Went in to get a paint correction and polish with Jacob and he did not miss! My car looks shiny and new now. Great communication and costumer service, I felt very welcomed and safe knowing they were taking care of my car:)

They were able to order and install a replacement tire for my car and did an alignment. The monthly car wash membership is a great deal. The staff were friendly and professional.

I took my car in for a paint correction after side swiping a shopping cart and they were able to make my car look new again. 10/10 I recommend their detailing services for paint corrections.

My truck was washed half way. I think they need to re adjust some of their scrubber things. Hood and roof was half clean. Lots of residual dirt around corners and was not dried properly. North grease monkey has better wash.

Wash was horrible paid for $20 wash. Took like 20 min to fix something before i could go in wash. On of the rotating brushes was to close to one side felt it was going to scratch my truck and both moved my side mirrors one of the folding out the opposite way almost broke it. Lastly poor job on the hand drying. Never coming back

I am going to cancel my grease monkey membership since I had the worst experience and literally never want to return. I went to wash my truck and I had my side steps out BEFORE the truck went in the wash, the wash broke the side step and messed up my truck. I have had the side steps out before and washed it like normal, nothing ever happened at the other location in the north. I ve been washing my truck at grease monkey for a while now but it got messed up at this new location. They said they were not liable, which I don t understand why if THEIR poor built wash broke my side step. NOW I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF MY OWN POCKET THE DAMAGES THIS LOCATION MADE. The worst part was that the workers were laughing and starring like idiots and the manager did not bother to step out and apologize or even try to give me a refund or anything. I am a manager myself and if a customer had a situation like this that caused them money well at least reach out to the customer and apologize myself not send your associate or offer extra services/refund for the inconvenience that my location caused them. I hope people consider other alternatives to wash their vehicles cause this location has poor service

Auggie had great communication and service skills! Got an alignment done on a lowered car and it came out as straight as an arrow. Would recommend!
