The short version: Paulina the service representative was very helpful and ensured the mechanics understood my problems. Great job all around!Long: I had an air conditioning problem where my AC would come on and then blow hot air, cold again for a bit and then hot air non stop. Setup the appointment online, check in with Paulina was easy and she annotated my AC problem and went ahead and wanted the transmission fluid serviced. Later that day I was informed the AC would not fail so they add dye to test for leaks and fill up with freon. They wanted to keep the vehicle to test the leak but understood it was the only family vehicle I had. Dropped it off the next day, no leak noted and transmission felt smoother. I had remembered it had a recall but didn't mention it to Paulina until I was picking it up. She said don t worry, they took care of that too and it s documented. They also washed and cleaned the vehicle inside and out, had breakfast in the waiting area, and provided a shuttle. Great service, would highly recommend.

Service Dept needs to follow up with theCustomers in reference to vehicle and parts status. Not to mention the rude sales mgr on the floor that clear needs an attitude adjustment when it comes to attending a client's need or concern. I can say though at the time of purchase the service was great and sales team was very attentive, but they can not just stop giving great customer service. Customer service should be great throughout the life of the vehicle.

Best customer service experience ever! I felt so welcomed and helped by the GM Tony & Ricky Chapa. They had the biggest smiles on their faces, which made me feel at ease. Initially, I thought I wouldn't qualify for anything but they proved me wrong., Thanks to them, I left with a brand new 2024 truck that exceeds all of my expectations. Thank you for going above and beyond for my family! Even my mom left with a new truck!

Having issues with my truck getting fix , lack of communication from the service staff,7 days in agency already. In need of corporate number business not providing with number. Very bad service.only person with good customer service is Ray props to him for trying to get answers. But still issues not fix and they have not provided a rental car.

Overall excellent service & I would say the warming hospitality from staff of providing breakfast & coffee etc while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced.Kudos to General Manager Tony.I appreciate you sir interacting with us and letting us know the progress of the new building and listening for any suggestions.Kudos to Service Davalos & Staff thanks again sir for the follow up on my vehicle services.Even the gentleman whom runs the shuttle I appreciate sir for promptly service.Message to Charlie Clarkamazing staff they make you feel at home & treat us as family.

I am so glad that we chose to stop at Hyundai that day , never thought I would ever buy a Hyundai but I did and your sales man Jorge Hernandez had a lot to do with it , his approachmeant towards us , very polite, knowledgeable , and his way explaining from one vehicle to another and their prices and more . Bought a brand new car from them at THE BEST price in a 200 miles radius! They delivered to my front door in Mission, Tx. The whole process was a hassle-free! When I initially started working with this dealership things seemed to be going well. However, once I arrived at the dealership I was given the run around. There was no communication and it was after waiting for about 2 hours that the finance manager came up to me and asked if I had been helped or if everything was okay. I had apparently been forgotten. I already had an approval. However, the dealership submitted information for the car that I had indicated I was no longer interested in. No one seemed to know what was going on. I was quoted a very high monthly payment and kept being given a whole bunch of excuses from the employees I was working with. The following day, I negotiated a deal with a dealership in Boerne over the phone and managed to get more for my trade and a lower monthly payment for a better vehicle than what Hyundai was offering. Lesson learned. I highly recommend shopping around out of town. This dealership used bait and switch sales tactics and clearly do not value their potential customers.

Great service all around! Went with my family as we took out a vehicle for our mother as a gift and it was an excellent type of service from beginning to end. Also, they had good music, food, and a good atmosphere for all of the family. I will definitely return in a year to change my own vehicle as well and get something new. Orale!!!

Wife purchased a brand new car here in December. She s had multiple appointments in the morning only to be called late in the day and told they need the car another day or they couldn t work on it. Having a family and work makes this difficult. In addition she s been told she needs to take the car to San Antonio to get work done because they can t do the work here. She hasn t been offered a loaner or anything. How can you sell a brand new car and then not be able to fix it here. Not to mention there were cosmetic issues that weren t found initially because the vehicle was purchased at night. She has yet to be contacted for these to be fixed either. Of course buying the vehicle was easy and pleasant, but the service afterwards has been absolutely awful.

Charlie Clark Hyundai is, without a doubt, number 1 in customer service. They really do put the customer first. My salesman, Ricky, was kind and attentive throughout the entire process. Rey in finance was transparent and helpful as well. I have purchased vehicles elsewhere and can honestly say that this dealership is unbeatable when it comes to the car buying experience. I wish Charlie Clark had more dealerships in the area. Can t wait to buy another vehicle in the future! Thanks again!

Got the KONA 2023 because I didn't want to deal with problems with my old car.Ended up having more problems with this one.The first time they made the oil change they did not fill up the oil correctly and I had to stop on my way to San Antonio to buy some to avoid any more problems.I had the Brake pads changed and the problem continues.Had an issue with transmission took the car and was supposed to have it by the end of day but the shop closed without giving me an update leaving me without a car.Currently on the line waiting for the only manager on site but it s been over 20 minutes and have not been able to connect with the said manager.

5/5 great service! I m glad to have purchased my very first car with Charlie Clark! They were very accommodating and understanding when filling out the paperwork. Although we got there late they stayed till 9pm getting everything done just for us. I would definitely recommend them to everyone! Edit: GUYS!!! It's been over 2 years since I purchased my car and I'm still satisfied with the service. Just went in to get my car its first oil change (I know I know very late) and was happy with the results. They changed my oil, rotated the tires, and gave my car a quick wash on the outside! All for no charge, only thing they charged me was for changing my cabin filter which I approved of first. On top of that they offer tons of snacks and beverages, and more! Outstanding!

Lack of communication with service staff parts department front receptionist even is the warranty is being used to fix a tire or a windshield or even a routine maintenance oil change take their own time despite having an appointment at noon arriving at 1140am and not leaving the site until about 145pm because they were "short staffed" when their staff as well as apprentices and mechanics are seen walking through the waiting area and standing in school circles laughing with all the time of the world in their hands apparently.
