Seriously the worst! Customer service is terrible! Waited over 3 hours and they only had 2 cars in front of me! Employees have no knowledge and rude! Never again! Employees nowhere to be found and customers walked in

Mr centeno and staff always helpful whether it's selling me tires or changing my oil or a wheel alignment the staff at Firestone always professionalAnd as a repeat customerThat I am for years they are always showing me and explain to me in detail what is wrong and what needs to be replaced like tires or oil changes batteries and etc.I can always count on Firestone and the staff like Albert to be there for me in my time of needThe next best thing to a dealership is Firestone

I had a tire going low very fast . I got here at 6:45 am to open at 7:00 am. I was the second customer of the day. I was attended earl. Customer service was great, but it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to repair one flat tire. So just be ready to have some patience because it doesn t seem like they are motivated. On the other hand the job was completed.

I do not recommend doing your inspection there. They tell you they can install or fix whatever you are missing, but they price-gouge you. I saw it be done to several people there, and they did it to me when they said I needed lights for my license plate's lamp. Then they checked off my inspection, and when I checked the lights, they didn't even work.Then they tried to do it to a relative of mine when they tried to sell her $65 wiper blades, even though hers were perfectly fine, but they wouldn't pass her inspection unless she changed it. Ended up just needing one replaced for $13 at Autozone down the street.

I had a flat tire so I decided to go to Firestone. I didn't realize it was late and they were about to closed. Anyways the staff was very professional during my situation and help me get my tire fixed. They definitely exceeded my expectations at how they went above and beyond to help me. Honestly I didn't expect it because no other tire shops would do that during closing time. Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend this place.Update: I recommend buying all your tires from here, they are safe and high performance. Already driven mine for almost 3 years and they are very resistant.

Great experience with Firestone yesterday! (Background : trying to get my car inspection done but currently many places are not doing it bc the TX system is down). So I called around and then called here and spoke to George who said they can do the Inspection, just that there's a small wait. So I took the chance and went to Firestone and they got my car Inspection in and out like in 30 min ( I know others are done in 5 or 10) but to me it was a great experience bc they were professional and did the job. IDC about waiting bc my bigger issue was Also needed to get my car registration & plates & the Tax office was 3 block away which saved me time of having to drive there

Horrible experience. Left my vehicle at 8 am.. For alignment, rotation, inspection, and oil change. Guy was like should be done by noonish. I called for update 2 pm and they said it was almost ready. Get there at 4:30. Nothing had been done to the my vehicle. I was like... How do we go from almost done to nothing being done? Then they blame for the vehicle getting there 30 mins ago... I'm like no my vehicle has been here since 8 am. I was willing to give them a 2nd chance, but it came back to bit me in the behind.

Last yr I went to the one in McPherson worst mistake I made. I purchased two tires with insurance 9 months after I took it in for a flat and was told it could not be patch. They wanted 200 drs for another tire .So I went to Florida for vacation and stop at a Firestone for a quick repair so I ask them about the tire n I was told they should have patch it not to try to sell another for 200 drs and that s with Ins.

Initially took my truck to Firestone located in McPherson for brake repair. They left a mess, brakes started to squeak and would get vibration when I applied brakes. Took it to Firestone San Bernardo and they were able to correct issues including alignment and balance. Real busy on Fridays. Took 5 hrs to have two tires mounted, balanced and align. Even though the waiting time was long, I am satisfy with the product and friendly service. Let's wair and see how respond to their warranty. I've had bad experience with their other store.

Bad experience this morning when I went to do the the state inspection for my vehicle, the man told me it will take a few minutes but took so long and it was only me no more people waiting. I ask him if he was almost done cause I was late for work so he told me if I didn t like it I could go somewhere else or go some other day, go earlier or if I prefer come back later. He was rude and disrespectful cause you don t tell that to your customers. I was just asking why the man was taking so long. I ve done the inspection every year and never take that long. Really bad customer service.

Very fair pricing, best availability for technicians in the city. I wanted to give them the full five stars, but I drove away still having a Check Engine light that was inadequately diagnosed and led to further (thankfully Firestone-guaranteed) work when I returned home. In the end, these guys got me out of a real jam, and for as good a price as could be managed, so definitely an above-average grade from me.

The person who helped me named Jesus was excellent in courtesy, timeliness, and expertise. Will go again for auto needs! I saw him and other personnel show the same excellence to several customers, including elderly who were helped with timeliness. Try them, You will not be diaappointed!

Well I came for an oil change last week and that went fairly well. No issues. But I came for a tire a few days later and this was a bad experience. Maybe it was because they were closing soon due to a parade. But service was compromised. Company truck F-250 tire was $200 plus $70 for services but they didn't even try to put the spare under the truck, didn't try shut off the TPMS light, which was due to them not filling the new tire with enough air, and they didn't replace the plastic hub which was in the backseat. After I noticed these things I asked them to do it for me which took them an additional 20min and I had to help.

They're the greatest if you don't go to this Firestone I suggest you do the young man at the counter ( smh his name just slipped my mind sorry) went way above and beyond very respectful and courteous will definitely come back whenever I need car assistance thanks guys

Horrible experience. Worst customer service. Lack of communication among desk staff and mechanics. Long wait times even with appointment. Wouldn't recommend. Go somewhere else even if you have to drive a bit farther.
