Didn't use them...called to get help for an elderly woman that was broke down and they wanted to charge her an amazingly high road service charge for less than 2 miles of travel... I understand its a business but there should also be a human compassion factor in there somewhere...greed is so ugly

We made a stop to switch a tire on a rim. The owner happened to be there. The workers are pretty fast. You can check out the dude s impressive license plate collection while you get serviced. The prices are pretty decent for used tires.

This business is stuck in the past they can't provide services at customers needs it's all excuses when it comes to exhaust services 2stars for the gentlemens time to explain what he can and can't do this is the 2nd time I come and seems that they are only interested in what thy can install not what a customer brings to the shop.This shop has been in Business for a long time and as a customer you would think they are the creme of the creme when it comes to any kind of exhaust work but seems like they aren't interested in being a full blown muffler shop.

This place rocks, in and out in no time, had me setup real nice, best part, they pet friendly, cats, kittens and an adorable puppy, will return to have my other truck done as well, highly recommend.

I needed someone to install my side mufflers on my 1970 SS Camaro and I was lucky to find Danny from Medina s. He did an awesome job, took his time making sure everything aligned perfectly, and kept me informed the entire time. Danny and the entire staff were professional and the price was reasonable for the quality of work. Definitely recommend to others!

I was miss led. I was taken for 160 dollars. Catalytic converters clogged. They told me that my truck would pass inspiration with straight pipes. It won't pass. Asked if they would deduct the 160.00 from the cat. converters since they miss led me. No way.160.00 lost. Anyone want two new straight pipes?

Great service, fast and inexpensive. Juan and Danny are very helpful. They had the tire i needed and fast. They had also fixed a muffler for me a couple of months ago.

Worst service in Laredo Tx. I ask for a used tire, the skinny thug treats customers like he is probably used to being treated. Tells me to pick up my own tired and failed to ask if I wanted to recycle it.

Don't come here if you value customer service. Juan Medina, THE OWNER of this business, was very rude and unprofessional. Does not know how to treat customers. Go to Pronto, a real shop with a real waiting area and pay the extra $10 I tried to save. Avoid this place

I thought I had a muffler problem, went and got a price from several places each one told me I needed different things very expensive showed up at medinas tire and muffler shop Danny looked at my car and was straight up with me he fixed it charged me $20 bucks and was on my way thanks bro you guys are the best
