I really wish I could give this place a better review. This is the second time I bring my car, the first was for a high end car wash, bug removal etc. Had to run the wash twice because this couldn t get it right the first time. I thought I d give it a second chance, brought my car in for a basic car wash and a two row seat shampoo. Pre-paid. I was not given an estimate, I gave it about three hours, drop off at 9:45a. When I called them about 1:30p for an update, they said oh yeah it s ready. I get to my car, only to see that they didn t actually do what I paid for, no seat shampoo! When I prompted the clerk to tell me why they overlooked this - he said they just got busy and decided to pass off on the seat wash. I do not recommend this place, but if that s not the case for you then I d highly recommend thoroughly inspecting you get what you paid for.

I absolutely loved it!! It is the second time I go and they can t stop to amaze me in how good they left my car. I am definitely going there more often. Best car wash in town in my opinion!!

I recently visited this business for a state inspection. While the inspection itself was completed, I had a concerning experience with one of the workers who took my car for a ride without permission (no need to take a ride for an inspection). Upon returning, I discovered cash missing from my glovebox. When I confronted the staff, I received dismissive and unhelpful responses, with the employee suggesting I contact the police. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns greatly disappointed me.

I waited 2+ hours and had only 2 cars ahead of me. There was one guy that parked behind me that left 30 minutes before I did. I m pretty sure they were servicing friends/family before they serviced me. Multiple people arrived after me and left before me.

Car wash is close, sign says due to weather. It's dead, no cars here so mybservice was super quick. With in minutes my truck has a free vacuum and they changed the oil. Staff was quick. In and out no problem.

Terrible service. Didn't vacuum, the windows are dirty and they left small glass shards in the front of the car (?) It's the worst place I've ever gone to. The quality of the wash was literally the worst I've ever seen. Never coming here again.Patsy Ortega

Was quick, I was in and out for an oil change on my Ram Promaster 3500 work truck in under 30 minutes. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Had my tint applied from a reputable and established company in SA that advised me what was legal- tint . I decided to go to grease monkey for my inspection. While there I asked them to also administer recharge service for air conditioner. Waited for close to 3 hours when they finally call me to the cashier. I was advised that my car didn t pass inspection for window tint. I asked why they didn t advise me of this before any service was done. I would ve had everything completed in SA. A complete waste of my time, inconvenience, and poor judgement/service by this establishment. Will advise by word of mouth about bad business/customer experience.I don t even trust that they did a good job on the service actually performed. Air conditioner feels the same.Again, advised by reputable professionals that this is acceptable in accordance to the law. So, best business practices would ve been to advise me beforehand. Not after having waited 3 hours with additional subpar services performed. Let me know if you would like to discuss further. Furthermore, as an initial response to this review an apology would ve been appreciated. However, that s asking too much.-Unsatisfied customer

I am not one to complain about small businesses, but I ve been here twice for full washes. Both times, I noticed the interior cleaning crew took an extended period to get to my car, and moved very slowly cleaning it. As I am writing this I am watching two of the cleaning crew talking to each other for an extended time, instead of cleaning. One is sitting in my car and the other is standing outside and laughing. This is unacceptable. A car wash should be in an out, not a prolonged wait like at Grease Monkey. I know it is a hard job and outside in the heat - I sympathize - but this is unacceptable. Note: I do see some other cleaning crew hustling, but about half of them are very slow, including the ones slowly working on my car.

It was very nice. Our first time here. Got an oil change. Liberty was so sweet and a very good worker. She had our truck done fast, and came in to ring us up. In and out within 20 minutes. She really enjoys her job and treats her customers well! An added plus is you get a free basic wash with your oil change. We will definitely be returning!

I ve been taking my car to get serviced here Oils change and inspection over a year already. Last year you all did my inspection and passed now I come this year and failed for tint. How is this. The tint is from the dealership and it passed once. And still collect the 7 dollars when other businesses don t charge you. Explain to me how all that changed in a year??????

Young guys not experienced, poor service, especially when it comes to inspection stickers, they'll look for any little minor thing so they won't sell you the sticker. They broke my windshield wipers during a car wash. They cleaned my breaks good on my other vehicle, so that was good.

My next door neighbor told me about the great deals they have. I went in and loved it. They always do great work for me. Suggest to those that don t get outstanding service to consider being polite and possibly tipping every once in a while...just a thought. Most of the workers are students. Where in the world can you wash your car as many times as you like. AWESOME!!

I have been a member for over a year and the car wash drive thru has been closed for 3 days straight, so I finally stopped to speak to someone about it and asked when it was going to be open again and if there is a credit for the service I am paying for that is not available and the associate said there's no credit so I canceled my membership and will do so for my 3 other cars as well. So much competition in laredo and they don't know how to retain a paying customer. I had already been hesitant to cancel for other issues with the drying of the car quality this just pushed me to go somewhere else.

Very disappointed with the speed and service. I came from San Antonio to get my car wash and had to wait for the longest for the interior cleaning and they skipped my car I had to remind them several times to do my car. I asked for the manager in charge and he was busy with another guest on the phone. I asked for a refund and one of the attendant told me he would do my car next and move the other cars. I expected a better Customer Service for being in this area and for the prices one has to pay for a cash wash.

I always take my vehicle in for an interior and exterior cleaning once a month. It was business as usual, only this time I asked if they could focus more on the back seats since my daughter dropped some milk and they recommended their deep cleaning services. The entire thing cost me 110 dollars. I did wait a while (2 hours) but eventually left, I got to the loop light and my vehicle gave me an airbag error and seatbelt warning (I was the only one in the vehicle). I called Grease Monkey and explained my situation, the clerk literally told me this, "nah man thats normal, after several miles your airbag sensor just turns on". This not only infuriated me but forced me to ask for a manager, to which I got, "we're all busy". Not only did this place mess up my vehicle with a mediocre deep cleaning but they didn't even try to help me with my issue. Extremely unprofessional and completely incompetent! Now the dealership is telling me it could cost me nearly 300 USD to fix this issue. That's on top of the 110 I already paid!!! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE AND URGE OTHERS NOT TOO!!!Service: Body & Trim
