I went in needing a tune up. I was very well taken care of. There was bottled water. A lot of seating area. They work fast and are very friendly. They made sure that even after the tune up all ran fine. Inside was a TV playing a movie. Family friendly. Also place was covered in hot wheel collections

I recently moved to Laredo in mid. 2021, I've used Jiffy Lube when I lived in Houston too. I am very hesitant when it comes to maintenance needing to be done. Since I've came to the Jiffy Lube on East Del Mar Blvd in Laredo. Scott and Eric have been the primary mechanics that I've communicated with in regard to the maintenance of my vehicle and their recommendations of services. Furthermore, their staff and other mechanics have been friendly and professional upon every visit. That said, I've delt with a wide variety of weather heat and have to say Laredo is no joke. So, to see these guys effectively communicating and working with each other to take care of the customers lining up says a lot to that location quality of service and work ethic. Thank you for taking care of business and going that extra mile. See y'all on my next service date.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Oil change

Friendly staff, quick service, went for a state inspection, brought in another car after for oil change and state inspection. Both cars done in less than an hour and half on a Saturday. Thank you

I had a coupon for the oil change and the gentlemen doing all the computer work while my oil was getting trained tried to tell me I could not use my coupon for a company car. But nowhere did it say I could not use my coupon and they honored it I happened to love jiffy lube they are fast you don't have to get out of your car

If you want to meet the most rude and unprofessional employee for your vehicle inspection go and make sure to ask for Carlos Chavez. I can guarantee you he will make sure to fail your inspection for anything. He just doesn t know how to treat the public and shouldn t be working here. He has no manners. His manager had to come out and talk to me because he didn t know how to explain or give advice. He llMake sure to keep you waiting for long after you come back the second time when you get the issue fixed. Never going here again. He needs to learn how to greet and thank customers period.

First time at Jiffy Lube and had a good experience. Went for a State Inspection and took less than 20 minutes for me to get the inspection done. Establishment is clean through the inside and outside. Highly recommended and most definitely will do my service there.

like that they are covid safe and been going there since first opened. Prefer them to dealer. If don't want to wait in car for your turn you should take your car to dealership and drop it off there. Why do think there is a line waiting, its because some folk want to be safe and not get sick.

Never going anywhere else for my oil change/inspection needs ever again! Jiffy Lube on Del Mar had extremely fast service, and my technician, Danny, was super helpful and insightful. He was very transparent about the status/quality of my air filter, and just overall, he was very professional and courteous. Really enjoyed my experience. I will be utilizing their services for other vehicle needs in the future.Service: Oil change

I went for a state inspection. I should give 1 star but the guy in the front desk was polite. He told me there was a long wait and I was ok with it. I waited 25 minutes and another person called me up to tell me their systems are down and that they will probably not be up for the rest of the day day. I would have appreciated that info before I waisted 25 minutes.

Gina met me outside and from start to finish explained the items covered and what it would cost. Afterwards went inside and had fresh coffee. Very accessible and fast service. They even have a courtesy charging station for your cell. Vacuum front/back, wash windows and overall excellent customer service!

Wanted me to wait with the car to drive it up the ramp. There was quite a few vehicles ahead of me. It wasn't Iike this before. I don't care if they get in my vehicle. I think covid is a hoax. PCR tests only tested regular flu. Influenza. I left. Screw that. I ain't waiting my day for an oil change. And next time disclose that BEFORE taking keys and Making me Wait.

Fast service, of course there were no other cars at the time. Wait will change if others ahead of you. But very friendly staff, quick to do oil change and after 15min you out on ur way again.

Great experience, would've had an hour wait at AT&L but got served right away here, mechanic was knowledgeable and respectable and even got a free car wash.

First the host was to busy talking to a girl worker for a while then spoke to us. They put a new person to do the filter . they didn't have it , then he couldn't put it back in. then I had check engine light turn on . Went again they try but didn't work so went somewhere else and all he did was put it in place and close the lid right cost us 40 dollars more . Will not go again.

Took car for the state inspection. Fast and friendly service. Three or four vehicles ahead of me and it took about 30 minutes, so a pretty fast turnaround considering the thorough inspection for each vehicle.
