glue it or use ziptides. Again, the fuse costed me ($4) they were asking for ($700). Within an hour, I was able to figure out why the car would turn off. It wasn't the alternator or the battery, it was a fuse that they broke on purpose.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

Customer service was great and there was no issuse with communication. We did leave our car during the holidays so it was understandable that they took 2 weeks more than the estimated time. (That was not an issure for us).

Disappointed by the customer service. Employees were rude when calling for updates. Noticed a chip on my hood that was not there when I left my car. My door panel and handle were both extremely loose and seemed to not be put on correctly. The headlight that needed repair was also installed incorrectly compared to the one that was not damaged. After speaking to other friends who also had repairs here, it seems to be the same reoccurring problems:/

Super rude manger Roberto employee starting from parking just picking up some things they expected when all crashed vicheals we're all next to each other I loved the car when I was already.dont I had to squeeze thou the door touched the car and hey !! Screams at me your going to sracth the other car loli I'm like really I told how do u expect me to the things out next to 2 crashed cars gosh to get my things horrible customer service where hello welcome nothing very upset person takes there problems to works horrible attitude I would never take my car to get fixed here rude beside they take forever to get your car fixed for real

Brought my car in on the 16th of December for a repair that takes 5-10 days to fix & the shop took more than a month (January 24th) Lied to me on timing & tried to blame the delays on Geico in which Geico had ALL of the proof from times & days in which they would call to check on my vehicle for updates multiple times. Chose this place last minute because everywhere else was full & they bit off more than they can chew with work considering that THEY KNOW the policies & time limits before rentals that are being provided expire (as per geico supervisor from San Antonio even told me). Leaving me with the inconvenience of not had transportation to work. NOT TO MENTION THE ALIGNMENT BEING OFF. So much inconsideration for the vehicles & much less the client. I would not trust this shop at all VERY unfortunate. Left me with no gas when I took it it had way more and my back tire air pressure being at 25... This whole experience was very stressful and for me to receive my car knowing it was not respected makes things worse.Service: Body & Trim

These guys don't care about the quality nor customer service. The only friendly person is the lady in the front office. Would advise not to take your car, had the manager call me a liar, and accused me of dropping off my car with a damaged seat, which they stained it with mud. I had asked to speak with someone else, and he refused to help me with that. This is the manager who just would NOT help me or guide me to someone who could.

I visited Mike's Paint Place for an estimate. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Thank you Ernie Lopez for the hospitality and your professionalism. I was extremely satisfied to hear that the repair to my 2020 F250 Tremor, that got broken into in San Antonio would be repaired the same day once parts were received and prepped for installation. I am extremely thankful to Mr. David Vela for his warm welcoming, outstanding attention and help throughout this visit. I highly recommend Mike's Paint Place. If your in need of great service at a unbeatable price visit with them. I didn't hesitate to proceed with this repair. Thank you Mike's Paint Place!

I was recommended to this place. I have to say that the quality of work is great! Yes, the complete work on my vehicle did take four days longer than promised, but the quality of work was great as mentioned before. I asked why and was informed they are having problems getting the parts in. Now, as for customer service, which includes timing calculations, I would recommend that this matter be informed to customers beforehand to provide a better customer service experience. I should have read the review before deciding to bring my car to Mike s repair, not that it will change people mind due to credibility of review. However it took them 3 weeks to get car fix, i rear ended and damage to hood. Was replaced along with other things. I noticed hood is not aligned . & does look it is not properly closed. My dad had a similar situation & on highway the hood opened. I am hoping they will fix this problem and yes, they never called for updates or even that car was ready. Will keep update

I took my car here after someone hit me. I was devastated to see my car destroyed and honestly didn t have high hopes for fixes. But they did such a good job and my car looks brand new :)

The people who greet you at the front desk don't let you finish your sentences and and the people in charge of giving you status reports don't do it. No one should have to chase service providers around. They need to hire polite and consistent customer service people.

I took my vehicle here to have my two doors on the passenger side replaced. Took about 2 weeks to get it fixed. My issue was when I got my car back. That s where I noticed my first issue. Wind noise, I took it back to get it fixed. Then I pointed out a 2nd issue. The door wasn t leveled. The front passenger was half an inch higher. After a quick visit to the mechanic it was still not leveled. Then upon further inspection I noticed that the front passenger door bottom weather strip wasn t installed. Quick visit again but still wind noise wasn t resolved. The associate with the glasses ended up telling me it s not their fault that the wind noise must have been prior. What got me even more upset he even told me to go back the following day to resolve the issue and he completely forgot he told me that. Saying that there is nothing else they can help me. Even with the warranty. The mechanic did try to help but no luck. The associate still hasn t called me back for another part that was ordered. Poor communication and no drive to do a job correctly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called on Saturday, 7/30/22 and spoke to a male employee who was rude and spoke in an impatient tone who told me I could take my car in without an appointment. I swing by on Tuesday, 8/2/22 to drop off my vehicle and only then informed they aren t currently taking any vehicles. The next available appointment is not until 8/12/22. I recognized the voice, the rudeness and impatience in his tone and it turned out to be an employee named Mr. Ernesto Lopez. Although the repair work might be good at this facility, I canceled my appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere because of the extremely poor customer service displayed by Mr. Lopez. In addition, I will definitely be letting potential customers know my experience with this disappointing employee and refer them to other local collision centers.

Someone rear ended my car to the point where even my whole dashboard and windows stopped working, I then saw on google Mikes Paint Place so I contacted Ernesto to get a quote. I liked the service and attention they gave. Ernesto had contacted me with every update about the car. He mentioned how it will be ready in 3 weeks and exactly at week 3, I was able to have my car back. The car was exactly how I had first gotten it, looked brand new.
