Every single time I come here they are busy, and yet they are able to manage the flow of clients in a quick and efficient manner. The employees working in the vehicles are quick, professional and they look like they are having fun. Great business. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Experienced Bad service employees were not able to find the issue I had with the tire At first. To start off the person attending me was already in a bad mood.After a tire rotation done, I refused to take back my vehicle since my tire hadn t been fixed because they couldn t find the problem they later were able to fix the tire.I was just surprised that they were trying to return me the car with a bad tire. Set up an appointment this morning to get my tires rotated. Before the rotation Ricardo came back and stated the lug nuts were all worn and he recommended a new set. Gave him the ok. Excellent customer service.

My car had been stuttering for a while so I was taking it to multiple places to see what was wrong with it. I finally found out that it was the transmission that needed replacing and my car is currently running great. However, through out the process of trying to figure out what was wrong, I would find myself at this particular discount tire of Laredo as it might have been a tire causing the car to shake, after an hour of service they told me that it was in fact two rims that needed replacing. They told me that they balanced my tires free of cost and that it would cost $1,250 to replace both faulty rims while purchasing them from the same brand but they were gracious enough to offer me four off brand instead for just $1,600. They insisted and reassured me that the car was shaking because I had 2 faulty rims, this is obviously untrue as I have since then gotten my transmission replaced with the same rims and tires and my car is no longer stuttering at all. I would not go on to take their $1,600 offer as I was still getting second opinions, as a final attempt to not lose the potential business, they offended my current rims and said that, they were not sporty enough. I would go on to take the car to Murillos the next day and they told me that the previous balancing was done incorrectly. Shame on you, Discount Tire of Laredo on McPherson next to Rudys.

Today, I stopped by to replace two of my tires, and Christopher was a great help! He explained the information on the tires and their dates and even suggested when I should go back to get the other set of tires replaced. Great service and welcoming!

Great place to get new tires and rims at a great price. Rick and Albert were excellent. Rick was extremely patient with us, and he provided enough details for us to make a decision.

The guys are amazing..they installed the tires I thought my husband wanted went back the next day and they put in the right ones no extra charge. Very helpful .highly recommend them.

5 stars for the service of the guys pumping air at the free air check site. However, it is negligence on the manager s end to have his men pumping tires directly under the 100�+ sun/heat. There needs to be a roof or at minimum a large umbrella with a fan/water. It s not humane.

Tried getting services here. Called over by phone and the guy was really rude. He wasn t trying to help me at all. Please Discount tire tell your employees to have a better attitude towards your customers.

I've been here twice, I live in Houston, and the first time, I was amazed at the service I received. I was in and out in about an hour, five stars easily then. The last time was a different story. I dropped off the tire for repair and was given a time to return to pick up, about two hours. I returned at the two hour mark, and the tire wasn't ready. No biggie, it's just one tire, I can install it myself, how much longer... I was there another two hours waiting. My blown out wheel was still in the same spot it was left when I dropped it off. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Discount Tire advocate. I buy all my tires here because when I have a tire issue, I can go to any Discount Tire, and get it fixed. I buy here for my company vehicle too because I drive about thirty-six thousand miles a year for work and I get tire issues sometimes. The guys at the Laredo location are great, and sometimes, they get swamped.

This place has to be the best place to change your tire, specifically in the Laredo area. You can't beat the transparency of prices and available inventory with their online system. If you have time to wait you can get any setup at the best price installed. I looked around and couldn't find a better deal especially with the stock tire warranty. Usually with the premium warranty the total is still less than the competition with the added comfort of knowing your tires are protected from anything.The staff here is great. Bunch of highly motivated individuals that seem to enjoy what they do. I had plenty of questions and concerns about my vehicle tpms system and tire setup before and after the install. I was received with professionalism and courtesy.I wasn't going to write a review for a tire shop, as I usually stick to food, but I had to give a shout out to red shirt Jason for outstanding customer service. I will definitely send friends and family to the location.Scheduling is easy to do online. I would recommend that as there is a lot of walk in foot traffic here.There are plenty of food options nearby while you wait. There's even a nail salon down the block.I honestly don't know why anyone would choose to buy their tire from anyone else.

This place is awesome. As always they got my flat tire fixed fast when I told them my situation and urgency. Joe was super helpful and was willing to help. He himself pulled up the sleeves and fixed the tire. 100 stars to his customer service mentality.

They don t tell you you re applying for a credit card you go in there thinking you ll finance through discount tire directly. Watch your payments they will continue to lower as the minimum required lowers. Which could take you 2-3 years to pay off 1600. Rims were ok. Would only purchase cash. Synchrony credit card will close after a year without using so it s a worthless credit card. Might as well apply for a better card.Just upset these guys phrased it like if i was financing through them and then ran my credit for a credit card. Paid it off and continuing with life

The service here is great, the crew is fast and very nice and greet you with a smile. The guys go up to your vehicle if you're early and they offer good affordable prices. They also look for the tires all around at other places if they dont have them. They usually take 3- 5 days if they are shipped. So overall it's the best.

Made an appointment to drop off my vehicle and 40 minutes later they barely called me to inspect vehicle and leave the keys. Longest wait with an appointment!
