Even though they were nice on the phone with me, they won't help me pay for shop work i had to get done for a drastic mistake which could've costed me my life, as well as others on the road. Discount Tires are responsible for work they did that could've killed me. Sept 22nd, I went in for a slow leaking tire. It was actually my rim that was cracked. They changed my rim, but did something wrong.Nov 13th, on my way back from Canada after visiting my family, my tire broke off my truck on I90 in Ohio. With a semi truck passing me, my tire rode on down the interstate about a quarter of a mile. I was lucky to have slowed down and keep control of my pickup truck and get over to the shoulder, but I was scared!!! I was told by a passerby that stopped to help me, saying that I'm lucky my truck didn't bounce and flip! My router and other damages had happened due to dragging. The passerby helped me locate my tire in the bush down the road. The studs on the hub all broke off and wheel came off. I had to get my pickup towed and fixed costing me 2 nights in a hotel close by and repaired of $622 and a shop. I will never go back there to have work done again!! They told me it's been over 30 days and weren't responsible. I've been driving my truck for over 5yrs with no problem until they changed my rim. They ARE responsible and should pay for the shop repairs.

Had a great experience buying new tires. They price matched my tires with costco prices and also gave me a good deal on new set of lug nuts. The work was also done relatively fast considering the amount of customers there.

Great service and excellent staff Tony was very knowledgeable and told us it would take 45 minutes and we were on our way in35 minutes. Kudos to Antonio (Tony) great salesman.

Beware Customers!! I recently brought my vehicle for a fix flat. The rep was trying to upsell me into purchasing new tires. The minute i shut him down, he retaliated by saying if they cant fix it, they would only put the spare on. Mind you.. he just saw my account on the computer. I respectfully advised him, I had the warranty on the tires. You can tell that triggered him. He told me he would leave the spare on, order a new one, and when it arrives I would need to come back. Oh and it would over an hour to service my tire. Ive been here over 1 and 30 min , still haven't been seen. I did notice all the people the reps are upselling are in and out right away. Talk about punishing your customers who were upsold before.. DONT LET THEM UPSELL YOU. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE HEADING TO THE STORE. DUE TO INCOMETAX SEASON THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU DONT WANT TO HEAR. THEY FEED ON THE MORE VULNERABLE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY WOMEN..*CONCLUSION* THEY JUST PACHED IT.. WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

Awesome customer service from Leonel M. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was extremely helpful in choosing the correct tires for my truck. This place is outstanding since Javi has take over. Javi and Jayson treat customers with respect and kindness. They dont hard sell you and dont talk down to you. If you need tires,go here.

Terrible service scheduled an appointment for my sick mother to replace all tires my appointment was around 5 days wait then when she shows up they tell her they don t have the correct size tires but tried to sell her a wider tire she said no thanks they said they d call her back to reschedule an appointment and never did so what was the wait for an appointment if not to have a proper materials ready ? Did they think she would just be ok buying something different than what was offered at first just cuz she was already there smh never again

Normally my experience with discount tire is top notch, but today while working in Laredo I wasted my time sitting there after arriving early for my appointment. Half an hour after my scheduled appointment time I asked for my keys back so I could leave. They asked if I d like to schedule an appointment and I informed them I already had one for 30 minutes ago. I think I ll stick to the stores up in central TX lol.

Waited for about 20 minutes a guy Jason was on the phone saw me and wasn t even courteous to say will be with you just walked away and after 20 min came back looks like he doesn t enjoy his work need better customer service

Had an amazing experience here on Saturday afternoon. They looked very busy two hours before closing, but Jason helped me with my emergency and were able to plug my tire before their estimated time. Employees at this location work hard to help their customers, regularly staying long hours to complete all service requests. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area

Just wanted to say that I received professional and outstanding service. Ric helped me out. His concern was that I would be on the road with safe tires. He went above and beyond. He truly gave a WOW experience!!! I would recommend this location to any of my friends and family.

I scheduled an appointment late at night through their app and I was given an appointment at 9:15 am. My car was ready by 9:45 am. The gentleman that took care of me was very polite, helpful and courteous. It s great to be treated so well as a customer. This is one of the reasons I do not purchase tires elsewhere.

I went in for a routine tire air check and the professional guy really checked one of my tires since it was a little bit under the normal pressure. The guy not only put air in my tire but also went out of his way and checked the tire really good and noticed that the tire had a mesquite thorn in the inner sidewall. He told me that the tire was no longer good and really thought I needed to change it. He said that if I didn't have warranty on the tire they were willing to change the tire and put the spare tire at not charge so I won't be left stranded on the road.Good thing I have road hazard on the set of tires and got it changed in no time by these professionals and I was on my way in no time. I only paid the prorated amount and I had a new tire. That's why I always get road hazard. My hat goes off to these guys at the loop 20 location. Wish I could remember their names to mention them in this review. Great job to all these gents.

These guys are like Formula 1 crews. I went in, purchased a set of tires and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Incredible talent and oh, by the way, got my Veteran discount on top of their great prices. Thanks!!

Service is always great. This time they did mess up on the timing. I was told it would be two hours and ended up being 5 hours. It wouldn't have been bad if they would've updated me, even a text would've been great.Other than that, the attention that this place provides is great.

I came to get my tires checked and rotated. My tires are pretty much in good shape and for some reason the guy that was helping me said the tread on my tires are severely low and in need of all four tires to be replaced and they wouldn t last me past 3 months which is absurd. He tried to rang me up for 800$ for four new tires including a Balancing charge, clearly he was unaware I know new tires are always balanced when they first go on the rim but tried to sell it to me as an extra cost as if it was an optional add on. I do not trust this kind of deceiving and predatory consumer targeting tactics. I took my vehicle to another tire shop for a second opinion and got my tires rotated and my tread was in fine health. Very disappointing.

I was at my dealership down the street with a flat tire. Their service department was backed up and they said it would take several hours for my car to be seen. Another patron told me about discount tires and called them up to find out the wait. It was much less of a wait so I left the dealership and went right over. My service advisor Jesse went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service. He was professional and courteous and empathetic. My vehicle was new and my mileage low so he called Goodyear to get a credit for the damaged tire which was still under warranty. This saved me money out of pocket. Thank you Jesse for exceeding my expectations!

On Wednesday, February 8th I arrived @ Discount Tire on Bob Bullock Lp. For a Tire replacement on my 2021 Chevy Traverse. Ricardo Martinez assisted me with the ordering of the tire and the replacement. Ricardo was very professional and knowledgeable about tire service. His customer service was outstanding. I felt very welcome and confident about choosing Discount Tire for my tire needs. The tire replacement was accomplished in a timely manor and well done.Thank you Ricardo Martinez

Manager knew I needed tires and i had been in there a few times. Came in to replace 2 of 4, he totally worked with me and set me up with new shoes for all 4 tires.. he told me to name my number and he will work it out for me.. great place. Great people. Great service. Will be coming back with my other vehicle

Excellent Overall Job by the DT Team! Purchased 2 tires and had them shipped there. Thirty hours later they arrived and I was phoned of their arrival. I drove over to have them installed without appointment and was in/out in @40 minutes! Great customer service on the counter and super fast attention from the guys!!

Purchased my tires online at 9:45 and selected my available appointment at 12pm. Once my purchase was made my tires where put aside without the worry of someone else getting them. I arrived at 11:42 with a sign at a bay door with my name and appointment time and they guided me to park. They also called me to verify my appointment but I missed the call. They completed the work by 12:04 and I was on my way. Best service experience that is why in my opinion they will always have my business for future purchases. Great Job Discount Tire team.

This location took great care of my father who is visiting Texas from Boise, ID and was needing new tires for my grandmothers car. Alex took excellent care and provided a hassle free five star experience. Alex was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for taking great care of your customers! We have a lot of friends and family in Texas and we will always recommend this store!

The staff are good and provide great service. The tires we bought, so far, 3 weeks, worked well. However, location needs more outdoor seating with large umbrellas. I think if people have to wait in the sun, give them water. I see people standing outside on the hot sun, 102 degrees, makes me go somewhere else.
