If you want an HONEST SALESMAN, ask for Larry Vasquez at this dealership. Just the right guy who will up front and tell like it is. At the same time gives his best and stays humble.Definitely recommend him. God bless you

Went in just to look around. Didn't have hopes of being able to get into anything used much less new. But the people there went out of their way to help as much as they could. And I was able to leave with a brand new Jeep Gladiator. Thankful to all who helped out and especially Romeo Lozano.

Rodrigo went the extra mile to get us the truck we wanted. My husband had called in about a truck we saw online and another employee said it was no longer available and hung up on him. Then my husband called again and Rodrigo said he would do what is possible to get it. Long story short he got it and we are now very happy with our purchase!!!

My sales consultant Rodrigo was very helpful throughout the whole buying process. His communication was great from my initial contact over the internet, to the phone calls and texts messages, to picking me up at the airport (out of state buyer) and recommending a friendly motel to stay the night at as I was arriving in the evening. Rodrigo also took the time to call me after my purchase to see how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns about my new Ram 1500. He made the buying process very smooth. All the members from this dealership showed the utmost respect and professionalism during my buying process. They ensured I had the best experience at their dealership.

Just purchased my 4th Jeep from Laredo Dodge as well as a vehicle for my son. I absolutely love the customer service there. I made an appointment for an oil change at 10 AM on 8 April 2024.I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told by the service writer that appointments don t mean anything it s a first come first serve basis.Why do you have false advertising for this service and why do you require an appointment if you re not going to honor the appointment?This is a really sad display for the ram brand.

Great experience! Was helped as soon as i arrived, was never rushed, and they made sure to find me the right price range and vehicle i was looking for my family! As a first time buyer, my experience with Laredo Dodge went better than expected. I was nervous at first not going to lie, but thankfully Oziel Cavazos (Ozzie) was there to help. I left that day with a brand new vehicle with better and lowered prices as from what was given to me at first including insurance. He was very attentive and tried to give me the best prices possible!

Beyond pissed with this place.Was on the phone with them yesterday. Planned to make a deal. I live five hours away from this place. They gave me a good deal for my opinion was worth making that drive out there. For a vehicle I was going to purchase. They literally told me they were going to hold the vehicle for me until I drove out there to go make the purchase Which was only three days away. Then they call me today and tell me they just sold the vehicle I was going to purchase after they told me over the phone that they were going to hold it for me.Screw this place and do not buy a vehicle from them. They re not here to help you they re there to only make money for themselves

I had the pleasure of doing business with a Mr. Rodrigo. He is one of the best salesmen I ve had the privilege to work with, he directed me whenever I had any questions about cars and effortlessly acted on all of my questions or inquiries, he even called a day or two after the transaction to make sure I didn t have any questions about my car or anything I needed help with in general, overall I would recommend that if you visit Laredo dodge, visit Rodrigo!!! I purchased a preowned 2021 Ram 2500 this week from Laredo CDJR. I drove from Houston to Laredo yesterday to pick it up. I honestly hate buying cars from dealerships due to lots of bad experiences in the past. But this was a 5 star experience from start to finish. My sales person Daniela Ybanez was terrific. She worked the deal via text and got me a very fair trade value for my car. She was great at staying in contact, answering my questions, supplying me with the necessary info for my banker and super nice to deal with. I felt like I got a great deal and everyone was very professional. I m a manager at an RV dealership so being in the business myself I greatly appreciate the customer service I experienced from my sales person to the sales manager and the finance manager. Great experience. Will buy from them in the future. Thanks again team! Great Job!

If I could give you 0 I would. I bought a semi new car from this dealership and I m nearly staying on the road! Why? They took it in as a trade in and sold it again without doing their jobs. Checking the engine, oils, tires, washing it and evening filling up the gas tank! Yes I had to go back the following day so they could full up the tank because the sales man didn t have the fuel card and the car didn t even have gas! What a dealership!

I ve had three separate experiences here, been here three times, none positive. First time, I wasn t taken seriously, it was like they didn t wanna assist me until I mentioned my father being a potential co-signer, then all of a sudden come on in! Second turn it was like a race to get me into a chair before I was even sure I knew what I wanted, getting a chance to know the customer and what they want is important, and I know you wanna make the sale as quickly as possible for that commission but chances are the customer is doing some looking and needs to do some thinking. And the third time, I went in, I knew what I wanted and we took a look and hey, it was a really nice car, but once you feel unsure about something it feels like a guilt trip to keep you in your seat. I ended up getting a very similar vehicle down the line about a week later, just not from here. Salesmanship is very important, and like I said, I know the pressures on and sales people want to make that commission, but salesmanship is what makes for a good experience with the customer and eventually makes the sale. The dealer I eventually went to is five hours away and my mother went with me, and she s keeping them in consideration for the future for herself after our experience with my purchase. Last thing is that this was with three different people, don t want to throw the blame on one person and don t want to throw the blame on everyone, I just think maybe it would be good to show the sales people there, give em a refresher on how to go about things. We can see when you re rushing us, we can see the pressure you give us even if you put it lightly. Thing is we know it s gonna be there, we know you want to sell, what ll keep us there and willing to buy or perhaps returning to buy is the experience you provide and how we re treated in person. I noticed you guys seem to respond to reviews and I think that s great, you ask for further contact and that s a great thing to do to learn from your customers, but I ve said everything that s needed already on my end. I m no longer a potential customer, as I ve bought myself a car already, and I m likely not a potential customer in the future either whether I decide to buy or trade my current car. I hope my thoughts can be considered so that you may provide a better experience for your future customers.

Service is horrible the people at the service department act like they're doing you a favor it's been 2 Month into my problem with my jeep and they can't even get the part to fix it .they finally got yesterday and they send me a text to go on Thursday I go and they tell me they can't service it till next week ...

Friendly staff + Great service. Also, if you're from out of state.. they will register your car in your state so you don't have to deal with the DMV!Had a fantastic shopping experience! So immediately when we got there we were approached by Oziel, I told him what I was looking for and that I was driving the car back home out of state. That part being crucial as I needed the license plates to be registered in CA not TX.Long story short, Oziel made it happen! He worked with us and I returned home with a new, beautiful car, registered in CA. Honestly, 10/10 would recommend purchasing your car here. Also, if you haven't picked this up yet, Oziel is the sales dude to go to. Will 100% work with you, plus he's super chill.
